I purchased a pair of Sennheiser HD 650 Headphones from juno.
They where not really suitable for my needs.
The problem was returning them! what a pain in the ass.
I had to phone or email them to let them know i wanted to return them, they woudl then send me a form to fill in stating the reason why and then i had to wait for them to send me a returns number so I could send thm back.
absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!
The customer service was non existent, extremely poor for such a big company.
I sent 2 emails and had no reply, i phones in the end and after about 2 hours of trying someone finally answered the phone.
I will not be goin back there, they have lost alot of future trade from me.
Something tells me thisoutfit is run from someones bedroom lol its really that bad!

Bought a supposedly new and sealed double LP record from www.juno.co.uk, but the LP was not sealed, and there are a lot of dust, scuffed marks, nicks and scratches on all four sides. Definitely not a new one; probably a returned LP and they sold it for new. I did not return it coz I would have had to pay for the postage of returning it (from Asia). International buyers beware; I believe unwanted and returned items were resold to international buyers knowing most of them do not bother to return damaged goods.

I bought a pair of Technics headphones from Juno. They were the only place in the UK that I could buy them so I thought that I would give them a go. A couple of months later they blew in the left can. I told them that this had happened. They had become pretty unlistenable so I put some tissue paper in the left side. They said that there was nothing wrong with them and that by putting tissue paper in that I had tampered with them and that they would need to charge me to send them back, I said don't worry, this will be the last thing that I order from Juno.

They got a good selection of music, and the delivery was pretty fast. My problem was that the record looked like a banana when I picked it up at the post office. I buy a lot of vinyls on the internet, and in comparison to what I have experienced before, this was the absolute worst packing I have ever seen. No wonder the record was bent. Juno sent the record as an ordinary letter (OK, the fee was not much, but hey...) so it had no insurance. Threw it in the trash and went on with my life. No more Juno for me.

I would try to find another place to shop, Juno Records has a wide selection of music.
However, in my opinion the records are flimsy, they seem fake when compared with other records.

If you want to find something a bit different, Juno is excellent. I.e. I found a rare CD of Ghanian funk from the '70s - where else can you buy that?! There are also thousands of independent music labels on the site, as well as the main dance labels.
I like the way the site doesn't try to sell you stuff - it lets you browse and find what you're looking for, as opposed to forcing the latest thing upon you.
