Ordered Mother’s Day flowers/ chocolates, at 2130 I received an email saying they would be delayed, I called my elderly mother and apologised saying they would be there next day, but next day no flowers either, so I called 3 days after the expected delivery date and was told “ there on the way” . I just cancelled the ordered and will never shop with them again, utterly useless.

My daughter and grandchildren purchased flowers from online Flower Shop at M&S to mark my 'Mother's Day gift to put a smile on my face and give me joy but in ruin. When I opened the box the flowers and foliage were far from fresh with bad smell. They are corpse flowers. Additionally, there was no flower food in the box as they claimed. I had to throw them away. The flowers came from Middleton, Manchester. This type of no good for purpose product and service is alarming and upsetting. I am really saddened and disappointed. Flower Shop at M&S ruins my Mother's Day that should have given me pleasure. Buying from Flower Shop at M&S is based on trust but this is not the case.

Mothers Day flowers from daughter arrived in a very tired condition and comprised more leaves than blossoms. Disgusting how M&S charge so much for such a measly, poor quality selection. I should really tell my daughter to ask for a refund but won't do so because it will upset her. My strong advice to prospective customers for M&S on line delivered flowers is DO NOT waste your money on such an appalling product.

For mothers day my son bought me a vase of flowers but when I unwrapped them most were dead or dying, as I didn't have the receipt I contacted customer services (by phone) who assured me they would be changed and apologised for the inconvenience. When I returned them to the branch of purchase (St. James retail park Sheffield) they refused to change them and said thats how they were received in branch !! They finally agreed to change them, as a goodwill gesture, for the exact same flowers which to my dismay don't look much better. I won't be buying flowers from M&S at all in future and will advise my family and friends not to buy them either. The customer service received from M&S seems to be non existent.

Paid £40 for a flower delivery, the flowers when delivered were not in water and half dead. I rang to complain and was told another bunch worth £70 would be delivered the next day. They were delivered, again half dead and not in water and were a completely different bunch to what was ordered. The flowers were for a relatives special birthday, thank goodness I had them delivered to my house and not straight to her. I will never use Marks and Spencer’s again, absolute waste of money!!!

I wish I had read these reviews before wasting my money ! I had signed up for M&S flower subscriptions for a monthly flower delivery for my mother, I have cancelled after the first delivery of a truly sad bunch of flowers that were needing their last rites - a sticker hopefully said ‘these flowers are not dying , they are just thirsty!’ The flowers were indeed parched, the bunch was lackluster to say the least , consisted mostly of greenery, very few blooms & certainly not worth the money paid. I duly made a complaint and was sent another flower delivery a few days later thinking these would be better , well they were slightly less limp but tbh not at all good as a previous review said excellent flowers can be bought from the supermarket or in deed the many other online flower services - please be warned don’t be disappointed just go elsewhere for your flowers .

I received a dozen red roses from M&S for Valentine’s Day from my husband. The leaves were wilted and crispy on arrival, obviously been dead for quite some time. The flowers heads were wilted but I thought they may revive with water, however two of the flower heads dropped off the next day and on inspection the joint between the stalk and flower was rotten. The rest of the flowers have wilted and didn’t recover in the water. I was very disappointed and my husband upset. The person who dispatched them couldn’t have failed to see that they were not fit for purpose.

Very disappointed to receive Valentine day flowers for my partner at 6-30 pm. If I had known the delivery could be and indeed was so late I would not have ordered them from Marks and Spencer but used a local florist.

I ordered 3 Calla lily plants on 29/1/21, for delivery on 5/1/21, in sympathy following a bereavement on Christmas Eve. I was told by email that there was a delay. Then told they had been despatched to DPD on delivery day. 1st Adviser I spoke to blamed DPD for non-delivery and re-ordered for 14/1/21. When I rang on 13/1/21 to check that delivery would definitely take place this time, I was told they had not been despatched as there was another delay, but no further explanation was given. On further angry questioning by me over the telephone, the 2nd Adviser admitted the plants had NEVER been despatched to DPD on either 5/1/22 or 13/1/22! Marks & Spencer added to the stress of a very sad bereavement on Christmas Eve. SHAME ON YOU MARKS & SPENCER; I WILL NOT BE ORDERING YOUR FLOWERS OR PLANTS EVER AGAIN!!

I paid £40 to have some followers delivered to a family member on their birthday as I was at home with Covid! I normally find aldi/asda & morrisons have amazing bouquets which are 1/2 the price and last for ages. But it was not possible for me to get those. The bunch is small, only 2 roses counted in the bunch along with a lot of green items to fill the box out. I cannot believe I wasted £40 if I’m completely honest. Won’t be buying again

Are Marks and Spencer’s reading these reviews?what is going on with them? I ordered flowers last week for a friends new baby arrival. Despite receiving messages from M&S and Yodel saying they were on the way they never arrived. I eventually managed to get through to Marks on phone only to be greeted by someone who seemed to be reading from a script and telling me the call was being recorded. She agreed to refund my money and send another order to be there at latest 2 days ago. Exactly the same problem has happened. Now 2 days late and no flowers and no info. Have e mailed them twice but now replied. I’m also angry and hugely disappointed . Did gusting service from them and Yodel . Wish I had used someone else.

I ordered birthday flowers for my friend. They did not arrive until 9pm ! And were half dead when they arrived! I ordered these over a week before so no excuse and I am so angry about this, I thought from marks they would be good quality and delivery service! But no, when I tracked them at 6pm the yodel driver had over 50 drops, so I assume they were with people's weekly shops! Never never again Mark's and Spencers!!

I’m absolutely furious about the quality of the roses I’d ordered from M&S to send to my cousins for he birth of their first baby. They arrived the day after I’d ordered but they were brown and wilted, How could they be sent out in that condition? They looked as if they’d been in transit for a week! I’m appalled that M&S, wiith their reputation for quality, reliability and value for money, couldn’t come up with the goods. I expect a refund.

Received an order from my sister on Wednesday 11/08/21. The roses were very damp on the internal petals which had then fallen off completely by Saturday 14th. The green Chrysanth blooms were brown at the tips. I emailed on Saturday but as I had heard nothing by the Monday I telephoned and was immediately offered a replacement which arrived on the Tuesday. Bad handling by Yodel as the box was swung over my gate and the flowers are not secure inside! The replacement roses (whilst not damp) have lasted 5 days only and the stocks have collapsed with damp stems. I am now left with Chrysanths, eryngium and foliage from the second batch. My sister and myself are long standing but now retired florists and would never had sent out flowers with such poor quality. I have used Marks and Spencer several times since retiring and have been satisfied with the product but I now feel a little more care and quality control is required. It might be worth a word to Yodel about handling!

Flowers arrived today from a dear friend. They are absolutely disgusting. Do not use M&S for flowers

Sadly my husband died on Saturday 31.07.2021. Friends, family and co-workers have been so supportive and sent some beautiful flowers. However the arrangement that arrived from M&S today is a disgrace. Roses and Lilies with no heads. Roses with broken stems. The worst thing is I will have to go and see my neighbour and inform her that her bunch of flowers were beautiful ~ I cannot say to her FHKKJG OPOJG. If my son was at home I would ask him to take pictures, alas he is not. Please do not order from M&S, it is just a waste of your time energy and money.

I was sent flowers for my birthday, they were left outside and not bought up to my flat, the box was soaked and falling apart, flowers broken and no card. An absolutely waist of money
