Very pleased with the size and quality of the radiators we bought. Whilst radiators are never going to be as neat as an unobstructed wall, these are discrete and fairly unobtrusive . They are sending out a lot of heat into our rooms with high ceilings, so evenings are more comfortable than before their arrival.

Replaced no name rain shower in which the thermostat had failed and was not replaceable with Mira rain shower which is great. Exploded diagrams, spare parts and excellent support.

Awesome thanks just awesome. I found the screen by chance and phoned up Plumbworld by chance by the end of 5 minutes I had bought a shower screen. I had searched-for a black glass shower screen for years. There was a hiccup with delivery not due to plumbworld but couriers but when I phoned to enquire it was dealt with in a super efficient manner and within minutes the matter was resolved and new screen was due to be replaced. Albeit funny story the original screen arrived an hour later, funny that. The screen itself is outstanding beautiful and simple a centre piece of my bathroom. Super sturdy and super easy to clean. Fairly easy to install I did have to phone a friend for last part, not easy holding a 6mm safety glass screen and trying to drill holes with left hand. But once up it’s awesome super happy I highly recommend plumbworld.

I normally prefer to buy things from shops as opposed to online, but for various reasons, I didnt this time. I had a couple of issues with the sink, niether PlumbWorlds fault, and they dealt with both problems very fairly and professionally. So I would thoroughly recommend them and definitely use them again

I was looking for a new toilet seat to change the one installed by the previous owners of my house. It had a particular shape and I couldn't find one anywhere. I came across Plumb World through a Google search and they had what I needed at a competitive price. I didn't have to wait long to receive it. Also, I was pleased to see that the top fixings were of good quality. It was a doddle to install. And now it looks great.

Reasonable prices, website was easy to use, except trying to find the basket on mobile, had to add something to get back to the basket. Great communication regarding order status and delivery. It was great to be able to choose the delivery date when ordering. Would definitely use again.
