Due to my computer illiteracy I was struggling with some of the online details. The customer service adviser aa4 was brill and helped out with everything I would need to do to ensure I would have no further probs. Second time being insured with One Call. Everything great until I have to make a claim. Guaranteed hire car only guaranteed in event of a non fault claim-this was not made clear at outset. Recovery from scene of accident took 3 hours and then a limit of 10 miles from scene to drop off...no good if you live further away. Decided to change insurance companies. One Call gave a reasonable quote. They took my money and then came the harassing letters. Firstly, additional information regarding my driving licence etc....Then came a letter stating I had not declared my wife's minor accident back in 2014. This effectively doubled my insurance including the new premium and the £39 administration to change the policy. Firstly, thank you for taking the time to review our service. Whilst we are always disappointed when customers feel they had a poor experience, their feedback (good and bad) is what helps us learn, grow and improve.

Would it be possible for you to edit your review to include your policy number or reference number so I may look in to this for you please?

As a broker we have very little control over the additional premiums charged by the underwriters. Each underwriter dose also have different schemes and discounts with other brokers, this is why you can see a difference in price.

I am going through the exact same thing with this company they said I had an accident in August last year which I did not now going through the exact same as you I will never. Go with them again and will advise everyone I know to do the same
