Earlier I used 2 online stores to send gifts to my family who lives in Kolkata but their service was little late. So though to try Tajonline and very happy to tell that I chosen best site. I live in Sydney and placed an order for Flower gift on my sister’s birthday. She received the flower on her birthday’s date. Would recommend Tajonline for fast delivery.

I had bad experience twice. On my fiancee’s birthday and our anniversary. Please stay away from this site. They don’t take any responsibility and customer service don’t answer in timely manner. Seems like they have unprofessional employee providing customer service. I got answer from customer service that vendor ran out of product and forgot to inform. Pathetic.

Earlier i used few other ecommerce sites to buy products but nothing as compared to Tajonline - they just stands out the best as per my experience. I purchased over 5 products including cakes, cookery and computer accessories and all of the products I received on an average 4 business days with good packaging.

I have ordered a Non stick Tawa on 1st week of Oct for my sister who live in Delhi and she received Tawa just after 3 days after placing order. But product was not the same that I ordered, it was from another company. I call to the customer support care and informed them about the issue. They informed me that within 2 business days their representative will collect the product and followed by in next 7 days they will re-send the Non stick Tawa. My sister received the product just after 5 business day after returning the product. Tajonline is very professional, honest and do care of their customer. Strongly recommend to buy products from them.

I wish i had read this review before ordering a gift for my best friend who was getting married. I ordered the gift on 3 may 2011 and it still hasnt reached her till 03/june/2011. And even worse, they don't keep you posted!! I had to call them a million times from Australia to find out whats happening. i finally had to cancel my order!! Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst ever shopping site. they do not deliver the selected gifts and then they do not ship them on time. Very unsatisfactory customer support. I would not recommend this online store to send gifts to india.....

Hopeless website, and even more hopeless service, avoid like Swine-flu.
1) Substandard item - "Child safety door" ( great praises on the website, but does not live upto expectations, did not fit to door entereance, had to do lot of drilling, even then if it was tightened the frame bent, and lock did not fit) - so product is useless.
2) Charged extra for delivery, as they mentioned the wrong address and had to pay for Octroi Rs250 - I had to pay for their mistake.
3) Had to followup with TolShop, 3 different couriers, the courier companies they use, are managed by goons, and don't know a thing about, product delivery, customer interaction.
4) I did not even bother to return it or ask for a refund, it would have been more hastle and frustration.
5) Website is not easy to understand and place an order.
This was the first time I used a online shopping option in India and ITS THE LAST TIME.

Its been more than 10 years i shifted my base to Aus.
Like me every indian understands and feel the pain of staying away from friends and family.

I have been using tajonline right from its early age in begining of 2001.
I would say there are fairly decent. No trouble except on 1 occasion when they delivered late. Average pricing and simple navigation is cool.

They occasionally send me discount coupons. he he he

I have been cheated by tajonline. They charged my credit card and would not ship the item until I sent numerous emails. The items shipped were old, opened and different than ordered.

The emails to them are bouncing and they will not respond.
