Because of the outstanding invoices we have overlooked, our servers were down, I contacted the Billing department to inform all paid. Shawn,from Billing department, has responded extremely quickly, locating my account in a very very speedy way, and understanding the problem immediately and by communicating relevant department in a prompt manner my problem got solved. Shawn assured me that he will make sure my problem will be solved ASAP and he offered to stay online on the chat until it is solved, which I found extremely helpful. As I was very impatient due to fact that I was losing customers due to servers down, he just did his utmost best to make sure I leave the chat with problem being solved. So I appreciate his overall help and I am extremely satisfied with his assistance and I can give him 5 star but overall experience due to other department's slowness I only give 4 stars

Most firms here in Africa do not render support services in the night but Eukhost did fix most of my technical issues in those ungodly hours. Their support service was swift and great. I would recommend them anytime, any day!

I recently had one of my domain email accounts blacklisted for some reason. Rex Miller and the guys soon sorted it out as it appears the blacklist was put on by the ISP. After several calls to the ISP (and a 15 hour power-off of the modem to reset the IP address) everything got back to normal. Great work.

Excellent support through their online chat, unlike other sites where you need to submit a ticket and wait at least 24 hours to get a response.

EUKHOST will, when you have an issue, elevate support to some very knowledgeable staff. We've had some issues with hardware and some staff haven't tackled all of our needs first time, but when we need to pursue an issue to get it resolved, we've usually had very prompt, complete and helpful support from EUKHOST. We'd recommend them for their 24/7 support, which you just can't beat, but ask them to keep working on keeping a consistent standard across all of their staff. Some are shining examples of support, others are still learning the ropes, but we've had better, faster and more useful support from EUKHOST than 1&1, Heart or any other popular UK brand, who often go home after 5:30 and your sites can be down all weekend or they'll refuse to help when it's urgent and is near the end of the day, pushing you to tickets instead. EUKHOST will actually get in there and help.

I have been using eUKHost for a few years now and run several websites off their VPS service. I am very happy with the customer service and technical support I have received. The live chat is very useful and there hasn't been any issues that haven't been dealt with almost immediately. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Every so often my Wordpress blog does something I can neither fix nor understand. Webhosting UK Support are always there to tweak this or that and get me back blogging again. Thereafter, it's just up to me to find the time to post!

i have been deal with EUKHOST company since 6 years I guess and the best thing they offer is the fast and valuable support the prices is very fair to the services they offer sometimes I might face problem especially with emails because in my country the internet provider change the IP frequently and that cause a problem with login issue but in general I recommend this company for hosting

Have had Monday morning issue's with outgoing emails having been blacklisted. Rex took ownership of the issue, kept in contact, and before long the issue is pretty much resolved. Would be 5 stars (Rex 5 stars), but am now experiencing residual issue's which I'm sure would be resolved. Thanks
