I have just had the convenience of having the bodywork on my Fiesta made like new following someone driving into me. The mobile van came to my home early which suited me and has done a fabulous job. I found this much better than having a courtesy car and as it was the only car being worked on it was done much quicker than in the garage.If you have a drive large enough to accommodate a "tent like bouncy castle" I can recommend both the principle and the workmanship. Thank you Ian. Also work is guaranteed for the length of time you own the car.

From start to finish - with the arrival of a courtesy car I have been updated and kept informed of all the progress of my vehicle.With the vehicle being a Rover I know that spares are difficult to come by, but these were sourced and fitted, I am very pleased with the end result, I will recommend the company to family and friends and long may you continue in business.

I had my car repainted here after some moron decided to use a key to the bodywork in the Jaguar Land Rover social club at Castle Bromwich Birmingham. The party was for someone being posted to Afghanistan and I know who should be sent in his place. However, I digress, the workmanship was first class from start to finish and I was kept informed as the work progressed. I don,t suppose anyone from Jaguar Land Rover would like to cover what the repair has cost me?

Crash caused damage to rear drivers side of car, car was collected by Nationwide crash repair centre of Boston Lincolnshire at my convenience from my place of work, good hire car left with me. Nationwide contacted me as soon as they received my car at the centre and explained what the process of repair would be and length of time it should take. Nationwide kept me informed as to progress of the repair on a regular basis and a quality finish was done to my car on time and my car was returned to me again at my convenience. Also called by Nationwide a couple of days later to ensure i was totally happy with repair and service. To sum up, excellent service, excellent communication and an excellent job carried out on the repair. I would highly recommend Nationwide Boston as a repair centre and would use again myself.

Car needed fixed after an accident and I couldn't fault Nationwide Crash Repair Centre. We received a lovely courtesy car which was seemed brand new. Kept us informed of when the car would be ready and were really patient and understanding when there was a mixup with the insurance company over the windscreen repair. All in all a first class job, car looks amazing, staff very friendly and helpful right the way through. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

From start to finish, (which surprisingly only took three days), we were kept informed and up-to-date with anticipated completion date. To our great surprise and delight we were contacted by Denise, Receptionist, and advised on the third day that our vehicle was ready for collection. We collected our vehicle on the following morning and the repair staff had carried out all the work they had advised us would be done to a very high standard and our vehicle was cleaned both inside and out and looked just like a new pin! Everyone we came into contact with was polite, helpful and most importantly happy! Should we be so unfortunate as to be shunted again from the rear, we would have no hesitation in suggesting the Nationwide Crash Repair Centre, Wroughton Place, Cardiff,to our Insurers as our first choice Repairers. I gave recently had my Audi A3 Cabriolet repaired after a minor accident, it also needed a scratch from a key removed. I found the service at the centre excellent. The staff were all very friendly, very helpful and extremely efficient. From the gentleman who delivered the courtesy car, to the ladies who collected my payment. I was informed when work would've started on the car, it was then given priority when I explained I was going away and was returned in mint condition. A big thanks to all at the centre. Thank you!

We were the innocent party in a minor accident but very upset that our precious car had sustained damage. Nationwide were marvellous and really took the pain out of the experience for us. Collected the car from our home and brought it back again just a couple of days later all fixed. A few months later we noticed a minor blemish in the paintwork - very minor and difficult to see, but we knew it was there! Called round to Nationwide and once again they were very helpful. Turns out it wasn't serious and they were able to fix it on the spot. We were very pleased!

“The Epitome Of Professionalism.”

From start to finish my car was in safe hands, I also got it back earlier than expected. This is now the second time I have used Dumfries NCRC, and I would never use anyone else nor would I recommend that my friends and family go anywhere else either. I was informed about all stages of the repair to my car, as well as being able to check online. When I renew my insurance, I choose the company who uses NCRC as their default repair specialists even if I have to pay a higher premium on my insurance. I would not trust anyone else with my car repairs. From pick-up, to dropping off the courtesy car, to the reliable status reports and finally to the delivery of your repaired car, I can't think of any other repair centre that treats you and your car with the utmost care and respect that is hard to find anywhere else, and I have been driving for over 20 years. I am no longer embarrassed to tell people that my car is in for repairs for ONE SIMPLE REASON. I am proud to tell them my car is being repaired by NCRC. I was so pleased and impressed with the courtesy and efficiency I received from the repair centre in Kettering, Northants. The office staff who dealt with my vehicle kept me informed of the repair progress with several phone calls - the workshop staff were helpfull and did fantastic repairs to both bumpers - the men who collected and returned my car were helpfull and efficient and my car was valeted and returned to me in tip top condition. I can't recommend the whole team highly enough. Thank you.

A big thanks to all the staff at Nationwide crash repair in Dumfries for the satisfactory work carried out on my Vauxhall Corsa due to the misfortune of being hit from behind causing damage to the rear bumper. From start to finish I was kept informed and updated in the progress of repair work carried out. I felt at ease knowing they were carrying out the job to their potential. Usually the work has a 3 year guarantee. I had an issue with the work they carried out and they couldn't have been more obliging. Give them a call I'm sure they will sort you out..

All branches operate under the same ownership, it would not make any difference which branch you go to. They use cheap copy parts and are not equivalent to genuine parts for the price I was charged to restore my car from nationwide I could have had my car repaired with genuine parts. They just fixed one side of my bumper rather than taking the bumper off and fixing it back onto both bumper brackets, one side of my bumper looks out of place, absolutely awful service and they refused to fully fix my bumper, they ripped me off!

We would just like to clarify the following: When authorised to do so by the customer's insurance company, we will use OEM parts. In accordance with our agreements with insurance companies, we will, where possible, repair rather than replace. However, if the finished repair is not expected to be to our normal high standards then we will request authorisation to replace any necessary parts.

I have had repairs carried out by Nationwide in Norwich twice. My own experience has been nothing but positive. The repairs have been outstanding. In both cases you were unable to see where the damage had been. The respray had matched with no colour difference as far as I could make out. I hope you have the same experience if you use this repairer.

Hi, they were the approved repairer by our insurance company and I was initially concerned because it was a 1 year old mercedes. I spoke to them and voiced all my concerns and they gave me their assurance that everything would be done and carried out in a professional manner at a time to suit us, which it was. Everything was carried out and completed to a high standard without any problems.

Do they use original factory parts or cheaper pattern parts? Would they cut out a large dent in my wheel arch and replace with metal or just pull it out and use filler?

Not sure if original or not and I expressed my concerns direct with them as our car was a mercedes. One they knew the body panel was actually split not just dented the panel was replaced and all paintwork blended to match perfectly, even had an inflated hot room on our drive to allow this to happen. Job completed professionally and efficiently with as little inconvenience to us as possible.

I would never use them again. They repaired my nissan x train and the bonnet doesn't fit propally. The car was returned to me with a radiator that hadn't been replaced and was leaking everywhere and to top it all they broke my wing mirror. Avoid at all costs is all I would say as I would never trust them to repair my car again

It will depend on your Insurance Company and their policy as to whether genuine or non genuine parts are used. As regards repairing or replacing the dent in your wheel arch - this will depend on the amount of damage. We would normally prefer to repair rather than replace as we get tend to get a better overall finish, however, if a replacement body panel is required then of course we will replace it rather than repair. I hope this information helps!

The honest answer is I don't know. You could just ask them when you take it to them, that seems to be the sensible thing to do. My personal opinion of this company is that they are rubbish, however, some of the local body shops they use are great. Like Russian roulette with a .357 Magnum ????

Does anyone know what the warranty procedure is for repairs done by my local branch of Nationwide? My wife and I have been trying (over several visits) to get the local branch to check why my air-conditioning - which was repaired by them - is not working anymore. It is within the 1 year warranty, and we feel that our issue is not being looked into at all. I've now gone to the local Toyota dealer, spent about £60, and they have checked and said the problem is with the same pipe that Nationwide was supposed to have fixed. Needless to say, we are not happy with the service from the local branch of Nationwide. I was just with them about 20 minutes ago, and they have asked me to provide the report that Toyota dealer has provided, and they would contact them directly. Not sure exactly why. I would have thought the normal warranty procedure would be for Nationwide to check where the leak is and if it's the same pipes then they would simply fix the problem. We look forward to your reply. Can you please let me know which centre you are dealing with so I can look into the matter? We provide a warranty on all our repairs and so if the pipe which we fitted has now failed due to a fault with the pipe or the fitting, we will of course replace it. However, we will need to ascertain what exactly is wrong and the cause of the failure. From the information you have provided, my guess is that the person you spoke to at the repair centre felt it would be sensible to speak to the Toyota garage seeing as they have already inspected your vehicle. However, until I know which centre you are dealing with I can only assume this is the case. Please rest assured we will do all we can to help you get this matter resolved. If you can provide the centre details that will help me to find out more information, thank you.

Does anyone know how quickly Nationwide can pick up my car?

They picked ours up day after reporting incident to insurance company ! They did offer a quicker pick up but next day suited us best.

My experience was similar to UrbanAngel, a mutual beneficial time for collection was arranged over the phone, although I'm sure Nationwide would have been happy to collect my vehicle within 24 hours !! :-)

Try ringing your local Nationwide and ask them!

The best thing to do is call your local repair centre (please check out our website for the list of repair centres). They will then be able to arrange a mutually convenient time.

I took my car to them but they were willing to collect my car at any time to my convenience on the day it was due in ,which was less than a week from taking it for a quotation, I suppose it will depend how busy they are. Dannyp

Same day for me. Fast repairs, and fast return. Looked great and when I sold it through Evans Halshaw Ford, they didn't even check the repair after they found out Nationwide had done it!
