“Rubbish coverage.”

No coverage. Just a few days ago my wife upgraded her phone with 3. She had an Apple 4S with 3 and upgraded to an Apple 7. She had to pay money up front and will eventually have to pay an increased monthly amount after the first six months £21 increasing to £42. “Please Read This Before You Join Three”

I joined Three towards the end of 2016. The high 4g data plans suited me as I tether to my laptop frequently. I had very similar experiences with Three - incoming calls not getting through & not even voicemail.
I just stopped paying them too - obviously if they took me to court they would lose & of course they haven't.

I allowed myself to be missold an android phone with 3 network. I am stuck with a contract that does not meet my needs at all for the next 2 years. Unlike my last provider, 3 do not allow you to make any changes to the contract until the 2 years is up and they charge so much to get out of the contract I can't afford to do so. Hi, If you were missold and the service you are getting is as bad as all that then just break contract with Three. Please make sure you keep as much evidence as possible as Three may well take you to court. However in law 'any communications provider must deliver a reasonable level of care and skill in their service' so if you have evidence then you will win.

When there is underlying statute law a contract doesn't mean that much as statute law sets out minimum standards.

There is a very good chance that Three won't take you to court at all as they are well aware of the law so will know they will probably lose.

Whatever the situation Three will black mark your credit file so please be prepared to make representation to Experian for e.g. if this important to you.

Please don't be bullied in to paying for a poor service.

“3 store West Quay Shopping Centre Southampton”

Visited this 3 store on Monday 22nd May 17 to have adult content filter unlocked as I do not have a credit card. Was unlucky to get a trainee at the desk. He was completely clueless about what I was asking for. Another guy then told him what to do. I gave him my driving licence and mobile number. I went with three purely for the free roaming, which is great. However I didn't realise that I would be sacrificing my coverage in the UK for this, where I have had quite a few 'no service' labels, most significantly at home, which isn't convenient. “Feel stranded”

Feel at home on PAYG only works for 30 days (and for 15 hours a day throttled to about 50kbps). Terms and conditions state 2 months continuous but this is only true with a brand new never used sim card which is activated at the last possible moment at the port or airport. “Worst service ever”

I am moving to a new house. There is no service there. Three say they 98% of the country. Downright lie. There are many areas with no reception. It takes 30 mins plus to get PAC code even then you have to get cross. No asked for unlock code - this takes 7 days for internet request and four days for phone request. I upgraded my current contract in January 2017 and the Portsmouth store delayed the upgrade until Feb. As I was going to pay less for my bill, I believe they only delayed it to obtain the maximum fees they could. I have been with almost every phone provider and Three is by far the worst I had to cancel the contract within the colling off period. Three market an International sim so you can use calls, texts and data abroad. “Making me out a liar!!!!!!”

My iPhone 6 stopped working after 18 months so took it to 3 store who then said take to apple store which I did only to be told the screen wasn't a genuine apple part , so no repair carried out !!
