Decided to sell my Nokia n97 mini, with Mazuma because of the good reviews. Well it proved to be the right choice, posted it from Belfast on Tues at 3.30pm. Checked my Email following day & had reply saying the cash would be in my account today. £122.00 was in my account when i checked at 7.00pm! Jumbo 5 out of 5 from me, 24 hrs is pretty damn special, will use them next time too.

Just trading in my old iPhone - prices were a little higher on some other mobile recycling sites but these seemed to have pretty bad reviews - people suggesting that when the phone arrived the company were offering a lower price saying the phones were broken which put me off! Used mazuma as a friend had used them before and had no problems. Must say I was very impressed! My bag arrived in two days. Posted my phone at 1pm and the money was in my bank by 4pm the next day. I did pay for special delivery postage but if u have a cheaper phone and take it to the post office you are covered up to £40 free. Might be worth bearing in mind if you are posting a couple - you might be better off doing one at a time.

First time I have ever sold a mobile and one of the best services I have ever experienced.

Originally I was going to post my mobile to them but as their offices were nearby I decide to take it in.

I was there for about 3 minutes and by the time I got home from work the money was in my bank account.

Absolutely first class.

I posted my phones on Tuesday and received my money by Thursday paid directly into my bank account by 6pm that night.
I was a bit sceptical at 1st but they did exactly what they said they would.
very happy with the service.

This saved me the hassle of trying to sell all my phones old phones in separate transactions and the prices paid were very good for my Iphones.

Sent my phone yesterday by posting in a postbox, not securely through post office, was a bit weary about doing so but knew would be my own fault if anything happened, anyway I looked on website this morning & nothing had been recieved, looked a bit later & it had been recieved & processed, looked an hour later & payment was in my bank account. Fantastic service mazuma & will be using you again. Thanks loads & the money in my bank will be used tonight on a night out!!!

I had an old Nokia with a broken screen, sent it off and 2 days later my cheque for £25 arrived. So easy and very efficient.

Got to be honest when i was about to post my G1 mobile i was quite afraid that i wouldnt see that or the money! Went to post office they gave me a receipt of recording but did inform me that they wouldnt be able to be held responsible if it went missing, which was ok but a bit of a worry, within 24 hours id had the envelope posted it and had the money sitting in my bank account, i was a very happy customer and would use this service again and again, thanks you, before i made my purchase though i think i would have wanted to read this and i would have put my mind at ease then a lot more.

Sold a few of my old mobiles via Mazuma and never had a problem with their service. Pack always arrived on time and got my cheque is good time.

I've already recommended Mazuma. Received my envelope for my Iphone last week and posted off my phone yesterday and received £141 into my bank account about 30 mins ago. So, I am very pleased. If you don't want to risk losing your phone then get a receipt of postage or send it recorded delivery. There was nothing that I didn't like about the service. No drama's at all.

Absolutely horrible. Sent in my expensive iPhone and they claim they never recieved it and to claim it through royal mail, but was posted in the free post bag and dropped in the box so I clearly cant claim it. what a scam!

I can't fault them. I'm as sceptical as they come so you can imagine my surprise when I've had not 1, but 2 great transactions with them.

I sent my iPhone to them when I got an upgrade. Money was in my account within 48 hours. I, in my idiocy, hadn't registered the parcel so my heart was in my mouth. I was being paid over £300 for my old phone so if anything had happened I would have had nobody to blame but myself. Anyway, as I said it went swimmingly.

On Friday I sent off another phone that I hated with a passion. This time I sent it by registered mail. I checked with Royal Mail track and trace about 20 minutes ago and it said it was in transit. I then happened to check my bank account for something else and to my surprise my Mazuma money was in there already, every penny promised.

Mazuma are faster with their processing than Royal Mail as my parcel is till showing as undelivered yet the money is safetly nestled in my bank account.

Well done Mazuma. You have a customer for life.
