For simple ease of use, build quality, design, enjoyment, lack of viruses and sheer pleasure from starting up, Apple MacBook Pros and iMacs are wonderful. However, there are some downsides - Apple are one of the sneakiest tax avoiders on the planet (despite being basically the world's richest company), they are difficult to contact when you have problems (though when you do get them to contact you back they are always kind, courteous and helpful), they are tight-fisted (making you pay £20 for their remote control which once came with their iMacs), iTunes updates do stupid things like make songs you've bought vanish, their new ios7 for the iPhone is repulsive and cheap looking and it's impossible to revert back to the better, less buggy ios6. But, if you can stomach the bad points, and the price then you'll have hardware and software that work brilliantly and enhance your life.

The iphone 5 I have is great but occasionally freezes which apple cannot justify. Since having the phone, I have purchased 4 official chargers, all of which have let me down (each lasting about 1 month at a time). I cannot afford to spend more money on this phone so intend to sell it as apple have been unable to help me with my phone and now I will look elsewhere.

Sent my phone in for a service , chasing it up for weeks been about two weeks since I sent it away , so I phoned up customer relations so they told me it arrived empty and un-tampered with they were trying to make out as if I never put my iPhone 5 in it so a internal theft investigation will be launched , under these circumstances it's obvious it has been Apple and not the post office as whoever has opened it is trying to say it was empty , very disappointed , hopefully this doesn't happens to anyone else as this has been very distressing as that's £529 down the pan , hopefully the person who has stollen my phone is caught , sacked and charged with theft , very un happy with my experience , don't think I will see my phone again as Apple aren't going to believe us as they will believe there own as my mum and I packaged it and sent it away the same day , very disappointed with Apple on this occasion .

For many years I was hardcore HP and PC. Everything I did was Windows based, at home and at work. Then, after spilling coffee on my HP laptop, I ended up getting an Apple MacBook Pro. Wow. What a difference! I can honestly say that I LOVE my computer! I'm not really computer savvy, but using my Apple has been intuitive and easy. My husband set up the new laptop with no problem, and he never even had a computer before! I also love the support for Apple. You can always make an appointment at their Genius Bars in the Apple stores for no charge. That's a nice feeling knowing that you can get questions answered long after the warranty has expired. I only wish that I had also gotten the Apple iphone at the same time so that everything would coordinate. I am planning on getting the new 5S or 6 though when it comes out. I can't wait to be all Apple every day! Best laptop ever.

wow, I love my phone. I used to have a blackberry but upgraded to the new iphone 5s and now my blackberry looks like it came from the 1980's! I looked at a Samsung but it was too big - yes, it's possible that a phone is too big! It will take me some time to learn the new iphone but that's ok. I wish it had google maps, but hopefully I can figure out the new app. thank you apple for inventing the future!

When my company started operations, I have been looking for computers to buy for my company. I have bought 7 iMacs and i have been very happy with all of them, they provide best quality hardware and software. Additionally due to fact that it is not Windows, which catches viruses and trojans every 2 weeks, all information has been secured and there was no problems with any of them, even due to fact that our company uses compueters specifically for internet browsing.

I really wish none of you will need to contact Apple UK phone customer service. I had with them the worst experience of my life. Spent 2 hours wityh 2 different operator totally unhelpful, trying to let care of the issue seriously and professionally. No way, they just repeat what there's on their screen or what the supervisor suggested, without adding any human value. At this point, why not give all to SIRI and other automatic answering machines. Human being answering at Apple UK phone customer service are totally useless, and when theyu decide to personalize their answers, they become totally arrogan. You feel the we-are-Apple-we-are-cool effect in their words. I am still totally upset and frustrated. I don't discuss their products, but when help is needed, APPLE UK phone customer service is simply useless, can't count on them.

I bought my ipad 3 at the apple store in London, amazing service as soon as you walk in the door. It took only 5 mins from walking in to walking out the door a very happy man.

If you buy an Apple product no matter what it is you will never look back. I've had the iphones for a while and i can't understand why you would use anything else. Buy an iphone and you will not regret it. I also have a Macbook Pro and i'm loving the new Mountain Lion upgrade. Its well worth the price tag and makes using your mac even more enjoyable.

Apple is a really cool manufacturer. I own most of their products i.e. iPhone 4, iPad 2 and iPod Touch 4g. Now I'm waiting for the new iPod. also thinking of buying macbook. Cool

I was going for my morning swim with my ipad as I ussually do when it jumped out of my hands into the pool, Now it won't even turn on , I even tried rice. THIS NEVER HAPPENED TO MY WATER PROOF KODAC.

I ordered an iPad2 online. From the beginning to end their customer service department kept me informed via email as to the status of my order. I am really happy with my new tablet cant wait to get out and about with it :)

As a Graphic Designer, I've used Mac computers for many years. About 6 months ago, I invested in a Macbook Air as I needed something light and powerful for when I have to travel. It still amazes me how much they pack into such a small machine. From the first moment going online to buy until my new computer arrived, it was a total pleasure. Ten out of ten every time.

Yep, I've done it and gone ahead and ordered the new ipad. Am so excited to receive it this friday! I was one of the lucky ones who was able to get onto the apple website before it crashed and managed to get my order in. Had to have it shipped to a US address, but I have family out in the states who will be bringing it out to me. The happy coincidence is they were due to fly out at the weekend to england anyway, so I should have it in my hands on Sunday :) Overall I'm well happy with apple - my ipad, iphone, ipad and now the new ipad have (and will I suspect) have been brilliant bits of kit. I'm not 100% apple - still own a PC for dev work (which I'm also happy with), and I've also got an HTC android phone, which in many ways is better than the iphone. Overall though, you just can't go wrong with something produced by Apple. I know they can be a bit strict with their usage policies, but honestly they are great.

Awesome machine, extremely fast, does everything Apple says it does. Looks and performs beautifully. So easy to use, you can literally have 20 applications open at once without any problems. I love this machine, get one. Quality, you can't beat a Mac.
