SENT MANY PHONES TO MAZUMA, NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS. GREAT SERVICE. RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

i sent a phone into them in august. recieved a payment of £12 pounds. sentanother one the same dy and they have no recognition of recieving it. was told to make a claim through royal mail. but i posted it through the post box and have no reciept. very angry and upset. not a very good service recieved!

i do not agree with some of the comments posted . i have sent my phones to mazuma on many occasions and have always recieved payment within 2 days! i think the service is brilliant and couldnt ask for better!

I sent my Nokia N95 8GB off to them 2 days later I had my cheque for £112, no problems at all and some extra cash for xmas!! Im going to dig out my old phones!!

Sent 3 phones on two occasions, two weeks later still not received payment. Contacted Mazuma who deny receiveing any of them. If you going to send phones to them don't use envelope provided and make sure you send it recorded. I have no proof as to whether they received it or whether the postman has helped himself. Looking at other reviews its funny how all recorded nes have recieved payment and non recorded ones never arrived!!

I was apprehensive about sending my Nokia N95 8gb off in the post, I sent it special delivery which cost £5.40 and gave me peace of mind, I received my cheque for £112 2 days later and would not hesitate to use Mazuma again.

Mazuma mobile were fabulous. Received the envelope the day after placing the order, sent the phone's back that day, they received it the next, and we received our money the day after! Couldn't ask for a better or easier to use service! Fabulous :-)

Checked Mazumo against others and they were in the top 2 in what they were offering for my Nokia N95, £112 in cash or £123.20 in Argos voucher.
I sent my phone on the friday and decided to pay the £4 for SD. They received it on the Monday and they promptly emailed me. Second email on same day to say approved and voucher on way. Voucher arrived on the Tuesday.
Couldnt have been quicker or smoother. Recomend definitely.

I also sent a phone to these sharks over a week ago, it NEVER ARRIVED, my advice to anyone sending a phone to one of these services is to send it/them Recorded Delivery. Or better still sell it on eBay you'll get a better price, anyone daft enough to sell a N95 or equivalent to these people must be mad, your being ripped-off.

For anyone who has lost a phone in the post, then ring your network provider who originally supplied the phone, mine was orange and have them block the phone, you'll need to supply them with the IMEI number, but a least it stops the thief from using your phone. Mines was only worth £30.00 annoying, but you live and learn

IN the past month I have sent two Nokia N95s. Fast reply with bag to return them to Mazuma. When I sent them I used Post Office special delivery on both occasions. A few days later got the cheques! Superquick and great service.

Tip: always wrap securely with protective packaging such as bubblewrap. And if it is a high value phone use special or recorded delivery to ensure signed delivery and insurance if it gets lost or broken.

I would recommend Mazuma to all my family and friends.

I sent my Nokia N95 8Gb off about 6 weeks ago and they are telling me that they haven't received it yet and that it's probably been lost in the post which I DON'T agree one bit.
I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone as I think that there has something dodgy gone on.
Seems a bit strange that there is quite a few people with the same problem!!!!!!!!

I have been sending phones to mazuma for the past 2 years and am very pleased with the speed and efficientcy of their service.
I have recommemded them to my family and friends and even customers all rave about the abilty to receive money for what used to just lie in the back of your desk draw!

Got my cheque for £87.00 for my Nokia N95 in two days - that was in a postal strike too.

Amazing....Sent a N95 8GB on the Monday (Special Delivery For £4 At Post Office) And got the cheque for £114 on the Thursday :D:D very happy :D:D

I don't know if it is Mazuma or the Post Office that you cant trust but its not worth the hassle.

I sent a Nokia N95 nearly 2 months ago and Mazuma are saying that they have never received it.

I got a good rate for a N95 - certainly on par with eBay without the charges. I posted my phone off on the Thursday & received a voucher back in the post on Saturday. What was more impressive was that the post office were on strike Thu/Fri!!!!!!!! Totally recommended...

it is very good. sold three phones and have reicved money quicly.

I made nearly £100 from 3 old mobile phones kicking around forgotten in my spare bedroom. Quick payment of values given up-front on their web site. Frequent e-mails telling me the stage of the process. More than happy to deal with a Company that gives me £30 for a phone Vodafone have given me for free !!! Advice, though...send Recorded Delivery at least....postal workers are thieves (having worked there once, I speak from experience).
