I ordered peppermint from simply supplements. They arrived and when I opened carton to take one I found out they tasted of dried mud . Vile, when I phoned I was told that was what they were supposed to taste like. I was told to return them as long as I had not opened the carton. This company must deal with clairvoyants who can taste the product without opening it. Beware this company has no customer care policy. However if you like throwing money down the drain, it's simply supplements every time.

hi all purchased valerian tablets amongst other supplements from this merchant and first thing i noticed when i called to place my order was how pleasant the agent was....they were an english person which makes a refreshing change!! the agent took all my details and because i spent over £60 i qualified free next day delivery! wow this was an added bonus that i was not expecting. the other products i purchased included multi vits for my mum and glucosamine for my dad. the whole process took only 3 minutes to complete. i was a little disappointed when the next day came and no supplements! so i called simply supplements and they said that because when i called it was 2.30pm and i had missed the next day service as last orders were 12.30pm but was assured it would arrive the following day. I was quite argumentative to the agent in question disputing this was not mentioned to me but when i requested my recording to be released to me to my horror the agent was right!! i feel so ashamed as i was quite rude to her!! this was also stated on their site too! i will buy from simply supplements again...sorry eli from simply supplements! mandy b xx

I have been ordering Gingko Biloba for some time now and this stuff really works! If you have problems with memory or even blood circulation (especially if you have cold hands and feet) I would advise you to take this. Delivery times were a bit sluggish last year but I have experience and also been advised that since the start of 2011 Simply Supplements have incorporated a new IT system which has revolutionised their delivery processes and customer service experience. As I order once a year, I usually place quite large orders so was so pleased to find that as my last order was over £60.00, I received free next day delivery! I was due to go on holiday that week, and admittedly I had left my ordering till quite late on this occasion, but the fact that I received my order next working day meant that I could take my supplements on holiday with me and I didn’t have to go without! I am a regular customer of Simply Supplements and I have recently decided to try their pets range for the first time. Having 3 labradors running around the house can be a bit of a challenge, especially after introducing the new puppy. I have recently ordered the Calming Formula for cats and dogs and this supplement has really helped in keeping them a little calmer and more relaxed, essential with visiting guests and their children. Does exactly what it saids on the tin. Delivery times could have been a bit Quicker but normally my orders arrive in no time! Every purchase I have had so far has arrived in great condition and very quick. I have just placed my order today and my total was over £60. I was notified by one of their call agents that my order qualified for next day delivery as it was over £60 which was a bonus! I have recommended this company to friends and family. I ordered vitamins from Simply Supplements in April and paid via my credit card. It is now four months later and they have sent me a repeat order and taken the money from my credit card without my permission. At no time during my phone call to Simply Suplements did I request a repeat order. I will now have to write to my Bank to make sure that Simply Suplements are not able to do this on an on-going basis.
