“Excellent response on a cancellation”

I booked a room at the Best Western Dry Creek Inn, Healdsburg, Ca. for a wedding. We decided not to stay the night and I called to cancel the reservation. Carlos Diaz handled the transaction in a very timely manner with no problems. I was surprised as this usually is not the case! Carlos was great, he called my home when there was a problem with my card, telling me he would mail the check to me. Sure enough two days later the check came in the mail. I am pleased with Hotel Planner and will certainly use it again, thanks to Carlos' excellent service. Dolores G. California

I needed to book a number of hotel rooms for a conference in Paris and had been recommended Hotel Planner by a colleague. They definitely lived up to expectations! We got a great deal and everything was sorted out quickly and without any fuss at all. We had a great trio and I plan to use Hotel Planner again in future.

“Do not use”

These people will not cancel a reservation 6 weeks in advance. They send out a confirmation notice that says you can cancel in big letters and then when you call to cancel tell you on the 4th page (in little letters) that you can't cancel. They are rude and not friendly. I would not recommend this site to a pack of rats

“Excellent service, no issues at all”

I had an excellent experience with HotelPlanner.com from the moment I found a very good deal for the hotel I was looking for. I was a little bit scared to make the reservation with them since it was the first time I heard about this Company but the bad reviews were not too bad. As soon as I booked my room I received a call from Carlos Diaz with HotelPlanner.com giving me some tips like calling the hotel directly 3 or 4 days before the check in to confirm the reservation so in case of any issue I have time to take a decision about what to do. But in general I had no issues at all.

“Terrible Service !!!!!!”

It took two hours to cancel a reservation. Finally had to call hotel myself. No one I spoke too could help and had to redirect me to someone else. Some lines never picked up the call.

“One double bed... 3 people”

I told the woman 3 times I wanted a suite with a queen bed and a sleeper sofa. It was for 2 adults and one teen, 16. We got 1 room with a double bed. Since there was a tournament in town, we were unable to find a room that would accommadate us all. The only room we could find was a single, two miles away where some of my sons team was staying. The additional room cost us another 90.00+ that we would not have had to spend if the HotelPlanner.com woman had booked it correctly in the first place! When I called and complained, they offered me a 10.00 refund for our troubles... What a joke. I will NEVER use this site again!

“Bad News”

Booked 4 hotels, specifically states- traveling with my dog; only 1 if 4 allowed pets. Getting answers was difficult- most people I talked to didn't answer my questions but were happy to put me on hold.

“Wedding flop”

We tried getting hotels downtown Chicago for a wedding and all they keep doing is emailing us hotels way out in the suburbs. We've long booked our hotel (not through them) but the new emails continue flowing in. Mistake trying this service.

“Room was great”

WE arrived early and were able to check in....I was asked to pay but had already pre-paid when making reservation on hotel planner and luckily I had my confirmation sheet. Breakfast was good...room was clean...had a little trouble getting extra towels on our last day there but overall service was good. Would recommend. The only downside is there is no outside pool.

I am professionally booking groups and do normally use my own contacts into certain destinations. For this particular group destination I did not have contacts into Munich and therefore tried HotelPlanner.com to see if they can give me a competitive quote. The result was a great surprise to me as I was offered 6 great deals in the city center and to my astonishment, I had results back within 24 hours. I would recommend this tool to anyone who is booking groups as this saves so much time that you normally spend on negotiations!! The offers were very competitive and i will certainly use the tool again!

“Stay away, stay safe!”

When flying into Seatac do not stay at the Knights Inn. Price was great, lobby nice, office staff pleasant enough. We got to our room after lugging all our luggage up stairs only to find the door had been previously kicked in as there was evidence of a newly dried patch job. immediately upon opening the rooms windows to air out the place a rough looking woman stood right out side the window and lit a cigarette. so we had to plug in the air unit and close the windows and curtains as she was conspicously standing at the window still. thats only the beginning. The sliding closet door was off the rail and placed inside the closet, rendering it usless. It was a ratty dump of a hotel. the beds were scarry over used and saggy. The rug thread bare and the shower and bathroom - yuck! Bad. Stay away! Upon securing the reservation the comments read very fast basically said there was no refund and must be paid in full. I did not agree with this so I had to book each day separate. So I only had to give the Hotel 84.00 for not to stay in their dump! I'm very unhappy with Knights Inn.

“The best hotel search app ”

“Great service, comfortable, room fridge requested!”

The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Nampa, Idaho was full of friendly staff and it was extremely clean and well taken care of. The price per night was reasonable for what we experienced. The indoor pool and jacuzzi was well taken care of and the complimentary breakfast was good for us getting there by the tail-end of it! The room and bed/pillows were comfortable. My only complaint is that we didn't have a refrigerator in our room which would have helped us save some leftovers that we had bought at local restaurants during our stay. Other than that, we would come back and also recommend this hotel to others.

“HotelPlanner.com Saves Time and Money!”

I helped plan my sister's wedding in Key West and when it came time to book the hotel for all the guests, I couldn't even get a sales manager on the phone to give me a rate! I came across HotelPlanner.com and thought I'd give it a shot. It took less than 2 minutes to fill out the form and by the next day I had offers from like 10 hotels located in Key West! I had a "planner" assigned to me who was very helpful in recommending hotels based on their location and what they had to offer. Hotel Planner even showed me how much I was saving with my group rate versus everyone booking individually. The hotel was great, my sister's wedding was perfect, and as a thank you for using Hotel Planner, my planner reminded me of the cash back rebate. All I had to do was get a report from the hotel about the group, mail it in, and a few weeks later I had a check to deposit. I'll definitely use HotelPlanner.com in the future and I've told all my friends about it.

“Be Careful!!”

We booked a hotel in Hendersonville NC thru this web site. When we got to the hotel the nightmare began. The reservation was wrong. Wrong date, wrong smoking preference, wrong bed choice. Rather than just "fixing" the problem the owner tried to get me to cancel my reservation, so we could book it on site. Of course the reservation could not be cancelled and I was stuck. In the end (after lots of torture) they put me in an appropriate room. No fun. Wouldn't do it again. Davidson NC

“The worst stay ever... I wish I could give a negative...”

When I arrived at the hotel I had to wait for the attendant to finish using the bathroom,which I could then smell throught the privacy glass. Upon checking in I asked for him to make sure that I received a clean room. I was placed in room 174. The shower did not drain so I was forced to hold the handle down while bathing. I could not find the remote control but no worries I was to tired to care. I did find it that next morning while in the bathroom preparing for the day under the bed next to some old underwear on the floor. I was so disguted that I quickly packed and headed to work early but not before informing the manager who could care less. Please take my word for it. Spend a little extra and pass this nasty place by. By far the worst of Connecticut.

“That's not what I wanted. ”

It was totally different from other location like Barrie and Trenton what I visited so far. In this location no BBQ place and no refrigerator in the room. Also the room was not clean. Maybe I had a high expectation, but in reality it was not good. I am so sorry to say like this, but that's what I felt so far. They should improve and invest some more money for their facilities.
