Do not spend your money here!! Do not spend your money here!!! Ordered Mother’s Day flowers 3 weeks before and paid extra for nominated day delivery. Did not arrive on time, called x3 (no one will deal with complaint on the phone!!) emailed x2 (no response!!!) so opened flowers, which had arrived 2 days late !!! Flowers all open and half dead (daffodils so don’t last I know but when I have ordered from other sites arrive in bud). Sham site that takes your money, charges extra for nominated delivery, then send poor flowers and shocking customer service. Avoid at all cost!!!!

As with their reviews I agree that this company should be shut down. The flowers I sent to my friend were cheap and tacky. nothing like the image. No gift message included. I sent hem there image and a photo my friend sent me of the flowers she epreceived and on requesting a refund I was refused with the comment they will look like the image when in full bloom. Trust me they won't even get to full bloom. I would give no stars at all if that was an option. I am getting photos of the flowers from my friend and will be reporting this company to trading standards. They should be ashamed of themselves. These were a gift to my friend who has been diagnosed with cancer for the second time so the disgraceful quality was hard to bare.

A gift from my son, not from the usual florist, what a disappointment ! Few flowers, Lilies especially wasn't fresh on arrival , the remainder were well and truly dead within five days.......flowers given to me two days later (from Tesco) are still going more than a fortnight later! Certainly won't be using their 10% off online ordering!!!

I ordered Mother's Day flowers for my mother to be delivered on the Saturday (the day before Mother's Day). I received notification on the Friday that they had been sent via the tracked Royal Mail service. Saturday arrived, no flowers came. My mum was home all day and nothing came. Nothing sunday then monday arrived a bunch of flowers that were near dead such that she just threw them out. Now im not saying the quality was poor to start with, had they arrived on time they may have been fine but they were past saving when they reached my mum. I rang customer services three times and received no answer. I emailed and it took a second email to garner a response. That email asked for a photo of their flowers. I asked my mum for a photo and she sent me a photo of other flowers she had because she'd misunderstood - she said she'd just binned them as they looked worse than ones she'd had at home for weeks and took a photo of the ones she'd had for weeks not the ones she binned if that makes sense. I explained to customer services that I wasn't concerned about quality as I believed that to be due to the delivery date issue but they refused to investigate the delivery issue at all, or apologise without "a photo" of their flowers, which I simply don't have. I asked if they were suggesting Id made up an order because on the tracking info they gave me it showed clearly the flowers were delivered on the monday. They refused to investigate delivery issues until they had "clarification" that flowers were sent by them. I have never in all my life bothered reviewing a company online before but I am shocked and appalled at the attitude of this company. It may be that this was a royal Mail error not theirs but a little courtesy wouldn't go amiss. My situation is still not resolved. It may have only been £30 of flowers but it's the principle that galls me such that in my last email ive had to explain that I will be issuing proceedings in the small claims court if I don't hear from them satisfactorily in the next week. If anyone else wants to join me in the course of action let me know. Do NOT use this company. I wish I'd read reviews in advance!

If I could rate this company with a minus star I would. Broke my heart, I ordered my mum a bouquet of flowers for mothers day, paid extra for postage so they would arrive on chosen date and specific time scale and they never came :-( I was so upset as I was depending on these flowers for my mum, and saved up to buy them. I rang the company first thing on the Monday and the lady tried to blame royal mail, well I'd been tracking my order and royal mail hadn't and still haven't received it. Anyway the lady said what do I want to happen I said I want full refund and she said she would sort it, but got to wait few days before it hits my account, that's if it does! Best do or there will be hell to pay!!!! Eden4flowers should be named Eden4getmeflowers!!! I would say never use this company, I certainly won't and have advised friends and family not to either.

“Not worth the money”

Received a Christmas bunch of flowers for Christmas. It consisted of four or five white coronations, some nearly dead foliage, and two stems of Christmas glitter stems. Told who ever sent them, they were lovely. But they were very poor, and should not be used. The chocolates were the only thing that was ok.

My daughter lives in Exeter and I chose Eden because they are a local provider and since I am ordering from Canada I thought it would be safer than a chain. I made a mistake on the delivery address, and they tried to deliver to the wrong address. They didn't call the number I provided to redirect the delivery (I would have happily paid an extra fee for that). The order was $130CDN and included flowers, a birthday cake and a stuffed animal. I was told it would be 7-10 days before they could redirect the order. Initially they said they would provide new flowers with the delivery, then rescinded the offer. I received a $5 refund from them. My daughter is struggling financially right now and she spent her birthday sitting at home waiting for the gifts to arrive, anxiously awaiting them since it was the only celebration she was having. I regret the mistake I made in the address, but the whole experience was really disappointing. Definitly won't be using this provider in the future.

Ordered Mother's Day flowers which I paid nearly £30 for. Flowers received looked nothing like the order. Some flowers were dead on arrival. The company are saying the order was satisfactorily completed. I don't know what planet they are living on! Totally unacceptable. No client care. No quality product. Rip off prices! I intend to complain to trading standards.

My daughter ordered flowers and chocolates from this company and paid a delivery charge for them to be delivered on our anniversary 10/03/15. The flowers did not arrive until the 12/03/15. On arrival more than half the flowers were dead. It was a very small bunch of daffodils with 2 tulips, would cost approximately £2.00 from any supermarket, but any supermarket would have disposed of these, not sold them. Flowers value was £0.00, plus 3 chocolates in a box, possibly 50p? My daughter tried to contact the company 40 plus times, they are not answering their phone.

I orderered a hamper to be delivered to a friend on 22/12/14. When It didn't arrive i tried tracking it but there was no trace of it so I called the company and was told it was on track to arrive on the day, it eventually arrived on 24/12/14. It was not even sent u till 22/12/14 so there was no way it was ever going to arrive on that date. Communication is terrible, e-mails are not replied to, in fact I am still waiting for a reply to my complaint!!!!!!

This company offers no flexibility on delivery, you are basically gambling as to whether your flowers will be delivered or not. If the recipient is not home at time of delivery (minimum delivery fee being £5) you are at the mercy of Royal Mail. You cannot leave with a neighbour or give ANY instructions, it says so in their T&Cs. A recent delivery was missed and redelivery could not be arranged until 3 DAYS AFTER the birthday. The customer support have made no attempt to help me resolve the problem and left me high and dry.

I ordered a chocolate cake/biscuit basket,in the photo on the web site the goods look home made,everything in the basket we received was pre packed and totally different.totally misleading!!When I wrote to complain nobody got back to me for over a week!I asked for a refund and was told as long as I send the basket back unopened and in the original wrapping I could have a refund.obviously after a week, my son who I had sent the basket to had already opened it. Please be careful when ordering food baskets from this web site,looks nothing like the photos and they use pre packed cakes and biscuits that could be purchased from a supermarket at a fraction of the price.Totally misleading!

I urge you not to use this company for delivery of flowers. I purchased a medium bouquet for my sister as a thank you gift, and paid for the delivery to guarantee next day service. The flowers came on time however I was very upset and disappointed when she opened them. The very small bunch of approximately 10 small flowers were mostly dead, even though they were stood in a small water capsule. The cellophane wrap was rushed and shoddy, and after spending £22 I honestly couldn't believe the size of it. I could have picked one three times the size from M&S for around £10. When I buy any flowers from any shop or florist I expect them to last at least a week. These were dead when we received them, to me that means they were packaged on Sunday evening for Monday delivery (as per their email) already in a very poor condition. I called their two numbers repeatedly with no answer even though it says 9-5, and so I emailed them. Someone offered us a replacement the same but I decided we did not want more of the same, and my sister would not be able to collect them once back at work. I asked for a refund, luckily this was given by their customer service team so that was the only useful thing about them. Also, their website needs to show pictures of what you are really buying as what they are showing is false advertising!

Flowers received on Saturday for Mothers's Day on Sunday - quite acceptable. When unpacked they didn't look good but straight into water as advised. On Tuesday (2 days after Mothers' Day they were all dead. An absolute waste of money.

“24 luxury red roses and free chocolate NOT LUXURY”

i spent £69.90 on 24 luxury red roses and free chocolates guylian chocolates in the pic online, i got sent 24 dying roses the tropical palm leaves are going brown and black near ends. the roses petals are brown/black on tips. also the bunch of roses looks nothing like online there eucalypyus leaves to brake up the colour no site of the leaves, also sprays of hypericum berries well there's loads of the berries the chocolates they sent are cupido nougat & choc Not Guylian like advertised on there site the quality is awful i have seen better flowers at a petrol station. there fancy website and all the stuff on there website drew me to then, but there service is horrible, i wish i had looked in to them abit more.

I am very sorry that you were disappointed with your delivery - upon receipt of your email customer services processed a full refund. The chocolates included within the delivery were a 'free' option and as explained these are all subject to availability unfortunately on the day of dispatch an alternative to that displayed was sent out, full details of our substitution policy is located in the product description.
