I have passed my test due to the amazing help the AA and he gave me I could not recommend him or the AA enough. He was amazing professional and extremely kind an d patient. He went above and beyond what I expected from an instructor.

I found my AA driving instructor to be a great patient and friendly teacher. She was easy to chat to and helped me to pass my driving test after only taking lessons for 4 months. Was very reliable and always turned up on time. Would definitely recommend.

I highly recommend her, She is amazing instructor. She is very patient and very nice throughout the lessons. I never sit in a driver car and had fear to drive but she taught me well with patience and make me feel confident in the road. Every time I am enjoying my lessons with out any pressure or tensions in my mind. I really progress well with in few lessons. I never feel unsafe as she always attentive and teaching me at every step with very patience to learn from my mistakes. I admire with the approach she prepared for the next class and noting down the points which we covered which need to cover. Where to improve and how much I progressed. You can ask any question, she can help and guide us. She is very good instructor and very much thankful for her. I strongly recommend her as a driving instructor. Thank you.

As a full-time student, his flexibility with scheduling was invaluable, allowing me to fit driving lessons around my ever-changing timetable. As an international driver, learning to drive in the UK was always going to be a unique challenge. I already have driven for years, but I had so many bad habits and still so much to learn. My instructor here in Cardiff was great, he taught me how to pass the test, but also a lot about driving in the UK in general. He was really friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Overall it was a great experience (made better as I passed first time!) and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend my instructor to anyone learning how to drive in Cardiff.

It was a brilliant journey. The entire process from signing up, to learning was very straightforward and hassle-free. Very professional and friendly instructor, with plentiful of tips and advice. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

I recently passed my driving test with AA instructor Charlene Noon and my experience was fantastic, beforehand I was a really anxious driver and had a very poor experience with driving previously which completely knocked my love for it however even after just a few lessons I could already see my confidence growing and I began to look forward to my lessons. Charlene was very patient with me and this is exactly what I needed due to my previous experience. After spending years thinking I would never pass my test I finally did and I am very grateful to the AA driving school and more specifically Charlene for their support and encouragement

The AA site was easy to use and the help chat was useful But I have to say that the lady in Ipswich who was my instructor was amazing. After taking a break in my lessons I had 16 hours with and she re-explained everything and got me back into it. Can't recommend her enough!

I started learning to drive in March 2023 having never been behind the wheel before and passed my test first time with 3 minors in January 2024. I had to learn working a full time job with changing hours and my instructor made this easy. They taught to a high standard but never made me feel stressed out, and they were great at communicating when lessons needed to be rearranged.

Had lessons from my instructor between late August to middle of January and passed my test end of January. I highly recommend him as an instructor, he is patient, understanding, helpful, empathetic, approachable and he is an all round nice person. I found booking and changing lessons was easy to do, through the website and directly. Looking forward to having a motorway lesson. Thank you for getting me on the road so quickly!

I had lessons for around a couple of months with him and passed first attempt. He has been a great instructor, he took the time to work with me to improve in specific areas. He also helped with me with the Tell me/Show Me questions. I think his car is good for learners. I would definitely recommend him to anyone thinking of taking driving lessons.

I started learning manual driving and it was not that easy for me. So I decided to change to automatic lessons with my instructor soon after few manual lessons. First he asked me to drive to understand where I am and identified the mistakes I’m doing and gave solution to one by one with so much patience. First thing he said was we should be a team and work together to make it a success and it stayed on my mind. He was so gentle even if I do mistakes and I tried my best not to repeat those. Under his guidance I was able to get a pass with two minors. I’m forever grateful to him. Highly recommending for anyone who’s struggling with your driving tests.

I started learning in London with trainer for Mill Hill and was very satisfied with the progress. Unfortunately, I haven't passed my first test and then I moved to trainer in Burgess Hill. Highly recommend, gave me good lessons and I managed to pass my test. Thank you so much, AA school, it was a good journey.

Absolutely Appalling Treatment. My daughter had been learning to drive with the AA for over 18 months, she had her driving test on the Sunday 8th October and had booked the 2 hour slot with her instructor from Tonbridge Area. Everything set to go months in advance. Then on Tuesday 3rd of October, decided that he was going to cancel the lesson and pull the car from the Examination, meaning my daughter had to do her test in an unfamiliar car. He's taken the money for 18 months and then did her over when she needed the car. Totally unreliable and we wouldn't recommend this company as there is no monitoring of the instructors.

Just passed first time today and I cannot recommend AA Driving School and in particular, my instructor, who was excellent, enough. Friendly , but professional, patient and encouraging. Always taught me exactly what I needed to know, listened to areas of concern I had so we could focus on them, and helped calm my nerves on test day. Could not be happier. Thanks AA.
