Ordered some flowers for my Wife on a Friday. I was promised delivery the same day but it didn't happen :-( I had a voicemail but I was working till late so could not ring until the Sat morning, they apologised and said they will be delivered today (Sat) but it is now 7pm and they have ot arrived. I will now try to cancel the payment. I am furious.

Whilst the ordering and delivery service were good the very ordinary flower display and flowers left a lot to be desired and did not match the apparent quality and design as advertised. I imagine the value of the flowers would not equate with a good supermarket but more a cheaper small store....I am sure the value of the flowers was hardly £10 and certainly did not equate with the £50 spent...I know there was a basic vase and delivery but overall very poor value for money

I ordered flowers which were £50 with lilies and roses. What turned up were cheap carnations and 2 white roses, discussed.

I ordered some flowers in good faith that they would be delivered and look like the photo. My goodness, garage flowers would have been better. A £40 bouquet was delivered that looked like a £10 bunch at best. The photo showed Lilies, Roses, Fir Cones and came with the cheapest looking flowers that had been thrown together. There was no arrangement just a bunch of cheap flowers. I complained sent photos and they responded by agreeing I was right, but without discussion they refunded 50%. No negotiation over what I thought was acceptable. Poor communication, poor customer service and awful product!

A disappointing experience, flowers not delivered the same day as purchased (for a birthday) and no attempt to remedy appropriately. Would not recommend.

The flowers I ordered for my Brother's Funeral were so beautiful and much better than I expected for this time of year. I have no complaints and very satisfied with everything, thank you. 

2 funeral arrangements purchased, both were beautiful. Flowers were fresh and delivered on time. The customer service person was excellent, easy to talk to, clear.and direct.

My son ordered flowers for my birthday. I felt the love. The statement from FSD stated the flowers arrived at 1.30pm. They did not. The flowers arrived after 6.30pm when we weren't in. Left on the doorstep. The flowers were not as advertised. I was told give them a couple of days they'll start opening up. No they didn't. Within a week they had died. Very angry that my son wasted his money. Avoid ordering from FSD. Not a great service and NOT worth the money.

I needed some flowers for the family after a sudden bereavement, i googled florists in the area and flowerssameday came up. The lady was very helpful and explained all options and costs etc. They did a gorgeous job and delivered when they said they would. Would i recommend? Most defonately!

Promised same day delivery and charged me for it, then failed to honour the promise. Rubbish.

Would highly recommend this florist. I ordered some for my Daughter as a surprise. Within 3 hours of ordering they were delivered. She sent me a photograph of them and they looked beautiful. I would definitely order again no problem.

Ordered flowers to be delivered for the specific day as it was a part of the long planned surprise. Somehow it was delivered a day earlier and that meant that all the surprise and planning was ruined. I called the company to explain what happened, while the lady was trying to contact the driver I was put on hold and then just disconnected. I called again, this time another lady answered the phone so I had to explain it all again. She apologised and to rectify the situation offered to send chocolates or take off the delivery charge. As the mistake was made by the company it didn’t feel the best way to leave their customer happy, I asked for a full refund as they by sending flowers wrong day ruined a surprise. They said that could be done only if the driver would go back and collect the flowers from someone who already got it. That is just disrespectful! So the refund was refused. I left absolutely disappointed with the service and lack of respect for a customer. Would not order from them again as they clearly don’t care.

This online florist is good to order bouquets. they reached the order within a day and presented beautiful & fresh flowers. I am satisfied with this florists.

I asked for mixed flowers in reds and pinks as for a ruby wedding gift. When they arrived it was just six roses and loads of greenery roses were 3 red & 3 pink. When I complained that these were not what I had asked I was informed that they thought it would be suitable for an anniversary and use 6 premium roses and loads of greenery . Obviously didn't matter what I thought didn't even ask if these would be OK. I had asked for MIXED flowers for a special reason and person.NOT what they wanted to suit the shop. NEVER AGAIN.

I was so pleased with the help I received at an emotional time. The flowers were just as I'd requested, vibrant, bold, colourful, plentiful and really made a statement. They were for my granddaughter and she sent me a video of them. She was tearful and emotional. She said they were perfect and they had really cheered her up. Thanks so much. Highly recommended.

I ordered some flowers for my elderly mum because she's been ill. Despite the covid lockdown, a beautiful bouquet was delivered the next day, as requested, and mum was delighted with it. It was so easy and quick to do - M&S can't deliver for another week at the moment so I'll be using Flowers Same Day in future.
