If you've got an itch for a new scooter it's time to scratch It. I've done a lot of business scootamart over the past few years, and I have yet to be disappointed. Whether buying from scootamart or off of E-Bay or buying directly from partner websites, my orders have always been prompt, well packed, and shipped in a timely manner. They took my old scooter in on part exchange and i'm over the moon with my new one!!

price, choice and service was perfect, brought the scooters to our home to try first, nothing was too much trouble. i have only needed their back up service once as i got a puncture and they were here the same day and did not charge me a penny...superb and well done.

Purchased a mobility scooter for my father-in-law from the Trafford Centre branch of Scoota Mart. We knew we were paying more than internet prices, but thought it was worth paying a bit extra for the local support.
The buying process went well, but within a month of buying the scooter, and it being used only 5 or 6 times, my father-in-law's health deteriorated and he was unable to continue using it. I approached Scoota-Mart to see if they would be interested in buying the scooter back. I realised they were under no obligation to do this, but they sell second-hand scooters and we weren't wanting anything like the price we paid back, so I thought there something could be done.
The staff at the Trafford centre said it was likely, but they couldn't authorise it and I needed to speak to the company owner at the Preston office. He was never available to talk to on the phone and never returned any of my calls. I even wrote a polite letter explaining the situation but he didn't have the courtesy to reply. If he'd replied and said 'No' then I'd have accepted it, but not to reply at all is extremely poor.
So I suspect this is one of those companies that is happy to take your money, but if any problems occur afterwards then you're ignored.

This has also just happened - we bought a scooter for £2,500 on 4th April - it was used just once and unfortunately my mother died on 7th May - I cannot understand a complete refusal to buy back even at 40/50% in such circumstances - there was a complete lack of compassion and we are now left with a white elephant in the house and a constamnt reminder of this poor attitude.

I would like to say thank you to Scoota Mart for the way that they looked after me when I approached Scootamart for two Breeze 3 Scooters, I had looked evey where but there was no other dealer could come any way near there price, so i bought from them, went down to show rooms a few times after that had breakfast cooked by them, good chefs I might add. but now I no longer have a car due to my disability getting worse I never go now, any way these People are the ones to shop with you will not be dissapointed.

I couldn't be happier with the service I've received from Scootamart, the customer service was excellent and the guy who sold me the scooter actually came round to my dad's house the next day to show him how to use it. I've purchased from smaller mobility shops before and this sort of service just doesn't happen, once the salesman has taken your money he doesn't normally want to know about anything else. So kudos to Scootamart for providing that nice little personal touch, it helps a lot and I will also be recommending them to everyone I know.

Scoota Mart - After being messed around by numerous other so called internet companies, a friend recommended Scootamart, i haven't looked back since. The scooter (Lagonda SE) was delivered in 2 days and i was shown how to operate it in easy to understand steps, couldn't of been any more helpful. Many Thanks for all your help, I'll definitely be back again and will recommend you to all my friends.

We have had such terrible service, which has resulted in my 80 year old mother in law being in tears on the phone to us, that I will be adding a review with a 1 rating unless I hear from the Managing Director within 3 business days. We have waited 7 weeks for delivery of an add on product after spending more than 400 pounds in the store. This wait has been made worst by the stories and outright lies we have been told regarding us receiving the product.

I disagree with this review because...

scootamart have been nothing but helpful with my dad's new scooter i find this extremely hard to believe having been treated so very well by every member of staff I've ever spoken to. i have dealt with other mobility companies in the preston area before and not one of them comes close in my opinion.

Scoota Mart www.scootamart.com is well worth a look. My scooter was 100 pounds cheaper than anywhere else i could find it and they had it to me next day very pleased indeed!
