After an enormous amount of research and review, I finally settled on PC Specialist in my quest for the perfect gaming PC. I had received many quotes from other companies, but none of them even remotely compared to the value that PCS offered. Not just the value, but the quality of parts offered. It was truly amazing so see such quality items for excellent prices. I spent a few weeks mulling over the specs that I wanted and the prices I would be willing to pay and I decided in the end. After much deliberation, I chose my specs and got a quote from PCS. The price I received was at least 20% better than every other site I tried. So I made my choice and made the purchase. Within an hour or two, my payment had been cleared and pre-production began. 5 or 6 days into preproduction, I decided I wanted my GPU changed. One quick simple phone call was all it took, and I had the part I wanted. The total time I was on hold on the phone line was probably around 4 seconds. I was very happy with this service. The arrival of my PC was prompt and exactly on schedule. In the box I found everything I could possibly need and in perfect order. I quickly and simply installed the SSD I had previously bought and booted it up. Everything working exceptionally well and performed beyond belief. All in all, I would definitely PCS to anyone who wants a quality PC at the best price online. 10/10 stars.

Just so easy, the web site explains it all and making up a PC to your requirements could not be simpler. Very good communication so I knew what the situation was at all stages of the process. Everything works very well at a much lower price than Dell. I have already recommended PCspecialist to friends and workmates. The item was delivered to my workplace which saved the interminable waiting for a house delivery when everyone is at work or school. All in all a job well done.

I ordered from PC Specialist through the website. - I found the ease of the website and level of email correspondence a welcome change from the norm. I enjoyed the design pages, and being able to save them when done was very useful. Further the email with the quote was lovely as I was able to quiz knowledgable friends about the design decisions I'd made. After I had ordered I had regular updates via email regarding which stage my new AMD 3.8ghz quad PC was in, testing, dispatched, etc - and following that I had emails telling me where my PC was now and when it would get to me. I had no problems taking time off and waiting eagerly at the door for it. Switching the computer on, booting it up and updating, syncing, installing everything went without a hitch - in fact, it was more of a game than anything else. I'd go so far as to say everything just worked. To a pessimist like me, that was a wonderful shock.

enjoying my customized laptop so far the screen is amazing with the 1080 resolution i could never use anything less now after this.. only issue i am having is the laptop sometimes doesnt shut down when i ask it to so i have to force it to shutdown, currently seeking help on the forum though so we will see how it goes. i would give its about a 8/10

I went to insomnia and tried a few brands. I was able to buy this one interest free with a much better graphics card. The speed is good cod, fotress and minecraft play well with nice smooth graphics. It takes a few weekd to receive after ordering but worth the wait. I went for cooler upgrade and a large case so upgrading is not a problem in a year or so. I vety much like the case great design, I spent days comparing all the brands so have nothing negative to say.

When it first came looked basic but good enough one thing i noticed they don't make stylish laptops lol but then again im more into specs i got i5 processor which was good drains less bat life an overall performance would be good im happy with gpu can pretty much play most games in high quality sometimes ultra depending on games and the games are very smooth performance wise. Installation was very easy no a problem with that but some drivers i couldn't install probably cos i don't need them. I wasn't happy with windows index because the normal graphics was 4.7 then after upgrading win ultimate it went down to 4.5 which annoyed me i thought the graphics and gaming graphics are mostly the same but gpu was 6.9 but i got an SSD and 16gb RAM and boy did everything improved processor 7.1 ram 7.5 graphic and game gpu both 7.2 and hard disk 7.9 which is fantastic i believe the laptop should last a long time. 3D MARK score 1719. I searched for weeks for a computer, but couldn't find a computer to suit my specification and budget. I was recommended this site from a friend and used the jargon free builder and modified the spec given to suit my my needs. It took nearly 2 weeks to receive my computer but it was well worth the wait. I found the website easy to use and the company e-mailed me and texted me to keep me up to date. Also the courier serviced used also texted and e-mailed me to keep me up to date. Very pleased with the service.

I ordered a PC from PC Specialist because the Computer I had was getting really outdated and it wasn't performing how I really wanted it to perform. So after doing some research on the internet about various components to computers I had a pretty good understanding of what I wanted to go into my machine. When it got to customizing my PC on PC Specialist, they had a wide variety of options for me to select from when picking my parts, and it also told me instantly what price my machine would be when I added and changed parts. Did I want to go up to the next graphics card for £30 more? It made it easy for me to weigh up my decision. The entire building process went along smoothly as the build was completed within the guideline times they had set for themselves, if not faster. The company e-mail were quick to respond with any query's I had in regards to my machine. What I liked in particular was the fact that they kept me in the loop so well - I was anxious to get my PC after spending my money, and with them updating me telling me it had moved on to the next stage of the process, it reassured me that they were progressing with my PC. When it came to dispatch they even told me it would be delivered between 12:54pm and 13:54pm by a driver named Nikolay :) I didn't find myself having problems with this great company and I would definitely use them again in the future, as well as recommend them to friends and family.

I chose PC Specialist following a magazine review, and have been overwhelmed with the service I have received. Everything from customising my machine - it told me if I needed to choose a different case because of the components I had selected - and ways I could save money on what I had ordered, for example getting a smaller-rated PSU or not needing the card reader as the new case had one built-in - to being constantly updated with the progress of my order, it has been the best experience I have had when buying a computer. It arrived in great condition and worked straight away. All the disks I needed were in the box, and it has been a real joy to use so far. I have already been singing their praises to friends and family.

I spent a long time deciding what desktop to get and once I bought it PC Specialist sent me emails detailing at what point in the process my computer was, there is a flowchart on their site showing the process and how long each part takes on average. If at some point before the building process you change your mind about a particular component you are able to change it and are charged or refunded the cost difference so even if you buy something it isn't set in stone and is able to be changed up to a certain point. The desktop was delivered exactly on time, I believe it may have even been a few days earlier than was stated when I bought it. There has been no errors with the software or hardware and there was no cosmetic damage. Overall, it was one of the best purchases I've made and I would definitely recommend to a friend and have indeed persuaded 2 of my friends to purchase desktops from them in January.

Very pleased with the process from start to finish. Website easy to use and I like how you can customise any order. My pc was 10 working days in production, but it was easy to track on the website and I had regular emails to keep me updated. the communication was excellent. The courier arrived on the day they said, which you could also track his delivery route online . Thank you pcspecialist for using a good courier!! The Pc was well packaged and in full working order when I set it up. exactly what I ordered. Very happy with pcspecialist and I would order from them again.

Having to wait patiently for two weeks is a small price to pay for getting exactly what you want or need and nothing you didn't or don't. The online guidance on comparability helps put your mind at rest and while I have built my own in the past, having a warranty and official OS is also comforting. The on,y improvement I could suggest would be avice on balancing components. By this I mean my initial spec was good but the GPU was sub standard as in my enthusiasm to order I cut corners on researching the components thoroughly enough. This said amending my order was easy and did not delay the delivery at all. All in all very happy and would use again and recommend to others.
