It is like plucking your hair but using user-unfriendly tweezers

It has been 3 months since I returned the removal kit with the correct refund authorization number and have yet to receive my refund. Several attempts to contact them has been futile. The product itself takes way too much time to remove any substantial hair,who has the time!

Only way to get your money back from these scammers is for your credit card company to take them to arbitration. Mine did, and finally got the money back. Report this company into the IRS. They claim to make refunds while keeping the income but not paying taxes on it. Every report to the IRS will make a difference.

They are the biggest ripoff and will not refund your money. It is always the same reps that answer--Jackie, Melissa, or Linda. They give you the runaround and have stolen my money. I will dispute the charges with my credit card. I hope someone shuts this down quickly. Zero stars for the entire purchase.

I would actually give this product zero stars or negative stars if that was possible. It doesn't work and they will never give you your money back. I bought the stupid thing a year ago and I have called at least a dozen times and they always say the same thing. I have probably wasted more time calling them than the original $100 I wasted on the product, but it has become a game at this point. I will be calling them several times a week until they give me my money back. In the end they will spend far more than $100 on their call center employees who waste time on the phone listening to me.

I, too, have been waitng 5 months for a refund from nevershave again. I feel now I will not get my money back. Nevershaveagain is a scam and a fraud. Shame on you nevershaveagain for not following ethical business practices. Your scam makes it even harder to trust any online biz. Good online biz companies should be going after these companies to keep the internet online biz ligit.

I was about to buy this product, but i didn't have the money on my account, so i decided to look around at the reviews. Thank you all for rating this product and warning me about it, otherwise i would have been out a $100. As a college student that's alot of money. This is the third forum i've found with extremely negative reviews, thanks for posting about it.

I purchased on 6/26/2010 it did not work at all, so I sent it back right away. I get my return authorization number and keep my return tracking info. I call they say they see they received it and are waiting for a different department to process my refund. Months and months later I have called about 10 times, sent about 5 different emails, sent in 4 letters requesting for my refund. I still have yet to receive my refund and it is now 11/01/2010. I have tried my bank but they tell me its too long now to dispute. Any other suggestions?

Never Shave Again...Is there not something we can do to sue this company??? How can they get away with this. I also lost my money and spoke to a woman named Jackie. She go so use to me calling that I had to start giving a false name or she would never answer or she would hang up on me. I finally asked her how she would fill if someone took advantage of her. She tried to symp. but you know she was aware of what was going on. She said she could not contact her employer that she was only allowed to e-mail. She told me on several occasions that she kept notes and was doing her best to process my refund. I finally asked her to send me a copy of the notes and she refused. I even reported them to the FTC and the only response I was given was that they would look into it. Has anyone sued?

This product was a piece of garbage. DO NOT BUY IT....I have been trying to get my money back for 2 months now and after reading these reviews it doesn't look like I'm going to.

I wish I had done more research on Finally Free and seen these comments before buying it. It is a complete hoax. You do need an ungodly level of patience to remove a single hair, and time, and more and more $$ for the patches. I did not have any success with this product and am STILL trying to return it. Like others, this process began within the window of opportunity. The first product was returned because it was apparently defective. The second product "worked" but was not effective and certainly did not deliver the results one would expect after reading through the Finally Free Web site. I am in the process of spreading the word about this product and the company, which does not want to return my money even though they claim a money-back guarantee. I even have an authorization number for the return, which apparently is required. The customer service person refuses to give me a name to address my concerns. I am going to send letters to the New Jersey state attorney general's office as well as the U.S. attorney general. I would encourage others who have been ripped off by this company to do the same. I would prefer to give this ZERO stars!
