“Weekly failures are a minimum”

The first time in reviewed WHUK was right at the beginning. You get helped then someone begs you to write a nice review. Then you find out the real service. The last 6 to 8 months we have had minimum weekly failures. Today, zero access for a whole business day again, zero response to emails. Same story "You don't have anti virus installed". They keep telling us this again and again, despite the fact we keep reminding that it's in our package!!! If you need reliability or assistance at any time, go elsewhere.

Customer Service is defined as assistance and advice provided by a company to those people who buy or use its products or services. WHUK, however, has taken Customer Service above and beyond that description. In the six years that we have been using WHUK’s services we have encountered issues along the way; for the most part very minor but one or two have prompted a bit of nail biting! Irrespective of the nature of the problem or our lack of understanding of things server-side, he has always been there for us – efficient, understanding, calm and patient. He, along with his colleagues at WHUK take Customer Service to a new and exemplary level.

I signed up to WHUK in 2014 to see how they compared to other providers. It did not take long to realise that they were way ahead of their competition in efficiency and service. It has the right customer focus and a caring attitude to ensure that any problem is solved to the customer's satisfaction. WHUK now handles all my business. I've been using webhosting.uk.com for about 4 years now. Every time I've ballsed up my redirects, or ruined an sql database - within minutes the guys on the support turn back the clock and sort me out. On top of that they look into weird issues which are caused by the 3rd party software I install on my shared hosting account, and they help me out. Most reviews are pretty rubbish, wrote by review farms in China or India, but I can whole heartedly say that webhosting.uk.com is THE perfect webhost, and what really clinches their super fast servers and reliability is not the bargain price - It is the service I get from the online support guys. Tonight I have dealt with "Sinclair J", who was totally on the ball, he sorted all my requested restorations, and had a look at some suspect files for me. Every time I go on the online support, I get blown away with how quickly my stuff gets sorted. There is so little waiting time, its the bomb!

I have hosted with WHUK now for several years going from a standard basic package, through to a VPS and then for several years now up onto one of their dedicated hosting packages. The areas i lack in knowledge are the server side of things, so i sometimes need help...Well most of the time i need help when it comes to setting something new up on the server, or over my years there have been occasions where something has gone wrong (And they rarely do...) The support team are always very fast in finding an answer and getting things back up and running.. Just before i wrote this review i was on the online chat with a guy because i had a small issue, this issue was fixed very fast and i also had some suggestions about what i could do next time to solve issues with an old script to stop any possible exploits.. Great Business, Great Support...

“Email Issues With Outlook”

Have just had a webchat with Sinclair, who was excellent in resolving my issues. Following a Windows update, my outlook on my laptop suddenly stopped working and in an attempt to resolve matters, I messed up all the settings. A telephone call to your line one support staff was unable to resolve things, so I begun a webchat with Sinclair who was able to see that for some reason my IP address had been blocked on the server. He whitelisted it and then helped me to correct the settings and all is now functioning perfectly. Many thanks Sinclair for all your help
