We hire 4 vehicals, a Rolls Royce Phantom, LWB Jaguar XJ, 16 seater Mercedes mini and a LWB SClass Mercedes for our Daughter's wedding at Chiswick House on 10th August 2017. Firsty I would like to thank the person I dealt with for all her help and great customer service. A few days before the big day I received a email with the drivers details and to run through everything for the wedding day. The day before the wedding also recieved a follow up phone call from the person I dealt with . On the day the cars arrived on time and in immaculate condition. The drivers were very knowledgeable about the route to and from The Bingham to Chiswick House. We were very impressed by their professionalism and friendly customer service; as well as quality of the cars. I scoured the Internet and made many phone calls to many different car / wedding hire companies. I am aware that sadly there are companies who will promise everything but fall short of the mark and as it is such an important occasion (daughters wedding) that I wanted the car hire package to be dependable, with disclosure and transparency. Having reviewed Gold Services website (which is very easy to use) and the diverse range of vehicles available. They are also (and importantly) fully accredited, which is NOT Mandatory/Law,and many hire companies are NOT registered! So this inspired confidence. I made a call to the head office. Spoke to the owner and discussed our many requirements and they organised the viewing of each car, 7 in all over a 2 day period. Having decided on a delightful vintage 1927 Rolls Royce Phantom and a classic double decker bus for all of our guests as they were flying in from Scotland and N Ireland. There was a lot of attention to detail and our personal requirements were all accommodated with ease and I found the rates competitive. The owner of the RR was a very pleasant and personable enthusiast and was even dressed in a chauffeurs uniform matching the period of the car! I also had a meeting with the owners of the company face to face which (although not entirely necessary) and that sealed the deal. The wedding day was a huge success, the vehicles were very well turned out and well received by all. Everything seamlessly happened as planned and agreed. But most of all, the Bride and Groom (and our guests) were thrilled. I would have no hesitation in recommending Gold Chauffeur Services to anyone as their scope and diverse selection of vehicles and personable attitude to accommodate our occasion was excellent.

We hired the Modern Rolls Royce Phantom in white, along with two white TX Wedding Taxis. Even with a late change to our pick up points, all vehicles arrived on time and were spotless. The chauffeurs were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Despite the reception venue being almost 40 miles from the church, the chauffeurs knew exactly where they were going and all vehicles arrived at the venue according to our schedule. All in all, we were both very impressed with the cars, the Rolls Royce in particular, and cannot fault the service provide on the day. Thank you!

Fantastic company that went above and beyond to make our daughters wedding that extra bit special. Three white London cabs adorned with burgundy ribbons for the 10 bridesmaids and the most beautiful 1927 burgundy vintage Citroen for the main wedding car adorned with white ribbon and stunning white flowers for the bride and her father. A Special Day was created for a 70th Birthday by the fabulous car and excellent driver. In fact, I am not sure how we top this...... The booking was excellent and I would recommend Gold Chauffeur Services without hesitation.

Excuse the pun, but GOLD really are the Rolls-Royce of wedding car hire services! I had my 'Big, Fat, Asian Wedding' on Sunday, 28th August 2016 in West London. Choosing from an extensive fleet of chauffeur driven vehicles I was totally spoilt for choice but loved the chance to be able to choose the right vehicles for the day. From start to finish the staff at GOLD were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They were extremely friendly, professional and helpful. Planning a wedding is never easy but I had the pleasure of dealing with some fantastic suppliers. I must say though these guys were the BEST. The booking process was a breeze and I received regular updates about my booking. When the main car arrived on the morning it was immaculate and looked better than I had imagined. The vehicle was a Vintage 1937 Rolls-Royce in Red and Black and had obviously been well looked after because it was in simply perfect condition. The second vehicle was equally impressive. All my guests loved the cars and commented throughout the day on how great they looked. I haven't received the official photographs yet but the vehicles look seriously good in the ones my guests took! Lastly, I must thank both drivers, who were well dressed, polite, courteous and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble! The man for all his help throughout the booking process and his great sense of humour. A real gent. And all at GOLD for helping making our day so memorable. If your looking around for wedding car hire, stop looking and just give these guys a call. From start to finish this company was absolutely brilliant. They supplied a vintage Rolls Royce for my parents 60th Wedding Anniversary. The chauffeur was amazing and made my parents feel so very special. The Rolls Royce was beautiful inside and out. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again as the service we received was second to none!

What a fabulous company. The staff were amazing. Helpful kind and took away all the stress for my daughters wedding. The service provided was exceptional. The staff were friendly and helpful and dealt with my anxieties so professionally. My daughter and her new husband got the exact car they wanted. The chauffeur was lovely and after the ceremony and the pictures took my daughter and her husband for a ride in the car to give them some alone time before the celebrations began. London Wedding 13th August 2016. I am so pleased I found Gold Chauffeur Cars to hire the wedding vehicles for my daughters’ wedding from; as many reviewers have said before me, weddings can be stressful experiences and you want suppliers that not only won’t let you down, but are pro-active in dealing with everything before you have to ask, and these guys proved to be everything I wanted We originally hired a heritage taxi for the bridal car, but unfortunately it had a mechanical problem a few weeks before the wedding, as can sometimes happen; but with the minimum of fuss and plenty of notice, we had a superb 1951 two-tone blue and ivory Bentley as substitute. It was fabulously turned out and drew many admiring glances and plenty of gratitude from the happy couple. We also hired a Routemaster bus to transport wedding guests between venues in Hampstead and Little Venice and it certainly added to the day with lots of fun (public transport with people you want to be with!). Again it was nicely presented; with wedding ribbons, signboard and internal decorations. We had a lovely chauffeur, delightfully turned out, for the car, and brilliant crew of two for the bus, they all did a great job in a calm, patient and professional manner and engaged wonderfully with everyone. Importantly they allowed me to relax and important times! The team in the office, were most helpful and friendly without any hint of hard sell, and provided clear communications with me which took a lot of stress out of the process. I felt that cost for the service was very reasonable and have come away well satisfied. They have lots of lovely cars and vehicles to choose from and I have two more daughters! Gold Chauffeur (Gold Drive) are able to source a range of cars for hire for special occasions. My husband and I hired a 1964 Mk II Jaguar for our wedding. The car arrived on time, was in great condition and the driver was social and helped with my wedding dress. However the car didn't stay for its allotted time and went straight after it had dropped us at the reception and a few photos were taken. Apart from this there were no other concerns with the vehicle hire and Gold Chaffeurs. Thank you!

Absolutely no regrets booking a horse and carriage for my friend through London. Arrived at London Bridge fifteen minutes early and they offered to take pictures and start straight away. Really understanding and accommodating. Constantly asking if we were okay. Absolutely uniquely once in a lifetime experience with two amazing horsemen. Allowed us to choose where we wanted to go through, offered to stop whenever we felt like we wanted to take pictures and were patient when we couldn't find the perfect photo. Loved every single second and will never ever forget it. Worth every penny.

Our driver, was fantastic, friendly and had thought of everything. I was struggling with a headache and he immediately came to my rescue with water and most importantly some pick n mix!! Can't even begin to explain how amazing Gold Chauffeur services were. The one thing you want to have while planning a wedding is peace of mind and I have to say the confidence and reliability that I felt from Gold really allowed me to not worry about the car arrangements at all. I had regular communications, everything was very professional and I was in complete confidence that this part of my wedding would go smoothly, and it sure did. Cars turned up on time, really friendly and engaging drivers (which is just a bonus) and safe journey to and fro. Not one single complaint. To add to the quality of service I had originally booked a Bentley and a Merc S-Class, when the Merc didn't become available they upgraded it to a Bentley at no extra cost. Great service :)
