Flowers delivered nearly a week late for my Daughter’s birthday. Obviously not fit for purpose. Only offered £10 credit off next order- as if I would give this Company any more of my hard earned cash . No apology. Totally unacceptable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- save yourself a nightmare.

Dead and dying flowers arrived, took photos and contacted them only to be told they look fine and they do not give refunds and anyway it is a risk of buying flowers by post! Then I certainly won't but isn't that what they are, a flowers by post company? Don't waste your money.

Appalling service and flowers not as advertised. I ordered freesias for my mother because her sight is not very good so bought the flowers specifically for the scent. Fineflora advertise their freesias as scented and long lasting. The flowers that were delivered had no scent and did not even last a week. Fineflora's dismissive response to my complaint was to blame how the flowers must have been looked after for the lack of scent and short life span, saying they offer no warranty as to the scent of the flowers! So don't believe anything they say on their website. A terrible company. These flowers were cost £35 and weren't work even half that price.

“Very Bad Service”

Flowers I ordered didn't arrive. They are only contactable by email, but you are wasting your time. I sent them loads of emails and never received one reply. Quick enough to take your money but don't deliver the goods.

lovely flowers sent from guernsey - mainly freesia carnations and lilies. great for birthday christmas etc. flowers arrive in a day or by post and always a treat. would recommend!

Never would I use or refer this business to anyone, no telephone number??? Email them and they don't respond!! I ordered flowers for my mum for mothers dsy, to be delivered 4 days before.she just came out of hospital having a tumour removed from her spine,not only didn't she revive them on Day asked got them Day after Mother's Day I paid £ 32.00 and they were half dead with about 10 flowers that looked liked I had picked up from a garage!! I was so upset emailed them and they didn't even apologise but just made one excuse after another, disgusting

Ordered in plenty of time for specific date for delivery. Nothing arrived until late the following day and then flowers were sparse. Nothing from customer service so £6 delivery badly spent. Will use another company in future - don't be sucked in by their 'special' offers.

Expensive and failed to delivery on Mother's day. Living abroad and not being able to visit my Mother on this special day, I put my trust in them. I note from many other reviews this is common practice, and refunds are not forthcoming. Use Interflora next time or another company.

I recently arranged for flowers to be sent to a relative who is very sick in the hope they would cheer her up. The day they arrived I received a call from her husband to say they were beautiful and she had appreciated them. Somehow, flowers convey more than words. I know that there are a lot of flower companies out there, but I have found your service to be reliable and I've always had positive remarks from the recipient. So, I would just like to say ' THANK YOU' - your flowers meant a lot to someone.

I ordered flowers and chocolate to be sent to my sister as she came out of hospital, a specific date was requested and acknowledged. No delivery was made, no response to my email chasing it and I can't find a phone number to complain on. Will never use them again.

Flowers arrived on time, but looked absolutely nothing like what I'd ordered! What's the point in offering a product if something completely different turns up? I ordered a spray with two particular flowers in it, as my mum loves them and neither were included. It's like ordering a pair of blue jeans and a white shirt turns up instead. I never write reviews, but felt compelled to in this case to deter anyone from ordering through this website. Rubbish.

A totally unprofessional company.. I ordered two lots of flowers to be delivered. Both arriving a day early, better than late but not what I asked for. The picture they display on their website was nothing like what they were. A completly false advertisement. Communication was terrible. I emailed a complaint along with a picture of the pathetic excuse of a bunch a flowers. They took days to reply and all I got was "those flowers can look a bit droopy". It was more the concern there were only 4 ( yes four) stems that cost £20. If you need to buy flowers please don't be conned by these fools.

I ordered two bunches of flowers for mothers day one bunch arrived three days early and one bunch didn't arrive until Monday teatime completely missing mothers day ..I contacted the company by email as no number available a tiny email back to we'll you got them now what's the problem I have since written a longer email and surprise still no reply showing service

“Anniversary Flowers”

I paid £26.00 for a bouquet of flowers for a 60th Wedding Anniversary advertised as 50% extra free. The quantity of flowers was a joke! It looked like a £5.00 buch you could buy from the supermarket. It was nothing like as shown in the advertisment, and there was no green foliage either. Customer services responded after I sent a photo by saying that the bouquets were small because the flowers were picked fresh from Guernsey! I explained there couldn't have been 50% extra free, but they had not bothered to respond to my latest email or offer any kind of partial refund. Avoid this company unless you want to be ripped off.

“Disappointed!”

Flowers were bought for our anniversary, they were on special offer, 50% extra free. I hate to think how small the bouquet would have been otherwise! 3 carnations ,2 lilies, 2 freesia, 2 chincherinchee and three other stalks that I don't recognise. My husband's comment when I opened the box was"is that it?". He was very disappointed with what I received for the money he had spent. I received them on 13.8.14 ,sent an email saying how disappointed we were with the flowers on the 14th and as of 18th have not even had the courtesy of a reply!
