Avoid The Havant Branch in Portsmouth my car went in after RTA both back and front doors were smashed in they replaced the passenger door never fixed the bumper and said it wasn't in the crash well it was not damaged before anyhow the new door did not fit it was to small and let water in the dash board had mould all over it where it was so damp carpets wet empty bags on the floor it was like they used it as a bin anyhow they said my car is fine it had been into there inspectors for quality control the bloke was bloody blind anyhow i took it to another body shop who said they have destroyed your car i had a wet ass where the seats were damp i could not drive it for well over a week then when i complained to my insurance company they said they would redo the work still the crash was not my fault so i was going to phone the other persons insurance company and tell them to get there money back they need shutting down . why dont these company's have some sort of legislation like plumbers do check a trade

I had read some reviews on another site and to be honest I wasn't holding much hope, My insurance had my car picked up by nationwide following a rta, i was contacted by nationwide to inform me that they was picking my car up from the recovery place the following day, then another call once they had picked it up and informing me they would call once it’s been looked at, which again they did and explained what they was going to be doing and what parts was needed etc, there was an issue with a part being on back order but I was kept up to date with that, yesterday I had my car back. Same amount of fuel that was in when it left was in when returned, all items in the boot was in the boot on return, and I really cannot fault the work at all..... I would recommend these in a heart beat.

I was involved in a RTC and my car had damage to the O/S rear wheel damage to the suspension links and the wheel. The car was just driveable and I notified the insurance company when I got home they took all the details over the phone and said I would be contacted by Nationwide and Enterprise car hire. Nationwide contacted me very quickly and arranged to pick the car up the following morning Thursday and said I would be contacted on Tuesday about the estimate. As soon as my car was picked up enterprise contacted me again to say to come and pick the higher car up. Nationwide contacted me Tuesday with details of the damage parts to the car and an estimated completion. Unfortunately one of the OEM parts was on backorder both here in the UK and Germany. (this was genuine as I enquired with a friend of mine in the business) As soon as the car was finished they notified me I could pick it up any time, they have an agreement with the higher company so I went down in the higher car left it there picked mine up and drove home one happy bunny. Thanks to the young ladies in the office who kept me updated as to how the work was progressing. Highly recommend them to anyone.

After my parents had an accident Nationwide were tasked with organising the repairs. They handled everything and was completely stressless. We have the car back and there is no signs of damage or repair. Thank you

I would like to thank the team at NCR Perth for repairing my badly damaged car. The car has been restored to new condition. Previous body-shops have had me going back and forth to complain about faults. NCR are the polar opposite, great service with frequent progress reporting, amazing specialist in tier field and friendly. Thanks again! SM

From start to finish they have offered brilliant service. My car unfortunately was reversed into whilst my car was parked up on the roadside. The whole of the wing on the near side was damaged and the alloy wheel too. It needed quite a bit of work doing to it. It did take longer than I realised it would but now I have seen the results I can totally see why. They have done so much to it and it looks truly amazing, the team that work in the garage are very talented. It is like a brand new car again. All the staff have been so helpful and friendly. And they are always on hand to answer any queries. The only downside was for some reason as the accident was not my fault, they could not offer me a hire car. But that was sorted through enterprise after speaking with my insurance. Unfortunately they did accidentally sracth the car on repair which is easily done given the amount of work they have to do. And they were so helpful in getting it fixed again. They just took the car back to the garage at a time which was convenient for me and brought it back to me. Honestly cannot thank them enough for making a stressful time a lot easier. Top job. Thanks so much.

Contact made by the Nationwide team really quickly, only my insurance company slowing things down...prompt review of damage then arranged collection of van and sorted out courtesy van...work carried out to a high quality and arranged for return of my van. Very professional at all times.Vehicle returned at time arranged, clean and ready to work.Thanks Nationwide.

My insurance company MoreThan use Nationwide accident repairs when my car was in an accident and required bodywork repairs. They were obliged to supply me with a courtesy car within 8 hours of incident reporting, The incident happened Tuesday 15:30 and was reported at this time I took the Wednesday off work and waited all day but no courtesy car arrived. I phoned them 8 times to be hung up on, passed from pillar to post. They would say yes we have arranged this just to get me off the line. Absolute waste of time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I will have to taxi to work as I have a disability so cannot use public transport. I will claim my insurance company and hope they retrieve the costs from this horrific company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

After being in an accident, my car was to be picked up and taken to Forfar. My job was passed to the Perth branch as they could get it in quicker. Already a big tick! It was picked up the day after my accident without any problems, I was advised at the time that when that car is ready it could be dropped off at the rental company for ease. I received a phone call explaining the damage and what was to be done then a timescale. I was kept up to date with the progress via text, the car was ready when they said it would be and they dropped it off at the hire company, where they met me and asked me to check the car over. Any fuel used was put back in the tank - I did not expect this and thought is was one of those wee added touches. Absolute 1st rate service and would not hesitate to recommend!

I would like to thank all the staff who helped us after a car was shunted into our outside of our house the staff were very helpful and they gave us a curtesy car while our was being repaired they keep us informed about how things were going and we got our car back in just over a week and it was perfectly repaired and valeted so pleased with everything that was done I would highly recommend nationwide

Every stage of my dealings with the staff at the Harrogate branch was a pleasure, from the reception staff to the assessor of the damage and the staff on the telephone. I have had an excellent and speedy service with nationwide repair centre Liverpool. The courtesy care given was ace, the actual job was done in just over a day. the car was delivered to my work place in st Helens and I was so so happy for the quick service provided. Everyone has been lovely and kept me up to date regularly. The person I dealt with was a top lad ended up having a full on convo with the guy!! absolute legend! totally pleased big thumbs up to the Liverpool squad :) from M

A lovely and smooth service and amazed at the speedy service. Got repaired at Grantham highly recommend and a overall brilliant service compared to Lincoln which was very poor. The receptionist was lovely and delivered our car back well done to you ,a lovely lady very kind and loyal.
