2nd January: I ordered four sets of replacement cushions for my conservatory cane furniture. The following day my order was processed and then dispatched to my home address in NI - arriving a few days later. The items are of an excellent quality - well designed and well finished. In the future, if I ever needed to replace any further items then I would certainly not hesitate in again using Alfresia.

Ordered a raclette and fondue set. Very happy with the service so far. Just a slight niggle with the delivery as the delivery guy just dumped the entire parcel in from of my door outside my building and left it there. Had I not arrived a few minutes later and saw it, I'm sure it would not have been there waiting for me.

I was initially very impressed with the speed of delivery especially so close to christmas. However my package was delivered to another address and signed for by a different name. I was able to track where my package had been delivered and luckily the occupant returned my package to me. The product is of a good quality especially for the price ( childrens tipee).

well pleased with my fire pit, there was a small issue with the legs being not all in package however dealt with promptl and I received them a couple of days later. so a good service and response the fire pit was a good size well constructed and a breeze to assemble

It arrived on the day promised. Well packaged, straight forward instructions, easy to assemble, took wife an hour and a half to build, finished before I came home from work.Well built everything looks solid, he powder coating looks top notch. It has not been used as yet, bought for next spring at a good price. Saying that, may use it on new year's eve, now that will shock the family! Overall up to now 10/10.

I came across this site by accident had been looking to replace my whole suite but while browsing this site appeared! I was absolutely amazed at the quality and the price to replace just my furniture cushions (The frames were actually still in good condition)I ordered on a Saturday and they were delivered on the Tuesday following!! and delivery was FREE!!
