Can't recommend the Perth branch highly enough! Absolutely fantastic service from day 1. Updates every two days, and kept informed every step of the way. From the pick up driver, to the workshop, and delivery driver, I can't fault a thing. Car even got a hoover and a clean which I wasn't expecting! Thank you so much for returning my faith in repair centres!

Fantastic service from the team at Grantham who collected my car, left me a courtesy car and kept in contact informing me of the arrangements and progress, every step of the way. My repaired car was returned to me in perfect condition, they even washed it! Great service and the lady who coordinated the repair, courtesy vehicle, and paperwork was faultless.

Read a review on Yell, not very good at all. Nationwide contacted us on the Friday of the accident and collected the car on the following Monday. It was still driveable but we were going on holiday within two weeks. We were provided with a courtesy car. We were kept informed at every stage of the progress and the car was returned to us after thirteen days. We were really pleased with the quality of the repair. The staff were very polite and helpful and we cannot fault the service. Our only regret, was that the person who struck our car in the car park, did not leave their details and we had the excess to pay. But that's life.

The service and quality of work was absolutely fab cant fault the work I was slightly surprised at the ammount of fuel that was gone from the tank . When my quashqui was picked up it had a full tank while away it only did 2 extra miles yet when I got it back it only showed half a tank that's 35 to 40 quid worth of fuell .like I said a surprising ammount of fuell for only 2 miles would have given 5 stars if not for this. An explanation would be nice

I recently was directed to this company for Insurance repairs. Following a frustrating initial 24 hours when other companies were contacted, Nationwide were allocated. Despite being end of the day on a Friday, important details were taken and the process begun. True to their word my entitled courtesy car was delivered and my own car uplifted the next working day. I received regular updates and the work was completed in good time. My car was returned and am happy with the work completed. I find this company to be very thorough, approachable and ever willing to be there for its customers at the end of the phone.

I have just got my car back after having repaired at my local nationwide repair centre in Middleborough the repair is prefect you would never know it had been in an accident would highly recommend this company to any person who wants a perfect job done on there car they also keep you updated about the repairs via phone calls

All arrangements went smoothly and I was kept updated constantly. Staff I dealt with were all very efficient and considerate. Car repair was done quickly and to an excellent standard - the car itself was sparkling clean. Very happy with all aspects of my car repair and also the hire car that was supplied.

Nationwide is the company recommended by our insurers, and we were happy to go with that having looked up some reviews. We only needed a relatively small repair, front wing and front bumper, but they did a superb job with the car looking like new. It is impossible to see any trace of the damage. The car was returned immaculately cleaned (unlike when it went in!) and the job was completed very quickly. We particularly liked the stream of text updates, so at all times we knew what stage of the repair the car had reached and what was the next step. We have no hesitation in highly recommending nationwide if you are unfortunate enough to need your car repaired.

Paintwork repair and plastic trim repair done to a very high standard. The reason it never got 5 stars is because the outside valet done on the car was not very good.

My car went to Nationwide for repair after a car crash. The car came back as good as new. It took only 10 days and they kept me informed all the time as to what was happening. Very friendly and helpful staff. On my insurance I had paid extra for a replacement car which they bought to my house the next day. Excellent service.

Directed here by LV insurance. Harrogate branch. Went for an initial inspection/estimate. Done quickly and professionally. Gave me a date to deliver the vehicle in for repair. Did that. They gave me a completion date one week later. two days before rang and said it would be one day late. They delivered the vehicle back to me, on the re scheduled date, with the repair work done to a good standard. Very good communication and customer service. Would recommend them.

Slow, poor quality repair along with disingenuous and lazy staff doesn't give much hope for a good review. "Tick box" approach to repairs, with an opportunity to cut corners taken (wheels replacement but not valves when fitting tyres. How penny pinching?) - your car is given an exterior valet, which looked like a wipe over whilst the interior remains dirty. This is the low standard of their quality control. Yeah tick the pass box and punt out to client.. I appreciate that every repair centre in Ocford is poor, but the insurance companies and yourself need to demand and expect better service.

Amazing service. Was originally told one month until my car would be back but collected on Tuesday last week and returned on the Friday. Lots of phone contact from them. Car was returned beautifully clean inside and out. Thankyou Nationwide Chelmsford.

I had my Nissan quashqai repaired, only a small repair but it was dealt with in a very friendly and professional manner. I had my car picked up from my home and given a courtesy car for a few days. I was impressed with every aspect of my care with nationwide repair centre, from the man on the desk through to the delivery driver.
