“Dying flowers”

I was sent flowers from a dear friend. The roses were dying day 1. By day 3 they were totally brown and dead. 3 phone calls and 3 emails resulted in the company reviewing the photos I sent and claiming the product was OK. The company are dreadful to deal with if there is a problem.

“Terrible flowers”

I ordered expensive red roses to celebrate our anniversary. On arrival almost all the roses were wilting and looked like three weeks old . Easyflowers denied and said they fresh, notwithstanding the photos I sent them. Unable to write a google review as they somehow filter all reviews. Buyers beware

Absolutely shocking experience! I was told at 10am on the last delivery day before Mothers Day that my flowers cannot be delivered to that particular area. They have had my order for 2 weeks and they tell me the morning of the last delivery day. They knew there was no way i could place an order with anyone else so our poor Mum had nothing on her special day. They had the cheek to offer a $50 voucher for the 'inconvenience', knowing full well I will never use them again. I contacted them by email for a better explanation as they do not have a phone number and no reply. There are many other companies offering this service and I recommend you use one of the others to be on the safe side. Could you imagine if the flowers were for a funeral!

Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered flowers from easyflowers. What an embarrassment it was to see pictures of the flowers that were sent to a grieving family as a sympathy bunch..compared to the the picture of what I ordered... I was mortified. I will never order flowers from this terrible company who use 3rd rate florists...seriously I could have got a box from Woolies with more appeal and better flowers..then to add insult to injury the rude customer service person offers a $20 gift card..which means I would have to waste more money with them....not a chance..

Delivered and half the flowers where dying or dead. Very few blooms and mainly foliage. Such a terrible gift which for the sender, such a waist of money.

Honestly, the worst value. I just got 9 Gerbera’s delivered with a balloon for $127 as their upgraded bunch. Not even close to good value. Don’t bother

“Worse flowers ever ”

I ordered flowers for my MIL left is what was delivered, right was what was advertised. Upon delivery 1 flower was drooping and actually never opened at all, let alone you can tell the physical difference of how full the advertised photo looks and how mine looks. Within 3 days almost half of the flowers started to droop, contacted customer service basically told me that it's to be expected that $98 flowers should be wilting and drooping from 3 days onwards. They only offered originally $11 refund for the 1 flower which never opened, I declined they offered $22 and basically said bad luck take it or leave it. I STRONGLY suggest that you find a reputable business who uses fresh flowers, as spending nearly $100 on flowers that half didn't flower until they other half already wilted is definitely poor form. Let alone the "quality assurance" team advising most of the flowers still had life left of them when can clearly be seen how half of the flower heads are facing downwards from wilting.

“Rotten, damaged, ant infested ”

Rotten, Damaged, ant infested flowers, never delivered to my door but left in the heat outside my garage. For the past two years my sister has used Easy flowers over 5 times. Every time I recieved flowers they have turned up like this. It is so stressful and hurtful to recieve a gift in this condition. I am angry beyond words and NEVER EVER EVER use this heartless, uncaring service. Complaints have been made but nothing has been done to address the florist making the bunches or the delivery drivers who can't even make it to my front door.

Arranged flowers for valentines day for my wife, the courier apparently turned up at 6pm but didnt ring the bell, called me at 7pm and said he couldnt deliver til the next day, obviously valentines day was over and my wife didnt get her flowers, never will i order flowers online again, appalling service, asked for a refund, said they would submit it then sent me another message saying after looking into it further they will not issue a refund, Please dont order flowers from this company go to your local florist it will be a lot easier and a lot less stressful, will never recommend this company to anyone.................

“Birthday arrangement”

I ordered Arabella arrangement for my daughter's birthday, never ever again will I use Easyflowers, the roses and carnations were in full blume and the rest of the flowers weren't even opening. I was so embarassed I emailed Easyflowers and they said the order stands. I am very disappointed in there service and quality control.

“What a waste !!!!”

I ordered some flowers to use to cheer someone up and take to there house during these hard times. I spent over $100 for the most basic, lifeless, small bunch of florals that were brown in a few leafs when they got to me. They also delivered the wrong ones to me first.. and I had to call and rectify it. The roses reminded me of what you would get from Woolworths the not fully coloured pink and just handles any petals in the flowers. I paid and extra $37 for the upgraded bunch and received one extra flower. I raised my concerns and I got the generic the ‘quality’ team have assessed and say ‘the flowers appear fresh and contains the correct amount of stems’ I don’t care about the amount of stems, I care about the quality and how it visually looks. I had to order from another company and they came the next morning and were absolutely stunning and it was half the price. Horrible customer service, terrible flowers. If I could give it no stars I would. I also don’t want the voucher they offered as I will never use them again. Do better. This is not on over $100 down the drain.

“Very few flowers for your money”

I bought Irises and paid extra for a larger bunch of flowers. There were only 8 stems - a standard bunch is 5. They were a present for my sister and I was so embarrassed when she sent me a picture of a vase which was barely filled. So wish I had bought flowers from elsewhere.

Do not use easy flowers. I ordered flowers at 10am for same day delivery for my partners birthday. The flowers were delivered at 7pm and apparently this is an acceptable time for delivery. I arrived home from work and no flowers had been delivered. How embarrassing it was when I turn up home with no flowers and empty handed on her special day. What a disappointing experience. I could have collected flowers on my way home but wanted to surprise my partner while she was at home. Order the flowers from a local florist and have them delivered cheaper and can request a delivery time. I was so disappointed with this service. Will suggest you don’t use them. I paid a premium thinking I would get better service how wrong was I.

Coming across Easyflowers.com.au same day delivery, was the best of the best, I'm not really a Person that buys online stuff but I gave it a go. So I ordered a red rose for my wife to surprise her for our 9years anniversary and the red roses, wasn't yet out of season in which the season that I'm currently in is winter, so I placed an order to get it delivered on the same day, as I completed my order I received a call, they explained to me that they don't have it in store but never did they say or asked if I wanted to change my order but only asked if they can delivered the next day so I agree, so they gave me an amazing discount, as the next day followed through, my wife received the red roses at 1pm which the time I wanted them to be at my home, I never knew or expected that easyflowers.com.au same day delivery would go out and beyond there time to meet my expectations of getting the exact flower that I wanted which I saw online I would recommend easyflowers.com.au same day delivery to my friends and familys and to anyone, was so blessed of the outcome thank you heaps for your Labour easyflowers.com.au same day delivery your Labour in not in vain God bless you all who are behind the scene one hundred fold

The flowers were certainly not the upgrade that was paid for. Dried leaves stems broken and dry The box was wet and fell apart . He was charged $130.00 Very disappointing and not worth the money spent. There are nicer flowers at Woolworths. Following the complaint they offered $10.00 partial refund. Do not use this service. Disgusting service with zero morals.

Your company is disgusting, money hungry and revolting customer service....for someone who talked over me the whole time I was explaining my issue which is extremely rude when I mentioned that her florist in Newcastle suck she said she was going to hang up on me shows the substandard business you have. I have used your ‘service’ a number of times prior to this but I can say that not only will I never again, I will post on my fb page and tell everyone (inc out signs up at my place of work) to not use your......whatever you want to call it as I have no words.

I would never deal with easy flowers again, ordered flowers online with Easyflowers Sydney as i live in Western Australia. Cost me a substantial amount, flowers where supposed to be delivered today 8th May to nursing home for my mothers birthday today, I rang her at 10am est and again at 6est and still no flowers, Im gutted to say the least especially when they say delivery between 8am to 5pm , its bad enough that my mother is in lock down so flowers for her birthday would have cheered her up but no easyflowers didn't deliver

Easyflowers is just that - easy to order and fuss free! Once I placed my order, I was sent a confirmation email that contained a link to the order. I then wanted to make a change to the wording on the card. It was as easy as clicking the link in the email and typing in my change request on their webpage. It was acknowledged by a staff member within minutes. I will use Easyflowers again!

“BAd experience With easyflowers”

Ordered Birthday Flowers to my wife to be delivery at her job. Waste of money. After I called ( the day prior ) easyflowers Sydney and asked them to delivery in the morning next day ( just so her colleagues sees she got flowers at her job, you know that little embarrasing feeling ) The company Easyflowers did not care about my request and instead they place my order for the afternon between 1-5 PM. Fail again, The delivery got to her ( closed doors when she was locking the work doors ) at 5:30 pm, obviously none of her colleagues saw , they were all gone by then . And for my surprise after all when I see the flowers it just did not look as the pictures on the website , they only put 2 opened flowers and all thje rest clsed in a budded form, so I called them and mentioned all the problems, the response was ( the flowers will open and look beautiful). I mean, I didnt buy flowers to my garden, I wanted flowers for a special DAY, the flowers need to look good THAT SPECIAL DAY SPECIALLY... and what about the delay ? Anyway, Just sharing the bad experience as I cant undo this I just hope people dont make the same mistake as I did ordering flowers in sydney with Easyflowers, they might be good elsewhere but not in Sydney.

“Online ordering great. Everything else not...”

Online ordering was seamless. Delivery wasn’t. Very aggressive driver. Didn’t follow instructions. Kept calling my wife to come and meet him. After four calls, she came down but wasn’t there. Instructions were to deliver to reception and I have on receipt. Terrible service. Flowers not delivered. Terrible. Followed up with ‘online chat’ service after 230pm. No response. Terrible. Stay away...
