Let me start by saying I've had absolutely terrible luck with ticket brokers so the fact that I actually liked buying tickets was surprising. Basically, it just boiled down to the customer service. I was able to get work off and was looking for Cubs tickets for opening day...on the day of the game. It wasn't an issue and the person I spoke with knew all about where to sit at Wrigley and gave recommendations...even if it was for cheaper tickets. I'll use Vivid Seats again… Read Full Review

I purchased tickets on Thursday for an NHL game the following Tuesday, with overnight FedEx delivery. I checked the tracking number given for my purchase(through Vividseats.com) and was advised that I should receive them by 4:30 pm on Friday. Well, Friday came and went...no tickets. Saturday morning I called FedEx and was told that Vivid seats made a label to ship, however, the product was not sent out. The service was excellent. I ordered tickets in April 09 for an NFL game in Dec 09. Iwas told the tickets would be delivered around August and they were. The live chat feature on the site is a good way to communicate.

Tickets were Fed-Exed to my house and they were the correct tickets.

on a recent trip to the USA - be nice to attend an NFL game .. i thought the tickets "shown" on the website were available... selected tickets, ordered and had them shipped to where i was staying. Contacted later, tickets were NOT available, switched with "close" to same. Fair enuf... FedEx to hotel by noon next day ... No tickets .. contaced Vivid -- "O, those seats are not available" ..OMG !! when were you going to tell me THAT?? THEN i had to meet the vendor at the stadium - i'm feeling… Read Full Review
