I had some SSL installation issues that needed detailed help yesterday and today. I'm pretty much a novice at this on a very steep learning curve. There Tech Help desk are contactable by phone, ticket or Chat Window. I prefer chat window and guess what? It really works and the guys there really try to help - even an idiot like me!!! I would like to mention GILBERT who was truly exceptional. Thanks!

I migrate from one server to another and during migration we had some issues with 3 domains, every issue was different for every domain, and Kyle Nicholson from Linux support was so helpful for me that I can not thanks more to webhosting support! He solve all issues one by one and helped me out to wait a morning satisfied and without anger from my crucial customers when they see their websites in the morning:)

I never give reviews unless something is absolutely worthy of it. And this is. I've been developing my site locally, and several clients sites. I uploaded these to my domain and sub-domains and everything was great. Then, just as I was making a copy of a dev site I accidentally wiped everything!!! My heart completely sunk. Especially as one of the sites, my main site, wasn't a wordpress site when in local production, I did the conversion after it was uploaded. So all the development's be done here in the cloud with no local backups. Just yesterday I had competed about a week of writing custom wordpress php files, including a fairly lengthy functions file and several other, home.php, search, searchform, 404... Anyway, the point is that this was a lot of work and I accidentally deleted the whole lot - ironically seconds after I had created a site-wide archive that I was seconds away from downloading. :( Cutting a long story short, I contacted support through the live chat and some awesome guy call Kyle found a backup that WHUK had made only a few hours ago and restored everything to pre-my blunder. I would have kissed this guy and bought him a month's worth of beer if he had been in the same room. Completely reversed my error. Thank you so much!!!

the person I dealt with from Linux Technical Support responded speedily to my report of PHP errors. He obviously had a good understanding of my report and the technical issues and fixed the problem fully. NB: I'm very impressed as my past reports have not been handled with such professionalism.

The technical help restored the website to working copy as current site was compromised. It saved me lots of time as otherwise I'd have to rebuild from scratch.

Always get good help from these guys! Doing a lot of webwork for my clients There are so many problems that can arise. Luckily having a 24hr chat support , always helps me out of a hole! He was a genius in helping me out, Cheers!

Changes to web host server caused my domain to not be available and email to stop working. Spoke "Rashid.S" via online chat and he resolved very quickly. However it shouldn't really have got that far as the change should have been seamless. This is the first such change in 2 years so can't really complain too much as never had a problem before.

Some web hosting are good with hosting, some are good with the price, some give reasonable support. But WHUK cares about their customer, they go beyond the basic support a customer needs. Brad T spoke to me on customer support and I had an error about uploading a photo in wordpress, which isn't really that much of a server error, i had this error for weeks, but he sorted out for me within minutes. Not only do they offer cheap prices, their support is some i've never experienced, if you want good support, this is the company to go for. 24/7 live chat, anytime, any question.

I recently moved another server to UK Webhosting and have again been fascinated by their professional and individual support. You can raise a ticket at a Friday night, but can still expect an answer and resolution within a couple of minutes. Both the hosting panel and the linux cpanel are state of the art and allow you to configure most of the settings yourself. I only wish they had a bit more storage allowance with their packages.

The support team at WHUK have been fantastic. As a newbie to VPS their support has been invaluable to getting my server and sites running properly. Live chat is amazing with every problem usually solved within 5-10 minutes. The support ticket system is good for bigger issues but response times are still really good. I highly recommend them for a good UK host with excellent technical and customer support.

Hi, working with them a few years now, we have a lot of servers, linux and windows. Always good live chat support. All staff is good, I prefer more the seniors :-). This is what we need , support when you need it and fast. They have a lot of patience. The best so far in UK web hosting world
