Had 20 hours with my instructor in little Hulton. He was mint. Super calm, and very supportive, like a guy who really cares about his job. Went through everything with ease and made my driving lesson a doodle. Could not ask for a more supportive instructor. Just fantastic. People like him make companies like bsm better.

I was assigned an instruction in my local area, it's a shame i cant name him because he was fantastic. I passed first time with only 1 minor!! He turned me from a scared and nervous learner to a safe and competent driver and i couldn't recommend BSM and my instructor enough - Thank you

I had a man in west Cornwall as my instructor for automatic. He was a trainee when I started and qualified as an adi. He is a brilliant instructor and helped me go from a nervous wreck on my first lesson to a confident new driver. I am so grateful to him for helping me with my agoraphobia, driving gave me the confidence to beat it. He is calm and will explain techniques and manoeuvres in a way you understand using his skills well. Thank you so much to my instructor, I'll see you on the road.

It was a good experience with bsm, instructor was good and he helped in all the ways. Successfully completed my practical in 1st attempt.

I would definitely recommend this driving school. My instructor was patient, understanding, flexible and friendly. I started off quite nervous but my instructor reassured me. I passed first time so that speaks for itself. Well done BSM for showing the others how it should be done.

I have been struggling with building up my confidence but my instructor was so patient with me. The level of fear that I had was insane but he was there to make sure that I remain calm when driving. Many thanks to my instructor and BSM. :)

Although I had driving experience in the US and China, my friends advised me to take lessons before the practical test. Quite pleased that i did! My instructor was fabulous: he knew exactly what aspects needed to be be addressed, and he presented those components clearly with a great sense of humour. I felt calm and confident during the lessons as well as the test day. Efficient and supportive instruction. Cool car, too!

I had taken the 6 hours where 4 hours were lessons and the other 2 were for the test. I admit that I have previous driving experience and needed to take the test as I could not convert my licence. I strongly recommend this lady as an instructor. She was patient and very helpful with her tips and explanation about driving in London. You won’t feel nervous or worried if you are being taught by her.

So I had this really cool instructor who was very patient with me especially when I was distracted because I found it so hard to concentrate . I was quite worried about this because getting distracted by ideas and architecture is not the best idea when you're trying to take in new information. Very nervous about learning to drive and had put it off for many, many years. It probably took me a lot longer than most to learn to drive however I passed with lots of encouragement. I had lots of practical advice ,like remembering the right shoes to drive in, not my dr ms. Always had time to reflect during and at the end of lessons. When I made mistakes I could understand why, after talking it through. The things I worried about were always addressed. Now I can drive it makes a massive difference as I can get my child to appointments and school. It was great to have an instructor who believed in me even when I didn't . Thank you very much . I would wholeheartedly recommend the BSM.

All glory to God and many thanks to my driving instructor for not giving up on me. He made my practical test easy to pass at 1st attempt with BSM, as I have failed four times (not with BSM though) He is well experienced and I will be recommending him to family and friends. I booked 10 lessons 8 hours for learning 2 hours for the actual test. My intention was to space it out over a month before my test date. After my first lesson my driving instructor informed me that I could pass the test providing I paid attention to my bad habits. I was taught a lot of useful information that was essential to me passing. He also sent me a load of videos to watch on YouTube which were very helpful. After my second lesson he advised me to move my test date forward, which I did. The day of the test I took a lesson just before the test and passed. Thank you BSM Thank you to my instructor.

I started to learn at a slightly older age (late 30s) and the thought of it was quite a looming challenge. My BSM instructor was absolutely brilliant, entirely patient, and very knowledgeable. Every lesson was worthwhile, and my mistakes were met with calmness and understanding. Thank you to my BSM instructor! The lessons were paced just right, so that my theory test and practical test were taken when I was ready.

I can not recommend BSM enough especially my instructor from Southampton! I’ve had a few lessons previously with other instructors but my nerves always got the better of me, and with no motivation, reassurance or encouragement from my previous instructors I’d give up.. I really wanted to drive so my last attempt I tried BSM and I’m so glad I did .. after 5 weeks and 25 hours of driving I passed 1st time! I really never thought I’d see the day I’d be able to drive but he made me feel at ease while driving, So I started to enjoy it!  He would teach in a very calm manner which made it feel effortless! BSM are definitely a driving school I’d recommend without a doubt!! Thank you to my instructor!!!!

He is an amazing instructor always made me feel at ease and comfortable. He is the reason I managed to pass my test first time! Friendly, funny and reliable! Highly recommend

Very professional, knowledgeable, extremely patient instructor with meticulous attention to detail.he remained inexplicably cheerful despite having to repeat explanations. I'm not so nervous driving now as I know I have been taught best practice. Money well spent. Highly recommend especially for nervous learners

After failing 4 times with another driving centre I decided to change to bsm. Errol was a really good teacher - he was very informative and patient.
