Worked for the company for 6weeks, told them i was going to an interview one day and they rang me on the day and said don't bother coming back, very rude woman my pay was never right and not once did they correct it. Some of my fellow colleagues went without pay for 5weeks, don't bother going to them unless you 100% have to.

usless agency, rude, greedy and selfish. messed up my holiday 3weeks in a row. refused to reconise their fault. hung up on phone on me. actualy shouted at down the phone for continuasly phone to see if they sorted wages out!! only care about getting their pay. would never recommend in a million years. liers say they will call back but never do. trust me and all the other ppl on here dont waste ur time they will do the same to you. shame they even got 1 star.

Well here we are again five weeks and still being lied to, promised call backs and still waiting for them to phone me and pay me!!! Do not use this agency as your only job! Go else where!!

I wouldnt even give this company the compulsary 1 star! I worked at an event for then in june and still havent received payment. they said they would send me a cheque in the post as I didnt have a bank account having only just moved back to the uk. I have emailed and called numerous time and gotten no where. at this rate it is time to call in the sheriffs! Get a high court writ and get the money I am owed!

If I could I would rate Blue Arrow no stars!! If your looking at blue arrow as your main job, don't!! If you have pay issues or they owe you money, you will have a fight on your hands trying to get this money! I have waited one month for pay I'm due and I keep getting fobbed off and being told it will be in at the end of the week and surprise surprise its not!! I hate being lied to and this is what's happening, rather than just saying there's a problem they treat you with no respect and just lie to you!

Blue arrow is a very poor agency to work for they dont pay you on time then when they do pay they dont pay you what you've earnt and then it takes weeks to sought out .

The woman that spoke to me on the phone was very rude as she called me lazy and I felt that this was very unprofessional. Do not use this agency. HORRIBLE.

Worked for Blue arrow for a couple of months and on my last job with them i had a minor accident with a delivery van. Blue arrow never paid me the 4 days wages they owed me and they ignore every request i have sent them for my money.I have complained about them to the head office but have had no reply. I would now always advise all my friends and anybody who is thinking of working for them to think again as the Cambridge branch of blue arrow are a rip off and a joke. Think twice people before entering into any job for them.

Yes. Worked for BA cambridge in 2012 !!! yes nearly 2 years and no money for my last assignment, was delivery driving for a company called Brammer in cambridge when i had a slight bump with a post in the company yard, BA have refused to pay me and they owe me 4 days money.

These people seem to undergo training in being unaccountable liars. They will shaft you at every opportunity then blame you for them being rubbish. Missing pay slips, missing wages, hounded when sick. threatened with the sack for having the cheek to be hospital having an organ removed. LIARS!!

Worked for this shower for 2 years, never again will i use an agency. They continually lied to you, would not stop ringing you if you were on the sick for 1 day, wages wrong, holiday pay incorrect, shift pay incorrect. They say work wear is free of charge this is not true your pay for all your uniforms and boots. When the firm your contracted to are looking to lay staff off, blue arrow make up all sorts of offences just so that you can get the bullet. do not trust these parasites they are here to make your life hell

Missing wage slips, missing wages, takes weeks to sort out, numerous telephone calls and emails, think yourself lucky if you end up getting it sorted out, still waiting. Pay just above minimum wage and treat staff like they couldn't care less. If you are on benefits stay on them as at least you get paid regularly. Every holiday they mess wages up. They are a total disgrace. In the hint box it says 'Think about what you liked and didn't like about it'. I have nothing good to say about them

Blue arrow are by far the worst agency I have ever worked for. They treat you like an inconvenience. The liverpool branch staff get wages wrong several times and do not accept responsibility. They trey you with contempt when you dare ask why you have not been paid for what you worked. Holiday pay? Forget it Equality? Forget it Treated like a human? Forget it I'd give no stars if I could.. Also the positive reviews below are blatantly done by ba, the hr lingo makes it obvious...

Hahaha... Top man. They owe me 4 days wages for the past 2 years. and yep all the positive revues below are written by themselves, Horrible agency and i am warning all i know not to approach them. already detered around 15 of my friends and they have signed with bigger BETTER agencis.

hi everybody! its been like 3 weeks since i start working with bluearrow in a warehouse in Sherburn and its been a terror so far. why you should never choose this agency: 1.lack of hours of work(these week i have only 15 hours) 2.favouritism(here in sherburn i saw how some staff have their 'own' friends' and help them to get work easier) 3.bad communication(they call me 40 minutes before starting the shift and i was driving like a crazy man to get there on time,this is happening very often) 4.10 hours of unpaid exams and training(we didnt have water or even access to a toilet) 5.rude staff(i went to office and ask time polite that i need a hat and i came to take it...5 min before my supervisor spoke to office that i will come to get a hat...so i went to take my hat,the fat gay from sherburn told me'whats your problem mate?and act very arrogant with me...almost violent when he throw that hat in may face) 6.big problems with payments(i didnt get my wage last week..they said they made the payment but they didnt...this week i got my wage normally...but i am still not paid for the previous week...'they said the will sort it out..' 7.typology of staff -i dont have time now...come later -you have to speak with somebody else -i cant help you with that -i am really sorry i didnt know conclusion :dont ever go with bluearrow...you deserve more...you deserve respect and help. good luck!

I work for blue arrow at jcb wrexham my wages are usually wrong when u tell ross white he just says it nothing to do with him speak to a manager. Ive been waiting 8 months for safety boots whenever u ask him they will be here in a few days that day never comes .there is no communication they just dont care so stay away there is plenty more I could say but whats the point they wont listen

I actually work for blue arrow as a chef on a temporary basis. And I can yes confirm they are RUBBISH!!! Never ring for work, always book their favourites, when they do book you no address, no contact details if there is a problem, no special instructions for getting into some places which are sometimes hard to get into. Staff more interested in looking forward to the weekend instead of looking after their staff If you say no to work you goto the back of the list! And don't get called for weeks Not proud to say I work for them at all! I work in the Nottingham branch by the way but I'm sure they are all the same!

Avoid this agency!!!! Invited for an interview 6 weeks ago,aptitude test 3 weeks later,induction day for a job with Yodel 10 days after that.We turned up and sat in a room for 2 hours whilst they sent somebody home for a memory stick to put the manual handling stuff on for us to watch.A 3 minute manual handling/health and safety presentation without sound,shown on a 15" laptop then we were told it could be 2 months til start date. Shifts 9-17.00,17.00-01.00 or 01.00-09.00 paying £6.31ph with no shift enhancements for nights.A complete bunch of amateurs happy to use and abuse.nil points.
