“Still waiting for same day delivery 12 hours later !”

★☆☆☆☆

written by RaskaCats on 07/03/2018

Paid for flowers to be sent to a sick friend this morning at 08.30 and am still waiting at 6.45 pm for delivery. They are very quick to take your money but customer service is deplorable. There is no-one you can call so you have to play email ping-pong, and still get no response. I will never, ever use them again and will be telling everyone I know.

“Poor value, poor quality and shocking customer "service"”

★☆☆☆☆

written by skepps10 on 20/02/2018

The flowers were not worth even a fraction of the price they were charging, and the photo on the website was highly deceptive. The only redeeming quality I can say is that they arrived on time, on Valentine's Day. However, the display arrived over-watered, in a cardboard presentation box that was soaked through & had disintegrated almost entirely, leaking water all over the table. The stems were all cut very short & stuck haphazardly into a block of oasis. Around half of the flowers were OK but some were already looking dead and a couple were broken or bent. My wife removed the dead & broken flowers and threw away the soaking wet box before she left work. Far from the quality I had expected given the price I had paid! I then contacted customer services through their website but was told that they wouldn't refund even the delivery charge (they had added an extra delivery charge due to it being Valentines Day) as I hadn't got a photo of the damaged box or stems. My wife's first priority wasn't to photograph the bad display & send it to me but clearly Easyflowers expected differently! I ended up buying a second bunch of flowers from my local IGA for a third of the price to apologise to my wife for the awful bunch she had been delivered and they were a far nicer bouquet, better quality and lasted longer too. I would recommend that you buy a bouquet you can actually inspect first!

“Pathe Service”

written by Aaron1971 on 17/02/2018

I will never use easy flowers again. I added special instructions that Valentine’s Day flowers be left at the front door of my house, instead the delivery driver left them in front of the gate on the street in full sun. As a result, $100 flowers resembled that of ones that have been at a cemetery for weeks....... a pitiful gift. I advised easy flowers of the issue, but they told me that the petals that had fallen off were “guard petals”...... some of there roses must be made up of guards flowers only as there were none left on some. They ‘graciously’ offered to refund the delivery cost of $18...... WOW! It seems it is my fault that they cannot follow clear instructions.Happy Valentines!!!!!

“NOT SO EASYFLOWERS”

★☆☆☆☆

written by kara1 on 16/02/2018

Ordered flowers for this Valentines Day 5 days before the event. FLOWERS WERE NOT DELIVERED!! The worst customer service I have ever seen from any florist. I had to email and call them no fewer than 8 times and in the end after waiting for an entire day, (by this time my wife had left work), the flowers didn't even show up. I was offered a refund (which I am still waiting for) but would have preferred the flowers instead. I am doubting they were even ordered. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. Unreliable delivery service and when I did ring and finally get through to a person, she was VERY RUDE and abrupt constantly repeating "the terms are on our website", offering NO solution and treating me like I was an idiot. NOT SO EASYFLOWERS!!! going back to my reliable, friendly, efficient and polite local florist who appreciates the business. Thought I would give them a go, but, that was the FIRST and LAST time I ever use this company. GOOD LUCK Easyflowers in keeping customers if you are going to treat people this way. Just disgusting.

“Impossible to contact afterwards and flowers didn't arrive”

written by TeresaJR on 12/01/2018

I ordered flowers through easy flowers online for a family member in hospital. The flowers did not arrive on the promised date and as yet have still not arrived!! The company has no contact phone number only a chat line which they do not respond to. Very disappointed and will not be using this company again or recommending them.

“Company that do not respect other cultures”

★☆☆☆☆

written by PranavMcDonald280 on 01/10/2017

I've purchased a cute flower called Heather with lovely garbera for my sick girl friend whom just had a surgery in a hospital. On the morning of the delivery date I was told that garbera wasn't available and it would be replaced by a flower called "mum" that looks like garbera. As I trusted the professional suggestion, I went ahead to agree with their pick without thinking it twice. After realising chrysanthemum are the flowers that commonly use in funeral in my culture, I left a commend to the team suggesting not to use chrysanthemum as replacement of garbera as: 1) they don't really look like each other; & 2) they are use as funeral flowers in Asia The representative replied and said "Thank you for your feedback, it is appreciated and used for quality purposes. You did agree to use substitutions and you were sent an email advising on the flower to which you replied. Please accept our apologies for using a flower that you consider unsuitable." I then told them my purpose was to letting them aware of what chrysanthemum means in a certain culture, as it is embarrassing to send someone sick flowers that are commonly use in funeral. And I do not understand why they feel the needs to mention I've agreed to the substitution, was it to tell me that basically it was all my fault. They then replied "From the information provided by yourself, it states that yellow chrysanthemums are the traditional Chinese funeral flowers. Our florist has used pink pom-pom chrysanthemums. I am sorry that you are disappointed that your recipient received 'funeral flowers', but in Australia, these flowers are not used only for funerals. We are an Australian company delivering flowers within Australia. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can offer you at this time." I do not understand why: 1) they have to state they are Australian company that delivery flowers within Australia, and why emphasise we are in Australia. Australia is a young, multicultural country where the majority ain't aboriginals. We are basically all migrants, does it means this company only serve Australian that are white in colour? 2) my purpose was to provide feedback and so maybe they can avoid a certain type of flowers in a get-well present, why do they have to end this with there is nothing we can offer when my whole purpose was to provide feedback Further on my research in regards to chrysanthemum: Chrysanthemums Mums are frequently included in arrangements for funeral services. In some European countries, such as France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Hungary and Croatia, chrysanthemums are symbolic of death and are only used for funerals or on graves. In China, Japan and Korea, white chrysanthemums are symbolic of lamentation and grief. All I wanted to say is this company do not want to listen to their customers, they are only here to serve the Australian in their own definition and do not want to respect other cultures. I do not recommend the service from easyflowers

“Failed to deliver.Fail to provide proof flowers ever...”

★☆☆☆☆

written by And1234 on 17/08/2017

I gave a full and complete address for delivery. Their online system added on an incorrect postcode. I was told the flowers were MADE and SENT OUT in a courier before anyone realised?!?!? Online help had no sympathy, tried to blame me and charge extra (in addition to the 100 I had already paid) to "redeliver". The online help then TOLD me they would be charging my card an extra delivery fee which I had not asked for, which is extremely unprofessional. I asked for a refund and was told fat chance. My requests for photo evidence that the card and flowers ACTUALLY EXISTED were ignored. Absolutely horrible experience, waste of time and money, do not recommend.

“Appalling quality ”

★☆☆☆☆

written by Jadynb1980 on 20/05/2017

Ordered flowers for my wife for mother day and the quality was appalling it looked like it had been slapped together. To top it off after four days it looks like it needs to be thrown in the bin. The bouquet does not look like anything like the one the website. Also trying to get in contact with them to get a refund is impossible. Do yourself a favour and use a reputable florist not this one.

“Ordered for Mothers Day, not delivered, no notification”

★☆☆☆☆

written by paddygrey on 19/05/2017

I ordered flowers from these guys a couple of days before mothers day. I received an invoice. A week goes past and i find out the flowers were not received. I go on to their website to get contact information, and saw a message posted there that they had canceled my order. This was blamed on "courier availability", noting "ultimately we were let down by third parties reaching their peak capacity for the day". They were let down. I received NO email notification (beyond the invoice), no call, no text. Customer service, who seems like a very nice guy, responded with "I do understand that this is extremely frustrating for you and we take full responsibility, however, the hectic nature of Mother's Day didn't allow us to call all of our customers." I confirmed that i received no email, that it wasnt in junk or trash. He was under the impression an email had been sent, gave me the text of what would have been sent. However, couldn't confirm that any email had actually been sent. At the end of the day, this was an incredibly frustrating experience. I see from other reviews they didnt notify others too. I will avoid doing business with them in future.

“Non-delivery and lack of update - Mother's Day”

★☆☆☆☆

written by KimC2002 on 14/05/2017

Mother's Day is officially over, and the flowers never arrived. I am angered that an update was not provided at all about the delivery. After reading several reviews online, it appears that I'm not the only one who encountered this issue. Easy Flowers claimed to be "the most influential market leader in the flower & gift industry", yet how could that ever be the case when situations like these occur? After 17 years of being in business, how could they not plan the amount of deliveries that is able to be fulfilled on the day? My family waited th e whole day at home for flowers that never arrived. Easy Flowers have wasted their time and ruined their day, as they had to cancel dinner plans to receive the flowers. They have also wasted my time spent on the phone and on the website trying to contact a representative to obtain an update. The reasons the company have been providing about the couriers not being able to meet the demands are completely ridiculous. They should have been able to define the amount of deliveries for the day, and stopped taking orders once the quota has been met. Their failure to do so illustrates that they are more concerned about the profit line, than the needs and emotions of their customers. If you ever want to order flowers online, please do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all costs. It will save you time, money and any potential heartbreak.

“Poor Product”

★★☆☆☆

written by LinaFrazier313 on 12/05/2017

First time ordering through this company, the online order process was easy and flowers were delivered within the timeframe given.....however, I ordered the "Gillian" boxed flowers and what was pictured on their website and what was actually received by the recipient yesterday, was not the same. Although it had the same flower types as stated, the actual arrangement of the display was of poor standard, which I could have done myself. The arrangement is taller than shown on website, with lots of green foliage and stems visible...much different to the neatly bundled flowers showing little green foliage and NO stems. To pay a florist the expensive price for flowers, I would expect good/high quality product from the flowers used through to the actual display of the arrangement. Had I have known this was the product being sent to my friend, I would've purchased a much better boxed floral arrangement from Woolworths for half the price of what I paid easyflowers.

“terrible experience ”

★☆☆☆☆

written by zwCoyle102 on 18/02/2017

I just wanted to let you know that the whole experience was awful, first of all you were late with delivery. My office was already closed. You knew you have time until 5pm I was at office until 5:15. Then you were trying to charge extra my boyfriend for next day delivery. Flowers arrived with horrible and disgusting card with some messy hand writing hardly to see what is on. Very disappointing and never ever would recommend that service to anyone. I will post that on social medias too.

“Terrible products and service”

★☆☆☆☆

written by charlot7542 on 14/02/2017

The Easy Flowers order failed to be delivered between 7am and 7pm as advertised, as the courier couldn't find the building (although it is well-signposted). I left specific instructions for him to call the mobile number of the recipient (my mother) if there was an issue accessing the building, but he failed to do this. Finally, at almost 8pm, the florist turned up with a very bedraggled looking (and small) box of flowers and a balloon with hardly any helium left in it. Apparently the courier had delivered the flowers back to the florist when he was unable to find my mother's unit (when he might have simply called her mobile), and both flowers and balloon were left to wilt in his vehicle for much of the day. As a result the quality of the items ordered was well below par, especially considering the price of almost $100. These flowers were meant as a 74th birthday gift for my mother, who was spending her birthday alone. I have contacted the company to express my disappointment and to ask for a refund, but they have consistently failed to provide this, as we are unable to produce a digital image of the items. My mother does not own a digital camera or a smart phone and I am not able to assist her as I am out of the country. I have suggested the company might simply talk to the florist who would verify our story, as she was apologetic to my mother, but they still refuse to do the decent thing. I will definitely never be using this company again and would advise everyone else to avoid using them at all costs!

“For my Mum's 90th - no courier???”

★☆☆☆☆

written by Littleblackduck on 04/01/2017

I ordered flowers for my Mum's 90th birthday. Even though we will be celebrating this milestone a few days later, I thought it would be nice for her to have something on the actual day. The order was placed the day before and the delivery date was for 3/1, which was her birthday. All good so far... On the actual day I received an email stating that they could not be delivered! I sent a reply stating my disappointment and received another email the day after asking that I telephone them. After waiting for approximately 10 minutes, I spoke to a woman who was initially sympathetic and told me that they could not be delivered because the florist did not have a courier working on that day! I stated my opinion that this was unacceptable. When I asked for the name of the florist they use, I was told that she couldn't give me those details because she couldn't control what I said to them! I was given a choice that I could either have them delivered on another day and have one delivery charge refunded or I could cancel and receive a refund. In disgust I cancelled the order and informed the woman that I will be contacting Fair Trading. Easy Flowers have an extremely poor attitude to their customers. Don't waste your time and money with this lot!

A bit cheesed off that the flowers I ordered as presented had to be changed cause they weren't available. I bet that happens a lot...right? Hmmmm. Also thanks for all the annoying spam mail I'm now getting in my Inbox. I know it's your business as it's a new email address & I haven't given out the details to anyone but you. Started the day after I ordered the flowers. Use you again? Don't think so. Cheers.

“Don't believe the photographs in the advertising !”

★☆☆☆☆

written by Janiyahj1988 on 05/10/2016

I have used this company on at least three occasions. Never ever had any feedback from recipients. Now I think I know why... I recently sent flowers to another friend and the friend sent me a photograph. I was mortified. The arrangement looked like it had been constructed by a five year old or by me a 55 year old with no floristry skill. The correct number of flowers were there for sure but the arrangement showed no skill at all. It looked sparse and the green fill looked awful. The roses looked dried on the edges, the type that never seem to open to potential. I contacted the company and sent the photograph. They responded with - the correct number of blooms of similar colour were in the arrangement! That the flowers were unopened for better transport?? Really in Brisbane? I am so unhappy with not only the flowers but the response from the company. I wan't after a refund but for an admission that this arrangement looked terrible and they would ensure it wouldn't happen again. Given their response I won't be using them again and I urge you not to either.
