I bought a Panasonc DMC-FZ-18 camera from UK Camera Store. I ordered it Wednesday afternoon and it was delivered Thursday, I live in the north of Scotland so was absolutely gob smacked as most other next day deliveries take two days. Excellent price and excellent service will definitely use again!

Phoned ukcamerastore.co.uk for some information regarding their returns/stock/delivery & confirmation as well as a few other questions. Had to try 5 times before getting through to a member of staff however I must note that on one occasion I got through their automated message but chose not to leave one. On the 5th call I got through to a member of staff. She was very friendly very polite and had answers to all my questions without keeping me waiting. I ordered the Panasonic DMC-FZ18 on 15 May 2008 at 11:12am. Didn't receive the call back of confirmation of the order being processed so we rang and left a message and received a call back at 6.42pm saying it had been processed and sent out via City Link. Camera arrived next day around 1pm. The goods were received in pristine condition fully boxed and sealed. Packaging was very good, parcel was well protected. I will happily recommend UKCamerastore.co.uk in future and indeed will more than likely buy from then again myself. All in all a good deal and good service. I was pleasantly surprised with the level of customer service after reading other reviews, but I must say that these must be isolated incidents as I cannot recommend uk camera store highly enough.
