I have been looking for an alternative supplier for Orijen Dog food at a discounted price but just as importantly they need to deliver consistently quickly. Well I can't comment on how consistent PetPlanet are as this was my first order but they were certainly quick and the tracking system was good. I shall be ordering again soon and will hopefully have the same service.

I purchased a giant dog crate for my son’s husky from pet planet the service was first class free postage , it arrived in four working days , the communication during transit was excellent. The item was off good quality with a divider so we can extend his area as he grows . I would certainly recommend this company and definitely use them again

I had previously not heard of PetPlanet and found their site via a search engine. Having ordered from them several times now, I would happily recommend them to friends an family. All the products that I have purchased from them have been as described, excellent quality, and delivered swiftly. Their site is easy to navigate, great options available, and in all instances they have been cheaper than their competitors thus far for the products that I have needed. Very pleased to see that they offer next day delivery as well, which I have used more than once, and have arrived on time on all occasions, via a reputable courier. The only thing that they could possibly improve upon would be to extend their range for a couple of categories so I would be able to get all my pet related purchases from their site.

Pet Planet have fantastic service, delivery times and a vast range of quality products to choose from. They send regular emails about seasonal specials and information related to that. They always have the product I want or need without realising it even existed! The prices are really great, excellent value for money too. Products are always well described and detailed so you know all you need to know before making a purchase. I recently received an email for dog coats and the price of the offer was too good to miss, when the coat arrived a couple of days later, it is the best coat we have ever had and at a fraction of the coat of others I have bought for lesser quality. Pet Planet are ace!!!

I bought 6 pet beds - 3 different products and 2 kennels. Everything was great quality and the prices were amazing compared to other pet products I have purchased in the past which were very expensive. Highly recommended. Delivery was quick and free because I spent over £39. I only paid £2.99 for a specified delivery date and time.

Brilliant Pet Shop online. There's not much you can't get from them; if you ring them they will advise you about a product and the staff are friendly and seem to know what they're talking about. Good prices as well.

The bed I purchased was the perfect size for my dog and it looks and feels really good quality.The fabric is a very plush faux suede and fleece and the dog seems to be very comfortable in it. The price was fantastic too!

staff could not have been more helpful regarding my choosing a particular carrier for delivery, having had a disappointing service previously from a certain carrier and a different company.
