Worst customer service ever! I bought a pair of trainers online and needed to exchange them. So I returned it via their Hermes service. It took 2 weeks for it to be delivered back to Kurt Geiger. When it was finally received I then got an email saying it will take another 7-10 days to process! Having called their customer services, emailed them and highlighted my concerns, they are clueless and couldn't care less about your return and just quote policy. I am still waiting for my replacement and have no idea when I will get it. Would not recommend buying anything from Kurt Geiger because if you have a problem, they won't solve it quickly. Very poor service.

Visited Rackhams in Alterincham recently and was surprised by the curtesy shown to me by your staff, as the lady who pandered to myself and my friend. After an approximately an hour we left with smiles on our faces and maybe too many pairs of shoes. Well done to yourselves and your staff.

I recently purchased a pair of Kurt Geigher boots, I have had lots of comments and they are very comfortable to wear. The leather is lovely quality and I am sure I will get many years out of these boots.

I ordered a pair of casual, glittery gold wedge sandals online at a discount. They look fine and for the price I wasn't expecting anything too fancy. They are Miss KG. The inner is faux leather, and the outer is a glittery textile. While they look ok and I can walk in them just fine, it took a short walk to the post office for me to realize the materials and structure are very poorly thought out, and actually these shoes are unwearable. The sandal has laces along the front, with the folded over type of eyelet holder, so the glittery textile is folded over and rubs against the top of my feet. This material is very stiff, almost like if you covered cotton with glue and glitter, and let it dry. The glittery bits are very sharp and scratchy. Since they are folded over to the inside, the top of my feet get the harsh, scratchy surface rubbing against them. The sharp, glittery textile should have been lined, as it should not be in direct contact with skin. Because it's not leather and it's got the sharp glittery bits, there is no way to break this material in. They will simply always have a sharp, scratchy surface rubbing against the top of the foot. I've got 3 scabs on my feet now, where the lace holding glitter material rubbed tightly against the top of my feet. There's nothing that can be done to remedy this without adding a proper lining to the shoe. And of course they can't be returned since I've taken a short walk out in them. Not appropriate materials for human skin.

I would like to make a complaint about a pair of shoes I bought a month ago, as I have slipped over 5 time on dry pavements and almost fallen over several more. Today, I slipped on the street and hit my head and have scuffed my hand and side. If I had hit my head any harder, I would have sued you, as these shoes should not have been approved for sale especially from a brand like yours. I can’t understand how a pair of shoes could do this. I could have slipped over in the road too! I will be taking the shoes back to House of Fraser this weekend and would like a response back as I’m so angry. Surprisingly, there are a lot of bad reviews.

WORST shoe ever. Poorly made, cannot wear them they are so steep i'd break my ankles. I wear high heels all the time  They don't allow you to return them!!!

Bought a pair of Ann Klein sandals which I fell in love with on the spot. Soooo comfortable and pretty. Wore them a few times and the diamanté trim started to come off.took them back to House of Fraser and they ordered another pair for me. When they arrived, the diamantes were missing at the toe end of the strap. I was so disappointed because I find it hard to get comfortable shoes. The assistant told me that they had had 2 pairs of identical sandals returned that week because the strap had broken. Gave up and asked for a refund. 70 pounds for rubbish !!

Bought these at Dubai Mall, around $200.00 AUD and only got to wear them once to find the strap has broken in 2 places and started to tear in a 3rd, wrote to the company and was told that it was my fault that it broke. this is a company that can't stand behind the product they sell.

I ordered silver platform shoes for a wedding. They sent gold. I sent them back and asked for the correct silver ones to be sent. Today they arrived and they are silver, but they are the wrong size. A size 4 in a size 7 box. I called customer services and they are sending a courier to collect them tomorrow. Then once they receive them they'll send me the right size. Apparently. I have a wedding in 2 days and if they don't arrive by then I'll be stuck. Like I have nothing better to do than chase up wrong shoe orders. I will not be using them again.

my daughter bought yellow shoes loved them .wore them twice and the leather dye on the side of one came off so i wiped them with a damp cloth the dye came off i took them back easter sunday she just wanted a replacement pair and was told. nothing they could do as she had worn them .made no sence of course she had worn them.anyway then a manager would have to look at them but would not be working till next day ..next day same polite girl phoned. manager says nothing they can do .i ask to speak to manager .she told me in her opinion my daughter must have cut her foot as there was blood staining on inside and it had seeped through and taken the dye of the front..my daughter has no cut on her i offered to take her to the store to prove it she declined. i told her she was a sales assistant and not csi after a lot of discussion she told me she would send them off and that could take upto 14 days .im disgusted .i phoned the customer service and even though they say they are open bank holiday they are not.i tried to email but it wont let you i tried live chat it says they are all busy i have had to leave my number . i will keep you updated

Bought a lovely pair of Miss KG boots from Debenhams for £80 in September 2014. Loved them at first, since then: December 2014 the front sole of the right boot peeled off, took it to the cobblers and fixed. March 2015 back sole of the left boot did the same thing, paid more for it to be fixed. End of March 2015 front sole of left boot fallen off and CANNOT BE FIXED. Terrible quality shoes that were expensive for nothing. The structure of the boot has collapsed and now they look cheap and broken. You can see my socks poking out of the front of the boot - RIDICULOUS. My smartest pair of boots have quickly become the shabbiest. Never buying from Kurt Geiger again. Do not be fooled and waste your money.

I bought a pair of leather boots with 2.5 cm heel and a pair of plain suede loafer and when I first tried them on they seems to be comfortable. Now after two months using those shoes I have a terrible and constant pain on my feet, I started using othotic plantars and taking medicines to reliefe the pain. I would never ever buy again such a poor quality shoes, all this pain affected my life so much, I wish I never bought those shoes.

I ordered some goods online at christmas, had a missing parcel, no fault of Kurt Geiger. I called and the lady I spoke to was really helpful. I then had to call regarding my refund of goods I returned, the customer service was excellent. Emails i sent were actioned immediately, the staff were so efficient. I would most definitely order from them again.

I have purchased a pare of shoes in the store for £96 after 2 days I went to T.K-max store to find the same shoes reduced to £24, what a shock. For how much where this shoes sold to T.K-max for??? Maybe for £1, if they could afford to sell them for £24. I will never suggest anyone to spend they money in your store.

I honestly don't want to say too much because I think enough has been said already which I completely agree with! But my biggest gripe is £75.00 for ankle high boots which are PLASTIC!!!!! Why?!?!?! They are totally uncomfortable. How can KG justify 75.00 for this when NEW Look is selling the same thing for 21.00!! Absolutely, cheap disgraceful company with cheap shoes marked up with designer prices. Disgrace
