This was the first time I had used Student Computers & it was regarding a new Samsung mobile. Price & Customer Service & indeed everything was super slick. However after about 4 months I realised it would not update & it turned out it was the Italian version. Though this was not their fault, there was absolutely no hassle getting a refund & the person I dealt with was really top notch, going the extra mile. I posted the mobile back by Royal Mail Special Delivery on a Monday & the refund was totally through Pay Pal the next afternoon.They will certainly be my first choice for my next techie. They've convinced me to still have faith in human nature overall. This team are truly gold star & I wish them every possible ongoing success. Truly tremendous folks & highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible company paid for laptop never recieved and still waiting on a refund more than a week on. I do not reccommend buying from this company they will leave you with the worst experience ever.

Decided I wanted a decent cup of coffee, and purchased the Caso coffee machine from these guys. Good service, item arrived ahead of schedule, good communication,great product; I think I will visit again and upgrade my laptop as some of their deals look quite tasty - just like my coffee!!

I bought a pair of headphones from this company and they sent me a pair of damaged headphones, twice ... Yeah they sent me out a replacement which was also broken - It's clear to see this company are sending out faulty products and making the returns prices very difficult just to sell them and then ignore the complaints. How they are still in business and not in handcuffs is beyond me.

My daughter ordered an 5th gen ipod, we thought it had a camera on the back but when we received it there was no rear camera. I contacted student computers and they sent all details for return and a full refund was credited to my bank within 3 days. The service was so good i ordered replacement with camera from the same site.

I received my ipad in the post only to discover it was faulty. I returned it with a full explanation of the problem. It was then returned to me with the EXACT same fault (poor wifi signal). I sent an email saying the ipad was not repaired only to receive one back saying the ipad had been repaired and tested prior to returning to me. I sent another lengthy email explaining that work may have been done on it but that it was not repaired. I sent photographs of the ipad not functioning right beside my router and asked for a refund. My email was responded to with an identical copy and paste automatic response that I received when I sent it back the first time. No mention of my email/photographs/explanation as to the cause of the problem. Just an automatic response to send it back for repair AGAIN. Seems they are reluctant to return their customers money even if they have been sent a faulty product TWICE. Avoid. Avoid Avoid

Great company to buy from. We ordered a Ipod touch a-, it was delivered in 3 days and looks like a brand new item. My son is so pleased with the item as it's the 2nd ipod that he has purchased from them.

Ordered a charger for my iPhone, had to email as it had not arrived a week after they sent the despatch email. Lewis very kindly chased it up and it was expected the following day. Unfortunately it didn't arrive so emailed back to let them know. As it was the bank holiday weekend I didn't expect a reply until today, which I recieved in which they apologised and advised me they were sending another one out. Surprisingly Royal Mail then turned up with my item! Very typical of Royal Mail! Overall the company had excellent comms and Lewis did everything he could to help. Many thanks, product as described don't expect any probs but I'm sure the company will resolve it promptly if I do. No hesitation whatsoever at recommending this company.

I have dealt with Student Computers a couple of times now and have found their prices and service unbeatable. They were almost £100 cheaper than anywhere else I looked for this iPad Air and it was delivered within 2 days.

Excellent to deal with really pleased got I pod but my nephew dropped it and it was repaired quickly with good price

The laptop was ordered and arrived very quickly with the DPD courier as informed. It was exactly as described in the product description and it was soon set up to use. The only problem we had was that the power pack provided was not compatible and therefore the laptop would not charge. An email was sent to them and they have quickly sourced a replacement and sent that to us again by DPD. Everything now works and we are very happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend them to other people. The service was excellent.
