I had the misfortune to have a faulty camera when I first turned it on and have received a full refund including return postage immediately on return as unfortunately the camera purchased was last in stock for this model.I would therefore not hesitate to use UK Camera Store again in the future or to recommend to a friend as my reading of reviews of other sites suggests that most are less obliging.

After finding the item i wanted at the best price i could, and time being of the essence, i placed my order Friday afternoon....and it was delivered first thing Saturday morning. Well packaged, great quality, just as described. That's service. Highly recommended, 5 stars *****

I must admit after talking to friends who were telling me to buy from a well know camera shop I was little nervous to order. However, after sending emails to ask questions, I finally decided to bite the bullet and order. What an amazing experience it was, easy to order then when I wanted to upgrade delivery to a Saturday all it took was a simple phone call. Paid at 10.35 on the Friday and it arrived at 9.30 on the Saturday.

I was a bit hesitant ordering as the camera store was at least £50 cheaper than anyone else on the web. I was wondering if it was too good to be true. Well I did a bit of research and all reviews were positive so I took a chance. I order a Casio G-Shock watch on Thursday morning, the watch was delivered on Friday morning. Very happy with the price and subsequent delivery. Can't comment on customer service as I haven't had to call them - but overall a great shopping experience

I recently bought a NIKON Lens from UK Camera Store and was 100% satisfied with the process, the price, the product & the service. I received a call saying the product couldn't be delivered the following day but would definitely be delivered the day after and it was. The product arrived well packed and boxed and there was no sign of damage to the lens. I have now used the lens and it is working as I would have anticipated, so I am a very happy customer and cna confirm what other reviewers have said bout this company and their service. Please Note: I had initially seen the same lens at a lower price on a non-EU company's web-site and remembered that I would be liable for import duty/VAT which would increase the price significantly - BEWARE.

Next day delivery as promised, all well packaged and of couse very good price. I did have to ask the delivery time but recevied a very prompt reply. I would definitely recommend this company.

Ordered a bundle of stuff after midday yesterday; goods arrived exactly as ordered by 1100 today! A couple of earlier telephone queries received immediate and helpful answers. To cap it, all this at the best prices anywhere on the web or high street. Tiny suggestion that prices aren't always consistent regarding with/without VAT on the website but appropriate care covers it. Would recommend to anyone :-) Now off to find out how the new toys work....

Spent ages trawling the net for a fuji HS50EXR. Found this store and at first thought it was another uk registered hong kong firm. Then i saw next day delivery available on the item i wanted. So i rang them to confirm,and was pleased to be told stock was in the UK and i wouldn't be waiting ten days like a lot of other camera websites out there. Very fast delivery and a cracking price with a bundled bag. Camera was cheaper than Amazon and also with the added benefit of 2 years free warranty. After receiving the camera next day with no hassle i can wholeheartedly recommend UK camera store. And the camera itself is great. Not a DSLR but the shots im getting are excellent for a beginner and with the added 42x zoom, saves carrying lots of extra lenses around.

After nearly buying my camera from a site which I then did a review on and found out it would have been coming from Hong Kong with all the problems that would have entailed. I found this company, after looking at the reviews online I rang them regarding a couple of queries I had. The person I spoke to really knew what he was talking about. I ordered my camera there and then, made arrangements for it to be delivered to my workplace the following day. I got a text from the delivery company stating an hour window when it would be delivered and it turned up just as promised. I can't recommend this company highly enough, it was a pleasure to deal with them - and they were competitive on the price as well!
