Poor Customer Service Expectations were not met. It was insinuated it was my fault for the mis-order. I was charged for an order which was not in line with what I confirmed on screen. When I raised this to customer services, there was no appreciation for my disappointment. When I escalated to the Customer Service Manager, the poor tone and manner in which the previous Customer service person I spoke with was echoed. I had to stress quite hard not only the security issue they have in their system but how upset I was with the situation. For a customer service centric business, I was astounded at their approach to ensure customer satisfaction. Especially given how proud they are to his point … claiming "Customer Guaranteed Happy" and "Our Promise – 100% Satisfaction"

Received a bouquet from Arena that looked nothing like the website photo. Contained lots of dying green foliage, several.unopened flowers and roses with browning outer leaves. Sent photos to Arena & they confirmed bouquet looks how they'd expect but they'd still offer 15% discounthe, which was very insulting. So much for there satisfaction guarantee.

Just had a phone call from Arena Flowers to tell me that they are very sorry but the florist is unable to deliver the flowers today!! it appears that ' they work with a partner who in turn put the order with a florist' So at 4pm they call to say sorry we can not do this. Can they send flowers tomorrow. Well the birthday is today. They will return my money in 3-5 days. I picked this company from the internet BECAUSE they advertised that they could preform a service. I now know they can not!! Very disappointed to say they least. So folks think before you use this company. They have good reviews, again why they were used. Not good. Just hope I get my money back as none of the people I spoke to were English. Such a shame

2 Days ago I ordered and paid for 12 Red Roses for delivery to a restaurant for 8PM. On the day i.e 2 days later I thought I would phone the restaurant to check the flowers had been delivered. To my disgust they had not. I checked with the restaurant and there had been no phone call to the restaurant and no phone call or email to me, even though I had given Arena all contact details in case of delivery problems. I phoned Arena Flowers at 4,10pm to find out why no delivery, and was told the courier could not deliver due to parking issues, but would try again tomorrow. I then tried to explain that its a restaurant booking and they need to be delivered for an 8pm reservation tonight. The lady at Arena said I will put through a request to the courier company to help me out! when I asked her what she was going to say to the courier company she then spelt out the word request, I asked to be put through to a manager/owner and she refused and then said do I have a problem because she is foreign, No I said but I do not think you understand the flowers need to be delivered tonight, tomorrow is no good. I tried to calm down and phoned back at 5,15pm and spoke with someone else who then explained that the courier company they are using is not answering phone calls or emails, so they therefore cannot make delivery and apologised. I then had to ask for the owners details to make an official complaint in writing which I was given, but then told they would speak with the owner tomorrow to see if a refund will be authorised. I have now got to get the refund. Totally unprofessionally, do not use this company at any cost!!!!!!

I ordered a plant pot for my mother's birthday in plenty of time. They delivered 4 days late, and missed my mother's 84th birthday. I made at least 9-10 telephone calls, and was offered 25% of my money back. I am still awaiting a telephone call back to confirm why this happened. I am absolutely disgusted with the service and the fact that my mother did not get this for her birthday. I certainly would not use them and hope no one experiences the terrible service and customer service I had from this company. Please do not use them

I sent flowers to my Mum which ere delivered a day late. And they wren't even fresh! They didn't even apologise. Really bad customer service.

Despite special request for early delivery for our anniversary and Paid the extra £5 for the service? Courier Left flowers with a neighbour who handed them in when we returned Flowers packed in a box, separate from vase (I purchased £7), for self assembly and arranging? Cost of this £48 4 days later and starting to wilt already? I could have purchased same quality from local supermarket and at least they would have been here on time and would probably have lasted longer for half the cost Never again !! Next time I will go to local florist and collect Be Warned

Ordered flowers for mothers day costing £30. They arrived nicely packaged until i opened the box and the flowers were half dead, limp, roses were brown on the edges on picking some of the flowers up to put in a vase the flowers completely fell off. I emailed Arena Flowers who offered me 15% off my next order. Like I would ever want to order from them again. Disgusting customer service

My friend had ordered a bouquet from UK to be sent to me . The delivery boy had left the bouquet with the card outside my main gate of house without informing us. This is the first online delivery company I have seen that is so unethical and doesn't know how to work. Apparently someone else had taken that instead of me As it was lying outside. Don't order anything from them please. I'll give them a zero on this ridiculous service.

I emailed them to ask how much was the price of a bouquet I saw online. First I had to send the email twice as they did not reply, and when I got the reply, they told me they could not deliver it to me as we are approaching Christmas...are you joking?? What kind of image do you sell? Not serious enough!

I have received an Autumn bouquet of flowers from my family ordered through Arena and how beautiful they are. Fresh, well packed and delivery excellent, would definitely recommend to friends and use myself. This is the second time I have received flowers from Arena and both occasions cannot find any fault. Well done.

I would never recommend arenaflowers to someone as the services are really bad and customer dealing of the staff is really pathetic. The delivery time is not the time which they mention. Never ever choose this site for shopping. The staff is not at all cooperative and too rude to reply. I would rate it as zero infacr negative.

Amazing service, I had flowers sent to my daughter in New York, arrived the same day and were so beautiful, exactly like the photo. I would certainly recommend Arena Flowers to family and friends.

Absolutely awful, they delivered the flowers half dead! I was absolutely appalled when I went to see the person I had sent them to. It was an absolute joke. It looked like they had taken the end of date flowers from a local supermarket and just put them in a box.

I ordered a 'Fruit cake combo' for a 'birthday' but the order delivered did not have any cake. It had dry fruits and flowers. Support team apologized and 'blamed' the delivery team for this. After complaining the order was re-sent (and first order was collected back). The corrected order had a cake but it looked like a cheap cake from local bakery with worst decoration I have ever seen. Even my 6 year old nephew can decorate a cake better than this. When I wrote a negative review on website, it was not approved by admin (unlike my earlier average review which was approved within few hours). Although I got the email responses from support team within minutes earlier but when I complaint about the quality of cake, I did not see any response till today (2-3 days after delivery).
