Renewal time came around again and I had two sites to attend to. My intention was to renew the one site and leave the other to expire. I renewed the wrong site by mistake and only noticed my error a few days later. I raised a support ticket at 9am and Uk Cheapest had actioned a full refund and sent a reply within a couple of hours. Excellent company backed up by excellent support staff. I will continue to recommend them.

I asked for my hosting to be moved from the data centre in the USA to the one in the UK and the work was done very quickly and without error.

It's the customer services that keeps me coming back. The friendly support is the best by far I've ever received. Even when mistakes are made by ME they're always there to help you out and resolve the matter quickly and efficiently. Over the years the service has actually gotten better and even when I noticed that some plans had reduced in price and offered more than what I originally signed up for there was no problem upgrading me. I started off hosting 1 site with UK-Cheapest and now I'm up to five and honestly couldn't recommend them enough.

I am far from a web pro but the tech support at UK-cheapest were perfectly happy to help with any issues I was having installing .php scripts on my server. The particular technician who dealt with my case even went as far as to modify file pathways in my scripts in order to help me get it working. I am extremely pleased with the service and any queries I have had have always been answered quickly and in a helpful professional manner. In addition the prices are very conservative. In short I would certainly recommend this company to others

I have purchased several websites through UK-Cheapest, and found them to be so good, not just in comparison to other companies as that wouldn't be hard but i know i can trust them to do a great job in looking after me and my interests. so good in fact, i've transferred sites to them that i purchased through other co's. recently I have had problems with lost login details, Colin@HelpDesk got it sorted within a matter hours, i thought it was going to be one of those situations where common sense wasn't going to prevail, but, of course it did. Everything is done like it is a matter of priority, even small things, that i know lesser companies would bumble over for days and you'd get nowhere. i can't recommend them strongly enough, if there is anything i need to buy to do with websites, i always look to do it with UK-C first. Pros: Easy to use, quick response to support tickets, no extra charge for email addresses. Cons: Warnings when trying to log in to control panel saying that certificate cannot be trusted. There is no problem but it doesn't look good or fill you with confidence.

I first started using UK-Cheapest when I wanted to buy my first .co.uk domain name. I had searched the Internet trying to find the cheapest prices and I found UK-Cheapest. I wasn't expecting much for the price but I have been pleasantly surprised ever since. I have just had a recent experience with the UK-Cheapest support with a query that I thought may cause some issues. (I wanted a domain moving to different account, I thought this may have cost money or may have been troublesome.) The UK-Cheapest support team escalated me to the right level of support and helped me with my query perfectly. I now buy all of my domains through UK-Cheapest as I know that I will always have a good experience and have never had any kind of problems with them.

I spent some time this morning using live chat support, which was very good. Later on this afternoon I sent an email with a technical query to the online support service. I received a reply in minutes. Next thing I knew they actually did the task for me. Fantastic.

I have been with uk cheapest now for a year they host several of my sites and i have never had a problem with them, they are always fast to reply and help out in a crisis. the 24 hour live support could be a little more helpful at times, this is my only issue.

Been using these folks for a few years now and rarely had problems. If I do then the matter is attended to very quickly. I have a few sites with them and they never hesitate to upgrade the older accounts to current specs when asked. I have recommended friends or clients to use the service and will continue to do so.

I transfered the domain from UK-cheapest as we wanted to consolidate all the domains etc in one place. I find most email/domain providers web face terrible and confusing for us occasional users and the other host was just a bit clearer to navigate. This said, UK-Cheapest were excellent in ensuring the process was smooth and helpful in providing up to the minute information regards the process at no cost, and no benefit to them. Only one email asking to reconsider then all work was done. Good service and support. Well done UK-Cheapest and thanks for being honorable. John (London)

In the end the ticket was raised and realised that it was my mistake when pointed out by the support person. On another note it did take the support person a little while to notice this was the problem, im not sure if they are going by checklists or something but suggested the nameservers were incorrect when they weren't. Still, I am very greatful and it always helps to have a second person to look at it, they tend to see something that may be right in front of you sometimes.

I purchased a new domain, paid for by PayPal but for some reason the payment didn't appear to register with UK-Cheapest's accounting system and I was sent a reminder by to pay. After I checked with Paypal that the payment had cleared with them, I raised a ticket with UK-Cheapest asking them to check it out. Within a few minutes of sending in the query, I got a nice response from a real person asking for more details and in a few hours it had all been sorted out. Very efficent and reassuring to know that my query was being dealt with by a human being and not just receiving an automated response and then nothing for several days. Thanks for a good experience.
