1st visit - this steak is tough, I can't cut it let alone chew it. Spoons reply I will get you a sharper knife - left it. 2nd visit - Why have I been waiting 40 minutes for my food? Spoons, you gave us the wrong table number - no I didn't - then you must have moved tables - no I didn't - the duty manager, " don't be rude and aggressive with me - get out" To be thrown out of that place is privilege.

4 of us went for Xmas dinner 2019. This was not Xmas dinner......the meat was rubbery, the potaotes and veg did not taste of anything and they had run out of pigs in blankets. The staff were amazing and we felt for them as we must not have been the first to complain. We will not be eating there again.

my husband and I visited weatherspoons in corn street Bristol two weeks ago the food was disgusting and the tables were all sticky they may have been busy but that's no excuse. thought we would try a different one so went to cabot hotel in Weston super mare with friends same thing sticky tables and our friends food looked as if it was some ones leftovers when they first opened they were pretty good but they have definitely gone down hill.If Tim Martin wants to keep the customers returning to his pubs he will have to make big improvements quickly

Obnoxious female manager with an attitude problem struts around as if the customers owe her something. Plugged my phone in to a wall socket to charge it and was told in an incredibly impolite way I could not do this and I would be kicked out if I did not stop! The hygiene and cleanliness of the place is very bad, which is no surprise with this manager. The tables are dirty and the place stinks. Hanley town centre gets worse each time I go, which is rare now. The Wetherspoons there seems to be living down to this expectation.

Everything was revolting, especially the coffee!

The customer service is not brilliant just average. Not happy at all.

There was 10 of us only 9 meals came the last meal came forty minutes later

Selby. Dirty tables and menus. Stained seating. Just really offputting.

Very poor, slow service. Went on the 13th Feb and the girl behind bar didn't want to be there and showed it in her bad attitude and sullen face! Food very average and not worth the money even though it was cheap. I'd avoid Kedal Weatherspoons if you can. Its a bad experience.

We visited Wetherspoons in Worcester city for lunch with our young children last week. We knew that the food wasn't going to be amazing given the cheap prices however what we didn't expect was for 1.2 a roast chicken to arrive still frozen! My Husband took one bite and commented that it wasn't very warm, as he took his second bite he spat it back out immediately and showed me. I touched the centre and it was rock solid and ice cold. Terrible. Food obviously isn't being temperature checked before being sent out. When he took the plate to the bar to complain the young girl just said she would bring him another!! NO THANK YOU. We had a refund and left. Avoid unless you don't mind a little food poisoning.

Where do I start. We complained about the draft from the air vents, it was cold outside and even colder inside. The couple next to us complained too. Only to be told it was even colder in the kitchen - 3 degrees! 

I have ordered a curry many times but the last 4 I have ordered the naan breads are brick hard and unable to get your teeth through. If you complain at the place you're in no one seems to be bothered. We go to the trawl boat in st annes Lancashire as we have for must now be 8 years at least every Thursday evening. The standard has really dropped here lately. There never seems to be any continuity of staff. We heard Tim Martin visited about 3 weeks ago and was pleased with his meal. The same week we were in I ordered the afternoon gammon. It was absolutely nuked and should not have been allowed to leave the kitchen. I remember thinking it was a good thing they didn't serve this to Tim but then they wouldn't dare would they? We love our weekly trip to wetherspoons but get very disheartened when we have problems like this. Also the chips seem to be sinking back into small portions again. Very disgruntled loyal customer.

Bridgwater Wetherspoons...Gone downhill....Staff slow and dour.....You can be at the bar for 5 minutes, when there's only you there....Even though there's staff in the end room...The 'Enjoy your meal' (especially from the young employees) is about as convincing as a WWE wrestling match...And said with all the charm of an angry bailiff...On top of that, the real ales taste like dishwater.

We visited Samuel Lloyd in Corby as we have done on a number of occasions. The food is normally good but, however on this occasion, the apple crumble was loaded with cinnamon. When telling a member of staff, I was offered another choice of desert and went for just ice cream. We always have 3 people in our party, sometimes 4 and we usually have 2 starters, 3/4 mains and deserts. We also always have about 2/3 drinks each so spend quite a bit. I emailed customer service to notify them that they need to put ''Apple crumble with cinnamon ' on the menu as cinnamon upsets some people and there are people who do not like it.. All they could come back with is ' your comments have been noted and maybe you should look at the special diet menu that we have'!! Ido not have a special diet and as I went back to them and said ' if rice pudding has cinnamon,then it is stated as rice pudding with cinnamon, if Apple crumble has cinnamon then in other pubs it is listed as ' Apple crumble with cinnamon '!, I even emailed the director but he couldn't be bothered and got someone else to give me the same response and ended up by saying' case is closed, no further communication is needed' What is that if that isn't telling you that they don't care and get lost!! I shall not be visiting again or recommending any wetherspoon pub ever again until they get better customer service!!
