Ordered a ceramic sink that was over double the price on another website! It arrived way before the expected delivery date but unfortunately had a hairline crack in. I sent a WhatsApp to customer service with some photos on the Saturday and by Tuesday I had a perfect replacement. Really good customer service which is rare to find nowadays. I ordered some multipanel samples - as I onlu needed two they were cheaper to oredr through Plumbworld than Multipanel directly. Plumbworld also sold the actual Multipanel Bathroom wall panels I chose from the samples and they were cheaper than anywhere else I could find and also offered free delivery. The Multi-Panels themselves were delivered diretly from Multipanel. Both of my orders arrived within a couple of days.

Not a good product, when fitting concealed cistern the float valve was not in line with the fill valve. Had to use a bag tie to make the thing work properly. Not how it should, still waiting for a replacement that will work properly
