In addition to getting a great washing machine I received fantastic communication regarding delivery time, updates on progress for pinpointing actual arrival time, great sense of humour from driver and perfect execution of picking up old washer and bringing in the new one. Ordered washing machine 7:30 pm on Monday evening. Delivered at 10:30 on Wednesday morning as promised. Excellent communication from delivery drivers meant that I received a text first thing Wednesday morning to tell me the delivery would be between 9 and 1. Then I received a telephone call from the delivery drivers telling me they were 20 minutes away. Excellent service with excellent communication. Highly recommended.

The driver and helper were polite and helpful - my only complaint was that due to delays on other deliveries my item did not arrive until 10.15pm - I only found out about the delay on the website when the time slot expired - it would have been more ideal to have received a text about the delay, especially as I had had regular texts leading up to the delivery time.

“Never Left in the Dark!”

I was delighted with the service of Expert Logistics Delivery for our Bosch washing machine from Appliances Online.. In this day of internet and mobile phones, it never ceases to amaze me that many firms cannot be more specific about estimated delivery times, or give a time and do not adhere to it.Being left uninformed causes no end of frustration. Thankfully, this was certainly not the case here. Communications were excellent. We were offered the option of paying a little extra to choose a delivery slot, but did not take this up. It is, however, a very good option to have. We were given a delivery date. At 7.00 on the morning of delivery we were phoned - and texted - to narrow the time down to 4 hours. The online website is updated every 20 minutes and our time was again narrowed down to 1 hour. There was, in fact, an unavoidable delay of 30 minutes, but the very friendly driver phoned us personally to alert us to this and to apologise. We were kept informed at all times. When our washing machine did arrive, the delivery men were courteous and efficient. I would not hesitate to use these firms again or to recommend them to others.

Bit apprehensive about buying on line but there was no need. Excellent communications re delivery and absolutely no hassle with anything. Delivered early; it would have been nice if they'd taken the packaging away and that's the only criticism.

I liked the fact that you could see how it works, an unbiased opinion of the dials and the noise/quietness of performance. A good comparison chart to any other washing machines that you thought looked good, comparing energy ratings, spin speeds, noise levels and anything that was for your personal requirements. The price was competitive, delivery very fast even though I had no delivery charge to pay, you were also kept notified of when they would deliver. There was a free insurance cover given in case of problems when receiving it.

Fantastic service. Logged on to website at 7.30 am on day of delivery and got an approximate delivery time. Then got a call from the driver to confirm he was 5 minutes away. Will definitely use this service again.

“Up hill and down dale”

My washing machine had to be delivered to a tiny cottage in a harbour in Cornwall, up hill and down dale and yet it was delivered successfully, being pushed on a trolley for quite a few hundred yards. Well done to all concerned, a worry taken off my shoulders. Thank you

“Dreadful Service”

Recently bought a fridge with a delivery date given for 17th October. Expert Logistics didn't realise they didn't deliver on Wednesdays in my area. They could however deliver on Friday 19/10. Another call to let me know the schedule was full but they could in fact deliver on Saturday 20th with a warning call on Saturday am to let me know when.Duly arranged to be at home on Saturday ,received a call to say the delivery would be made followed swiftly by another to say oops we didn't realise we don't deliver in your area on a Saturday. Much arguing and "toing and froing "has ensued with a promise to deliver today Tuesday with a promised early call to say when the delivery will be made. Sounds great but please note I will be at home until 7.30 am and not back home again til almost 6 says I .Not a problem apparently! On cue phone rings to tell me delivery will be made at 10 30am. Sorry won't be there. Can be home by 5 though. Promise to ring me by 7.30 to inform me of new time. You've guessed it,no call and delivery attempted at 10 26am.!!!!!!!!! I call expert Logistics and off we go again on the carousel Will I ever get my fridge delivered by Expert Logistics I seriously doubt it.

“Lazy driver looks for excuse not to deliver washing...”

The driver and his mate could not find us at first - as we live behind a walled garden - when i went out to meet him on the path, he didn't even say hello, he immediately asked if there were any stairs to go up inside looking throughly uninterested when I said two flights (as stated on the order), his first reaction was to barge past me and start counting them - when he got to the top he informs me they are only ALLOWED to carry items up 28 and we have 36 steps and that he'll need to call the office. He calls them from outside the comes back and then passes the phone to me at which point they tell me it's up to the driver - doesn't tally with him saying he's not being ALLOWED. They then tell me that the driver and his mate can carry it up 28 steps but I have to do the last 8 by myself.. or they can cancel the order. I say we have no option but to cancel, the driver takes back the phone continues speaking to the office and just walks out the front door without saying a word to me.... It was clear from outset that they didn't want to deliver to us as we were set away from the road and that finding the stairs was his perfect excuse... Seems from reviews on here that this is a common occurence. Appliances Online have lost a sale as a result of their delivery company!

“Highly recommend”

Just had a washing machine delivered. Chose the free delivery with no set time. They texted at 7am on the day to confirm a 4 hour time slot between 9am and 1pm. Around 9 I went on line to track my order. It said the machine would be delivered between 10.45 and 11.45. Lorry arrived at my door, expertly manoeuvred in a no through road, and the machine was painlessly delivered to where I wanted it at 10 past 11. They were willing to take it into the kitchen but left it exactly where I told them to. Very mannerly without being over friendly or inappropriate. I felt I was kept informed throughout and did not need any more information. Many thanks from one very satisfied customer who can now get on with the rest of the Saturday.

hi id just want to say thanku for such quick safe delivery of my tumble dryer,i had a phone call to tell me my time slot between 7am and 11am and they were with me 10 mins later and put it exactly where i asked them to .thanku for such great service.

I am unsure as I had only electrical items delivered, but given their receptiveness, a quick call to the office should answer your question regarding your old cooker.

Unfortunately I can't help. As my Cooker was to be fitted the following day by arrangement through a local CORGI Registered Gas Fitter, the unit was to be delivered and left 'un-packaged' by the Carriers.

They are delivering an american fridge freezer to my mother tomorrow - I was told they would take the doors off to get the freezer in. Is this correct?

They are not good at delivering on time, by that I mean you book a time and they often turn up early because the driver wants to get home! Also even if you are a regular customer you cannot get a delivery at holiday times, mainly because the able bodied people who dont normally get home deliveries, take up all the booking dates and times well in advance. People who are disabled, like myself, then lose out.

they are usually unreliable due to their drivers rushing from one job to another so they can get finished quicker and get home sooner but the problem with that is that by the time they get to the last delivery or close to the last their arriving early for your delivery
