The flowers I ordered from them have still not been delivered after 4 days.
I don't recommend Just Flowers. Save your money.

After being on hold for 20 minutes, I had to yell into the phone due to their bad connection. I was offered $10 credit, only if I refrained from writing a negative web review. Just Flowers took no responsibility because more than 48 hours elapsed before I communicated the problem.

Selected an arrangement from Just Flowers based on photo and paid extra for specific flowers to be added but arrangement was completely different from what was described, pictured and requested; delivery was a day after requested (birthday); customer service not helpful and very defensive.

I appreciate you had a problem, but you don't say if you've done anything about it. Give Just Flowers a chance to put it right!

After 3 days of calling Just Flowers repeatedly (all #s listed on the site) and just having the phone ring and ring and then hang up on me, I was finally able to get a person on the phone who wanted to give a $10 credit. At this point, all we wanted was a refund. It was only after the rep determined that the flowers were still not out for delivery that he agreed to the refund, otherwise, I am sure there would have been a battle. Bottom line is, had I been able to get someone on the phone the day after the flowers should have been delivered, or if they were providing GOOD customer service, we would have been contacted to say deliveries were overbooked. Then we would have been able to salvage the day with flowers from another source instead of frustrating phone calls with no-one on the other end.
