I have never used an online supplier to purchase a new van before, however their quotation to supply a NEW VW Caddy highline built to my specification and I would save us over £4k off the very best price from the dealerships. After placing the order I was tolled that I would be waiting for 12 weeks but it arrived delivered to my front door in 10 weeks. I admit that I was a bit worried about paying for something that I had not seen or even spoken face to face with the salesmen but I dint need to worry at all the sales personnel are very nice and very helpful and always made an effort to reply to my emails and calls. I WOULD RECOMEND THEM TO ANY ONE.

“First experience of using Nationwide Car Sales”

We had never previously used an online supplier to purchase a new car, however their quotation to supply a new BMW 318i tourer would save us over £3k off the very best price we could obtain from BMW dealerships. After looking at several reviews we thought that this offer was worth going ahead with, and I must say that we were pleasantly surprised at the efficiency and ease of the whole system. After placing the order and paying the deposit we were quoted a 12 week delivery time, after 10 weeks we were contacted and advised that the car was in and delivery was arranged. The car was delivered to our door with 8 miles on the clock and the delivery driver took his time handing over the car and explaining intricacies of the the controls etc. I can fully recommend Nationwide to anyone, it is a different experience to that of going into a showroom and buying a car, but the savings that can be made far out way the free cup of coffee and the sales patter you would have normally received. My advise to anyone considering this way of purchasing a new car is to go ahead it's worth it.

I have bought my last 3 vehicles from Nationwide Cars, the most recent at the end of May, 2018.This is testament to the extremely high quality service this organisation has provided for me on all occasions.I believe that this is a product of a business philosophy which puts the customer first and goes the extra mile to ensure complete customer satisfaction. The website provides all the information I needed to make a fully informed decision with regard to specification and detailed costing to see clearly the savings I could make compared with market competitors, and thus gain full value for money. Contact with the team during the process was frequent;information and correspondence were always clear,precise and detailed, by phone and email. All enquiries got a prompt response and there was always someone on hand to give help and support. Their approach was, at all times highly professional,efficient and helpful and always with the personal touch which inspires confidence and ensures that the customer feels valued. I would not hesitate to recommend Nationwide Cars to any prospective buyer and,for me, it is the first port of call for the keenest price on the car and the best service to provide it.

After a couple of Fiestas for the wife and an X Trail for myself I have just taken delivery of a Toyota Hilux ... this is over a number of years, I'm not that weird. As ever the pre delivery support from staff has been informative and efficient I'm tuned it to the process now and ordered it in plenty of time or so I thought - There was a delay for it leaving the maker in South Africa but I was kept informed of reasons and progress - orders for red ones have been slow apparently! I particularly like getting it delivered to my house and of course all extras asked for - bed liner and tow bar properly fitted Cheers!

As a 30 year purchasing professional who now a University professor lecturing in this discipline I am pretty choosy when it comes to suppliers and set high standards of service as a norm. Nationwide not only provided an unrivaled cost for my wife's ford fiesta they had it delivered on time to our door. Every element of the transaction was professionally handled and would be rated as an A class supplier in my previous life. Have no fear dealing at a distance or transferring large sums of money to complete the transaction. 5 stars!!

Having been initially rather reticent about buying online, I willingly state that I would recommend this to anyone. I did know the type of car I wanted having driven a similar one previously and therefore did not need a test drive anywhere. From the rapid response to my enquiry I cannot fault the firm for their helpfulness, politeness and thoroughness in dealing with me. Phone calls were responded to rapidly and any enquiries answered. The car arrived, a few hours later than expected, was checked over the following morning and signed off. It is exactly as ordered. The great bonus, of course, is that it is much, much cheaper than going to the dealer. Well done, and thank you!

My car had a bump and needed to be repaired. I got in touch with Nationwide they looked at it to see what was to be done , booked it in for the following week I had a loan car that was very good . I got phone calls keeping me in the loop with how far it had progressed. Then got a call to say it was finished and they were bro hung it back to me , I think this was the best service I have ever had . They are so officiant and absolutely on the ball . Great customer service . I would recommend them to anyone . Well done to this company , for being so good and caring. You don’t get service like this very often .

I have used Nationwide Cars before. Looking for a price for a BMW 430 gran coupe list £42500 inc extras. Very best price from any BMW dealer was £36,100. I tried all the usual on-line brokers. No cheaper. Nationwide did it for £33700 without any bartering. I was initially quoted 12 weeks, but the car arrived in 7 weeks, delivered to my door, at the agreed time, with 5 miles on the clock. The whole thing went smoothly without any fuss. I had to pay a £500 deposit and the balance 3 days before delivery. I write this to allay your fears. All went smoothly, and l would have no hesitation whatsoever in using Nationwide again for my next car purchase.

“Professional, Honest, and Trustworthy family business.”

If you have not dealt with them before, then like me, you will be apprehensive about waving goodbye to a large sum of money, without first meeting them, or the dealer that they will be using. This is not helped by a lack of specifics, such as an order confirmation from the car manufacturer, or the name and location of the dealer that will be used. This anxiety remains, no matter how much research you make, such as checking the company address, doing a company and directors search with Companies House, etc. In the end, is this all worth it? For me, I am glad I went with Nationwide Cars - they saved me a lot of money and time. If you do not understand any aspect of the process, or have any concerns, just raise it with them. They will patiently address those concerns and explain to you anything you do not understand. I was concerned, for instance, with having someone driving the car to me, thinking that they might take the opportunity to put the car to the test. Whilst I cannot be sure that the driver did not do this, the impression I got when he arrived with the car, was that he was a professional driver and would not risk his livelihood by delivering the car in less than perfect condition. In my case, the delivery was delayed, so they suggested delaying taking delivery to get new 67 plates. When other commitments meant this was not favourable, they were happy to get the ball rolling to get the car as a 17 plate to me as fast as possible. As it was a hybrid, the PDI (pre-delivery inspection) is more involved, requiring for instance a battery test at a different site, giving a longer lead time from when I gave the nod to when delivery can be made; this again was explained in detail. They are professional, honest, and courteous. They will work with you to meet your needs and deliver on their promises. Their prices are competitive too. I am happy I got my car through Nationwide Cars.

Excellent service from Nationwide cars. I emailed my enquiry with make and model they contacted me back within 2 hours and sourced the car within 24 hours. I completed order form and paid deposit, the delivery time was estimated as 8 weeks. Got a surprise after just 4 weeks a phone call to say car ready for delivery. It arrived as planned with driver giving me a comprehensive explanation of controls and gadgets etc. Would definitely use again great service and big discount.

Very straight forward and easily achieved using email provided you have access to a scanner to scan in signed documentation. Nationwide were easy to deal with and readily available to answer any questions. I would certainly use again.

If the registration docs take 6 months to arrive does the car show on once that the purchaser is the owner. If not how do you satisfy the police if stopped? Why do people say you can't get your deposit back very easily if the deal doesn't go through?
