I bought 2 plain tickets with the travelation web site. I called the call center and found it frustrating, the staff was offering more expensive flights than on the web site and seemed disorganised. I finally just had to hang up and do it myself.

Tried several other sites and either their fares were much, much higher or the tickets and times which we wanted were all of a sudden unavailable except at the higher price. The site was very easy to navigate and the exchange of information and confirmation was super easy. Highly recommended.
