I received a bed, low boy dresser and two bedside tables - all exceeded my expectations in looks and quality. The rustic oak compliments our new Green Oak extension beautifully. The delivery men arrived when they said they would, were polite, quick and efficient.

From being interested in several beds online we visited the Matlock showroom where we were warmly welcomed and left to have a look around and not pestered or followed, like some other places. Pleasant sales staff and a very professional and respectful delivery team have made this purchase experience better than we could have hoped for, with the beautiful oak bed the icing on the cake. Phone calls giving a delivery date which was quicker than expected, with an update on the day were also appreciated. All in all, an excellent company who seem to truly value their customers, we shall be returning!

We have recently taken delivery of a new bed and wardrobe from Indigo and I have to say again that the products and service is second to none. We ordered quite a while ago whilst our loft conversion was still in progress and the staff at Indigo made sure our products arrived as soon after the loft was completed as possible; we delayed our delivery a couple of times as our loft was overrunning and still we were able to receive our bed and wardrobe just 2 days after the carpet was laid! The delivery guys were very quick and efficient in setting up our new furniture, not to mention polite and insistent on removing shoes before they came in each and every time. I love the fact that they work for Indigo and take such care of building the furniture (they're not "just" delivery guys!). Our new bed and wardrobe have now made our recently created loft extention into a hotel-quality bedroom which we are very pleased with. This is the second time we have purchased from Indigo (we also have the Tequila chest in our lounge) and will hope to do so again in the future.

Just wanted to say that the service we received from sales in the Tunbridge Wells branch through to the delivery guys was top class. Friendly and knowledgeable. The delivery team called in the morning and enroute which was appreciated. They arrived end of the day (6pm) as stated but were still motivated and friendly and very careful with moving every item into our new build house. Impressive service throughout and awesome furniture quality. Would not hesitate to recommend or go back for more!

We were looking for a new bed and had visited a number of outlets but were drawn back each time to the Indigo product despite not having an opportunity to physically view a bed. The company sent me CAD drawings so that I could understand the construction and so with the photographs and that detail we bought "blind" but the bed is really well made and we are delighted with the purchase.

We have just received our seventh piece of magnificent furniture from Indigo. The team at the Harrogate showroom always greet us warmly and we are made to feel extremely valued customers. The quality of the furniture is excellent and will last a lifetime.

What an amazing Service, just simply Amazing. The quality of my bed is well worth the price. Over the years Ive simply got sick and tired of buying beds that were simply mass produced and unreliable so I started looking around and found Indigo Furniture LTD. At first I was worried by the costs but all this went away the 2nd the guys came out to deliver / install it. Solid Wood, bulky and it feels and looks like its going to last a lifetime. Indigo kept us in the loop all the way and not only am I happy with what I purchased, the guys they sent to install / deliver my bed were very courteous, very professional and made me feel at complete ease. So happy with this purchase and couldn't recommend this company enough. Well worth the wait.

I have quite a lot of Indigo furniture and a few sofas. I love the style and the quality to a very high standard. It matches any style of house and makes the simplest of rooms look very stylish. Allthough it isn’t cheap I feel Iit is good value for money. I would certainly recommend Indigo. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for furniture.

We were extremely pleased with the delivery thanks to the two people I dealt with They phoned about 8.30 in the morning to let us know they would deliver within the hour.Considering they had been on the road from early in the morning and come quite a distance from Derbyshire to Chester they were very obliging and a 'breath of fresh air' when they arrived.Thanks again Indigo for being so professional and not to mention supplying another piece of top notch furniture.We have just moved and refurbished a property and you are one of the very few tradesmen who have not let us down over the whole project.

My experiance started with an online search and then a speedy delivery of great free leather samples so that I could check the colure and quality of the material. From here I visited the Tumbridge Wells showroom and found the staff member helpful and knowledgable with out being pushy, this encouraged me to order directly. The showroom was well presented and we were encouraged to sit on the furniture and even try out foot stools to ensure they were the height we wanted, all whilst drinking coffee. Come on, whats not to love . On arrival at my home the delivery team were polite and respectful. They had great product knowledge and explained the use of the after care products that were free of charge. They placed my sofa in a couple of positions to save me the trouble and enabled me to make the best choice.

The table is excellent quality and looks great in our new kitchen. The whole experience from excellent staff in the shop to fantastic delivery men meant we never had to worry about anything. Would highly recommend to others and will use again.

Fantastic customer service from Indigo. I love my oak console! The ordering process, sorting a delivery date to suit me and the actual delivery were all incredibly straight forward and hassle free. Thank you also to the two guys I dealt with who delivered my console after a very early start! They were helpful, polite and cheerful and kept me informed of their arrival time an dhow far away they were.

Adding to our Indigo collection we bought some lovely furniture to furnish our dinning area. Encouraged by the recent reductions in the autumn sale we also added a petite cowhide cube and a plank stack of tables to our list. All items were delivered last week in super condition and by great dedicated staff who carefully situated each piece and double checked my satisfaction of the product. Care instructions and kit was also provided. We love Indigo furniture- my father calls it “substantial” in his broad Yorkshire accent and it certainly is that. It is smart, versatile, hard wearing and smells lovely!!! Thank you, Indigo.

Indigo delivered our furniture last week, a TV unit and bookcase. They are lovely, you can see the quality of work, the great finish and the care that has been taken. The guys who delivered were both careful and knowledgeable, and gave us the information needed to care for the furniture. We will be back in the future undoubtedly. Excellent experience, From the initial visit to the shop in Tumbridge Wells, where they had the table and chairs in stock as per our telephone conversation (not like some companies where they said the items were in stock only to find they were not) and the sales team could not have been more helpful, positioning the furniture to show us exactly how the items went together. The items were delivered earlier than quoted, a first for furniture companies, and the delivery team were brilliant setting out the items exactly where we wanted them and then taking time to explain the upkeep of the wood. In summary we could not be more happy with the furniture. Thank you Indigo.
