This review is based on my relationship with Pet Planet rather than a particular product. I have used Pet Planet mainly to buy cat and dogs beds. These I must say are really the best I have ever bought. My cats sleep in the conservatory at night and it can be a little chilly so Pet Planets' great range of cat igloos were my main interest this last winter and the igloos I bought are beautiful. I have 7 cats. All seriously individual, so their beds had to be likewise. Super beds. The cats showed their preferences and have stuck to them. Absolutely great. Also I've bought beds and cushions for the 2 dogs. Really lovely products and not too expensive. At times of need who do you turn to? Well Pet Planet of course and I was really, REALLY having problems sourcing food for the cats and dogs. Pet Planet came to my rescue. Had to wait a little longer than usual but I was kept updated regarding delivery. I cannot praise them enough. I'm not sure how big a business they are but they certainly do care about their customers and I wish them continued success in these very trying times and for the future.

PRO PLAN Medium Adult Sensitive Skin Dog Food - Salmon and Rice. Our 2.5 years old Schnoodle has been fed this food since weaning and has thrived on it. He does not wolf it down but grazes throughout the day. Great that store remained operational and we were kept informed on delivery despite difficult times during lockdown. Well done thank you.

Had an issue with payment but they were so quick to sort that out under the conditions and the delivery was great especially as this is the only food one of my three dogs can tolerate. Brilliant people and service!! Would recommend them to any pet owner

During these very difficult of times I still received my order within one week. Pet Planet offered a good professional efficient service. Good updates on tracking and arrived when promised. The product Orijen dog biscuits is very good, if a bit on the pricey side but Pet Planet offer it at a competitive price. Nothing to dislike about the service or the product.

I ordered several large bags of cat litter from Pet Planet. The brand I use is not available in my supermarket and I have previously bought it elsewhere but they were currently out of stock. I came across Pet Planet and their website was very easy to use, the brand I wanted was in stock and at a good price. This order was placed during the height of the virus panic buying season and the website gave a clear message that they would deliver as soon as possible given the pressure on delivery services. The order was placed and in the interim I received emails keeping me updated together with a dispatch date and the ability to track the parcel which ultimately was delivered as promised, so altogether a good experience and I will be using them again.

I tend to shop around for the best deals and find Petplanet are reasonably priced with a good selection of goods. The only thing I don't like is their delivery company Yodel.

If you are thinking of purchasing from this company then you really need to reconsider. I have been purchasing monthly from this company for the last 3 years and have now been left in a position where I can only warn others. I placed my usual order for dog food with next day delivery, after the second day of no delivery I checked with DPD who had received notification of a pick up and then a further update that this had been cancelled by Petplanet. A call was made to Petplanet who were dismissive and could offer no advice other than to wait and see if it should arrive. Unlikely given that DPD were showing the pick up was cancelled. Further days passed with no delivery and a number of emails sent to Petplanet who have so far failed to answer any of them. I can fully appreciate that the change in circumstances have affected everyone but this has left me without the purchased dog food and now £100 + out of pocket with no response from Petplanet.

We purchased the dog car Crate medium and the crate mat by petplanet medium coffee as it seemed the best size for the Crate and it fitted well. Pleased with both items. Would not hesitate to do more orders with this company. They are located in Scotland so delivery was fast.

Bought 2 of these , well worth the money strong and sturdy , and very prompt delivery so very pleased.I would definitely recommend this site to family and friends

I only tend to buy from reputable reliable sources who get their deliveries to me on time and intact. Petplanet fulfils these criteria consistently and I’d recommend them.

This large litter tray with high sides is perfect for my big cat who likes nothing better than to spread his letter all around the room. He still manages it but nothing like the scale of before. It is well made and comes apart easily for cleaning and I love the colour too. Me and my >^..^< are thrilled!

Very good service. Speedy, trouble free transaction. Items seem to be reasonable quality for their cost. We had a small problem which was dealt with immediately and satisfactorily. I think the items might have fared better with better protective packaging. I will probably deal with PetPlanet again.

have had no complaints at all with this company. easy to order, cheapest i could find. i like the points system - cats love the treats. they have the products i want and can buy all in one shop online. good to get free delivery when you over over a certain amount. customer service is excellent, very friendly and helpful, no quibbles. i would buy just for this as it is refreshing to speak to a nice person who cares. its hard to find great customer service these days.

Purchased a high viz 2 in 1 coat for my Staffordshire bull terrier. Arrived quickly, even though it was at Christmas. Excellent product, fits my dog perfectly. Would definitely recommend Pet Planet for pet products.
