I purchased mothers day flowers 5 days before the day not only for them NOT to arrive on the day I asked them to deliver but to arrive over a week late!! - you can imagine the state they were in after being shoved into a box! The flowers were broken and dying and the message card was soaking wet and unreadable - No explanation, no help, no apologies and no offer of refund!! You will get the same standard reply to emails (automated) that again were no help at all and the telephone number doesn't work!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!! Go straight to your bank and get your money back that way. I have waited over a week after asking 3 times for a refund I have not received a reply or a refund.

“Mothers day flowers not arrived”

Mothers day flowers not turned up. I odered wednesday for one lot for my mmum and one for mother in law. Mums turned up although i wasnt that impressed as very dry. Mother in law not turned up at sll so have bought from local florist now. No phone number so try and claim refund via email. I work for goverment office so will pass to legal team. Can fully appreciate watchdog review now. Dont use these

I was worried about my order after reading the reviews but I have to say I ordered flowers yesterday lunchtime for a birthday and they were delivered this morning and apparently were beautiful. The only comment I will make is company did not send confirmation email as promised which left me feeling anxious.

Nice web page ......that's as far as it goes.Ordered Mother's Day flowers on the thurs , finally turned up tues. Ruined my Mother's Day gifts. When they finally turned up two Palm leaves 6 freesias so much gypsophilas .Tried contacting and just had automated reply then after second email to them had a reply that was of bad English.and was promptly told I wasnt entitalled to a refund. Do not bother with this company

“WHEN IS A FREESIA NOT A FREESIA?”

Ordered freesias to be delivered on 14 February. Attempted delivery on the 13th and as nobody was in the flowers were left at the sorting office. Upon collection it turned out that they weren't freesias at all but a seemingly random mix of carnation, chrysanths and lily. Like ordering a shirt and receiving trousers! Their website states, "Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us." Stay away from these inadequates who take your money but don't fulfill their side of this contract. Oh, and don't bother emailing them. They keep their mailbox full to prevent customers from complaining.

Order flowers. Not only were they late they delivered not the ones I ordered. Cheap flowers were substituted for the luxary ones I ordered. They gave me no explanation why

“Never arrived”

“worst company I have come across in my life”

I don't know were to start with blooming disgraceful. £80 flowers were replaced with a bunch that when I checked on the Wed site they were worth £30. The flowers come 4 days late. The flowers were Brown and wilted. I have been ripped of by £50. I tried to find there office but they are not at the registered address. Hope they go under big time

“Very Poor Service”

I asked for flowers to be delivered on mothers day and they did not turn up until 3 days later when I complained the advisor was extremely rude and hung up on me. I am still waiitng for my money back now nearly 3 months later. I asked for a manager to call me back which again I am still waiting for when I try and send messages there is always a reply saying it cant be sent. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

“WERE BLOOMIN GREAT”

What has happened. I had always had good service and beautiful flowers. But in April ordered flowers for my mother's birthday early in May but about week before got email to say couldn't fulfil order and money would be refunded. Phoned them to find out what was happening. Told changing suppliers and would not have available stock. Received refund in couple of days. Had to try and find someone else at short notice. Tried Flying Flowers. Ordered bouquet but told couldn't deliver one I chose as there might be a delay in travelling time. They are in Leicester. My mother is on Isle of Wight. I could choose another bouquet. Told them don't bother. I used Serenata in the end and my other choice is Flowers by post. Always very good.

“Utter Liars ”

On 2nd april, I ordered some flowers for my sister- in - law's 25th wedding anniversary. They never arrived. I emailed the company as I couldn't get through on the phone and they apologised and said they would resend them. Again they never arrived . Their email address is now full and the website has disappeared. Awful company.

Emailed me back to say they would be unable to process the order and a full refund within 2 to 3 working days. ?.......still no refund 14 days on. I have a email address that doesn, t recieve my enquires. No contact number to call?........ worst flower company ever!!,,,,,,,

I agree, it seems this company really do like to hit you hard. First by disappointing and not honouring their agreement and secondary with keeping your money. I have lost the total of £15.99, the amount I could have used to fuel my car and make the long journey to surprise my friend on her birthday.But I decided to send a lovely bunch of flowers to brighten up her day. I ordered flowers 25th April 2013 - only to be emailed later that night they couldn't be delivered because of a supplier problem. I sent them an email informing them that they were not very professional- they did inform me that I would have my money back into my account within 3/4 days - now 14th May STILL WAITING...........................

“DO NOT USE”

"Bloomin delightful is absolutely bloomin terrible. Firstly it is impossible to reach them by phone. Every year my son and his family go to N.Ireland in August and since my daughter-in laws birthday falls while they are away I have been sending flowers to her for over 20 years with no problems. Last year I ordered flowers from this outfit giving them the exact same delivery address details as have always been given. On this occasion however the flowers were not delivered and I am still trying to contact them for a refund and explanation ..but the phone is never answered. So beware, no phone, no customer services, NO FLOWERS.....

“SHOCKING THEIR WEBSITE HAS GONE & EMAILS ARE BOUNCING...”

I ordered two bouquets of flowers for my mum who had just come out of hospital. One bouquet was from myself and the other were from my children. I chose a dozen red roses with a balloon. My children chose a really nice looking bouquet off the website. They arrived a day late and the message cards were mixed up and the balloon was in the wrong bouquet, the water had leaked in the box so my mum got a soggy mess and the roses were not red but multi coloured and the bouquet from my kids was totally the wrong one. The roses didnt even last 3 days. I emailed them last week and got an automated email back nothing at all was mentioned about the content of my email. Today I tried to email them again but now the email address has gone and so has the website. Shocking, What a disappointment for my mum me and my kids. I bet they reopen under a new name so BEWARE

I wish I had read the reviews for this so called company! I ordered a bouquet of flowers and a box of chocolates for my mothers 80th birthday and they never arrived! Alarm bells rang when I didn't receive an order of confirmation from them, they charged me 75p for using my DEBIT card and I have had no response to my email from them. We're disappointed that they ruined our surprise for our Mum and have taken our money!

“utter rubbish stay well clear”

Ordered a bouquet for my grandmothers birthday. Was dead within two days. Nothing at al like the photo that I picked the bunch to be like. Emailed them. At first seem apologetic and said they would send out another bunch.... Nothing arrived and no reply from any other emails or refund as requested. Left feeling disappointed sad and very much out of pocket... Trading standards should be onto these people. .

I am a single patent who gave my oldest child a 21st party. She insisted in buying flowers for my helpers. She got an e-mail the day before the party saying she couldn't supply but would refund her money ..a week later no refund...this morning she has shut down the site.....shame on u........she's a student ....this is not over........,

I ordered flowers to sick girlfriends house, but flowers arrived slightly rotten. I was offered a refund which never came. Every time I try and send them an email I get a delivery error.
