Ordered a wildfox tee and ragged priest dress. Mega quick delivery. My dress didn’t fit unfortunately but the staff made it so easy to send this back & issue a refund within 2 days!

“Didn't give a refund even when they were at fault”

I ordered a jacket from this company and paid £2 more than standard retail price for the jacket (£2), and £9.99 to have it delivered by Royal Mail First Class tracked. I received the wrong jacket, and that too, 6 days late. I informed the company and opened a paypal dispute. In the paypal dispute, they gave me a tracking number for HERMES and did not respond to any of my questions as to why it was late, and why I was sent the wrong item. I then emailed the company for the 3rd time, who the owner then stated she had sent me an email before "and it could have gone in my SPAM box". No, I never received. The owner then apologised and said she would refund me, and provided me with a returns label. Cleverly, the company have a "you need to upgrade this with a tracking number " as we cannot refund any items without a tracking number. I am so disgusted with the ethics of this company and i highly warn everyone else to stay away. I thought they would have atleast refunded out of kind gesture, seeing as the mistake was THEIRS and not mine.

The customer service was really helpful and answered quickly. My order was dispatched same day and arrived with me quickly, nicely packaged and a free hairbrush! I have made 3 orders so far and love the product, it saves me importing these brands from the usa as the import duty fees are ridiculous!

Love this store , have been a customer for 4 years & find they go out of their way for me. They always have a brilliant selection of new clothing , cool brands and great sales and discounts. Delivery is always quick, usually with a few freebies (hairbrush & sweeties!!) feel really bad about these bad reviews - they are a lovely bunch of people who I have met at their pop up shops quite a few times , people only use these sites to say bad things which is why I felt compelled to come On and be positive & leave my real experience

“hopeless”

I ordered an item off the site- at no point during the purchase process did they mention that the item was on back order and not currently in stock. It has taken a month, way to much back and forth and no action or refund because they were having trouble with thier PayPal. I'm sure they still managed to take people's money out. PayPal not working is not even a thing. I could go into the ins and outs of it all but it makes me to angry. Basically just read the other negative reviews- I have had the same experience. They are disorganised and it's infuriating. Save yourselves the frustration. I still haven't received my refund. They are a nightmare.

Purchased product from spoiledbrat for my partner's birthday they said 3 to 5 days never contacted with delivery conformation missed my partners birthday. Over all a real let down still waiting for product not happy stay well clear if you dont qant same problems.

“Poor,poor,poor!”

Wish I had read reviews be for I ordered credit card company will help get my money back hopefully This company only buys brands when they have sold them so do yourself a favour and buy direct from the brand otherwise you will be waiting forever . Was promised delivery in 3 days but arrived after 12,too late for my event Sent goods back as instructed but they now say should have sent back to main supplier even though I printed out the returns label which clearly stated there address.the parcel was attempted delivery but then spent 5 days at the post office waiting to be collected so my refund could be processed.now they say will have to check that it's still in date for refund,astonishing!! Let's see!seem to be looking for reasons not to give money back!!

I agree there okay taking money on time and giving you false delivery dates but letting you down when you have purchased for somebodys birthday. NOT ON BEWARE NEVER USE SHODDY SERVICE

“Awful customer service. Never received item”

I ordered a phone case online expecting quick delivery. When I hadn't received anything after 10 days I contacted them. After a couple of unanswered emails they told me it must have been lost, (and tried to tell me that there was something wrong with my email!) They then offered to send another one that would take 3-4 weeks to be back in stock. I rejected this and asked for a refund, to which they responded that they would just send a replacement. I have now been chasing for my refund for 3 weeks with no response to email or phone, and they have an out of office response to email. Disgusting customer service, wouldn't recommend using to anyone.

“Beware!!! ”

My order was delayed and then when it did arrive was rejected by a neighbour, this was over 3 weeks ago, I told the company straight away and they were waiting for Royal Mail to return the item. Over a week later after me chasing them for my jacket or refund they have logged a complaint with 'interlink' not even had the audacity to look into the complaint to see what courier was used, but have the cheek to keep my money and not provide me with an alternative because it was sent next door!! Soo frustrating that there customer services representative only replies after 6pm at night and refuses to answer any questions regarding what has been done from their side to locate my 'jacket' I'm pretty sure that nothing has been done as I was told the item wasn't traceable sent by royal mail but they are now tracing it to see whee it is with interlink !! one excuse after another to not refund me or offer an alternative, 25 emails and nearly 4 weeks later they haven't even offered me help with a solution. Utterly disgusting, customers beware here if anything goes wrong for a 'reputable' company you might as well talk to a brick wall. If someone would have looked int it when I sent the e,mail it would have been sorted by now.

I received another scenario from them after another week which was that the garment was sent direct from the manufacturer!!! Shocking since she had Blatanly told me they sent it the week earlier and because of my human error she couldn't claim from Royal Mail? Why deceive and lie to customers, why was she even mentioning to me about claiming from Royal Mail when the manufacturer had sent via interlink? Shocking she was looking for a profit off of my misfortune!! Never once did spoiled brat give me any help or assistance, I emailed the manufacturer direct from their website and they responded to me within 30 minutes and sent me out a replacement for arrival the next working day!! That's how customer services works.. The manufacturers had informed spoiled brat that the TRACEABLE package was rejected - that was 4 weeks earlier and the next day I told spoiled brat when I asked my neighbours.. Shocking shocking shocking.. He website looks legit but the stock is being sent direct from manufacturers so probably hasn't even got any stock around! It's a laughable turn out !! Still haven't received an apology or even a helpful response.. So much for looking into a complaint she tried to fob me off -

I have been shopping online with Spoiled Brat for years and have never been disappointed. They are always stocking new & exciting brands and their social media pages are updated daily too so you can always keep up to date with fashion and whats coming in. Delivery is always quick and are always really well packaged. On a few occasions i have had to return items due to them not fitting, but a refund or exchange has always be honoured without any fuss and actioned promptly. Spoiled Brat is my go to place for everything from a dress for a girls night out to casual everyday wear.

I paid for an item over two weeks ago, they were so quick at taking me money, but my item never came I emailed them they emailed back to say they would send a new one! Then they never send one I sent more emails asking for a refund and never herd anything back! I will be spreading the word that no one should use this website! I know of other friends that have had problems with this website! They are nothing but rubbish and should be ashamed of them selfs, I will be reporting them and getting my money back!!!!!!!
