Bad attitude shown by the flight attendant, arrogant and unprofessional, they spoke a very poor english. The cabin was dirty from previous flight (they said some gipsies were on board). The flight took off late and no explanation was given by the captain nor any welcome on board. During the flight everybody complained about the heating in the cabin.. too warm.
Cabin crews were smoking in the rear area of the plane with the curtain extended, during the flight. Why the are smoking and the passengers can't?
I will not fly anymore with them.

I flew with Blue Air in May 2009 from Larnaca to Bucharest and back and I am overall very pleased with this airline. The price of the ticket was very good at 111 Euro including the visa payment fee of 2 euro. Checking in luggage would have cost another 7 Euro each way but I didn't have any.

Each passanger is allowed to take 7 Kg of hand luggage to the cabin free of charge. On the return I had 10 Kg but they just let me take it without even mentioning anything. They also assigned me a seat by the window but away from the wings as I requested.

Passengers freely moved to places where all three seats in a line happened to be free so they could lie down on them and sleep.
