We have used memory mattresses for a number of years and after some research decided to order the Snug Supreme Memory Foam. Their standard sizes didn't quite fit our bed frame but for only £10 they agreed to provide us with a special size one. This was produced and delivered within 8 days. Even though they are vacume packed it took a bit of muscle to get it up the stairs but was easy enough to unpack . It is now giving us a wonderful nights sleep. We opted for the Outlast cover which Is well worth the extra as it keeps you at an even temperature. The same materiel is used in expensive motorcycle clothing and is highly effective. I spoke directly to Snug a couple of times and it was very refreshing to be able to get through to them with no delay on the phone and be given all the information I needed straight away. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I was pleased with ordering and delivery process - we have had the 7.5cm mattress topper for 5 months and are very happy with it. Its both comfy and soft without losing its structure.

I have had 2 mattresses from this company, both have been of a high standard and came quickly. Great communication, phoned me to informed me it might be longer than expected due to the weather. it came within 3 days instead of 2. free pillows are of same high standard. Does have a strong odour for first few days. not harmful. just have the window open for a few days and smell goes away. they do instruct the reasons for the smell and it is not harmful. Great information booklet comes with mattress so very informed about what you can and can not do,

I researched memory foam mattressess for a long time, before I found Snug. I was impressed with the amount of detail in the descriptions of the various types of mattress they offer and the ease of navigation around their website. I chose a Snug Superior Outlast 750 mattress as the best value mattress for my needs at about £300. The ordering and delivery process was easy and the mattress arrived on time as promised. I have had the mattress for approx. two months now and it has been exactly what I expected. I ordered a medium firm mattress and I find it very comfortable. However my wife finds it a little too firm- can't get everything right! I am confident I made the right choice and consider it a good value purchase.

I purchased a single Snug Super Coolmax Memory Foam Mattress in March this year for my daughter. I was impressed with the service I received particularly the quality of the product and the delivery time. I have since recommended this product to friends who are thinking of buying a memory mattress as I think it is excellent value for money.

I purchased a single Snug Superior Outlast 1000 memory foam mattress and on opening the packaging the chemical smell was very noticeable but this disappeared after about 5 days of use. The website had stated the softness/firmness rating of 3 but we found it to be a little bit firmer than this and my daughter commented it was too firm. I have previously purchased a king size Supreme 1000 which was had a rating softness/firmness rating of 3 and found this to be luxuriously soft.

I have only good things to say about snug. I think their products are top quality, they were very flexible with delivery and if you are looking for any of their range of products I would recommend them. However, make sure you try before you buy. Make sure that Memory foam in particular is for you because it can go either way. I had to take my mattress cover off a week after it was delivered because memory foam does not help me sleep. My mum bought the same one however and raves about it... sad for me but good for her.

WE WERE RECOMMENDED THE SNUG MATTRESS BY A FAMILY MEMBER. I PURCHASED A SINGLE MATTRESS FOR MY DAUGHTER LAST YEAR. IT TOOK HER A WHILE TO GET USE TO IT BUT AS IT HAD A GUARANTEE OF FULL REFUND IF NOT ENTIRELY SATISFIED I DIDNT WORRY. AFTER A WHILE SHE FOUND IT SO COMFORTABLE. THREE MONTHS AGO WE BOUGHT MY SON THE SAME MATTRESS, AGAIN THE SAME THING HAPPENED IT TOOK HIM A WHILE TO GET USE TO IT. TWO WEEKS AGO MY HUSBAND AND I ORDERED THE SAME MATTRESS IN KING SIZE. DIDNT TAKE US LONG AT ALL, LIKE A DUCK TO WATER. BEST NIGHT SLEEP EVER. YOU ALSO GET A 5% DISCOUNT FOR BEING A RETURNING CUSTOMER. NEXT DAY DELIVERY TOO HIGH RECOMMEND YOU USE THIS COMPANY

I have just recently purchased a Snug Super Coolmax Memory Foam Mattress from yourselves. At first I wasn't sure as it was very different to my usual pocket sprung mattress. I wanted a memory foam one as I had been recommended it because of my back problems. I have had the mattress for 1 month now and I must say I am really happy with it, I don't appear to be getting back ache anymore and its very comfty. I particularly like the fact that when my husband gets up in the night to visit the toilet it doesn't wake me up as the mattress at my side doesn't move! Would definately recommend this website and mattress to my friends. I was also impressed that you can return the mattress if you are not happy with it after a trial!
